Jesus Christ came into human culture, reached out and preached the good news to the people as a man of Nazarene communicating with the culture. He preached the good news by wearing similar clothes as the poor and using parables that are understandable with their language and view of world. K. Mueller said that gospel should be preached in accordance with historical contexts (im irdischen Heute und Hier); evangelization can be achieved when the church deals with historical contexts and cultures of its community. This project deals with the Children's library of Samchung Church, as a result of many endeavors - how to effectively preach the gospel in an area called Samchung Dong, as well as communicating with the local community. Although the church could improve its positive image and influence through cultural mission, it slowly bore the fruit of evangelism. As the church kept focusing on its service rather than effects, God empowered the church to bear the fruit of evangelism. It was an amazing moment to see a soul who was more precious than the world turn to God through cultural mission with the children's library. God has given a mission to the Church to preach the gospel in the culture of the world adjusting the sights on it. We would be able to meet both God and neighbors in the way of reinterpreting the Church and gospel, and modifying the missionary direction based on the receiver-oriented perspective.
