In the software industry, good design often translates into good user experiences. As accessibility is a key component of usable software, there are opportunities for software professionals to include accessibility in their skill set. However, despite a push to motivate more companies to include accessibility as a desired knowledge and skill set, little is known about how much companies are seeking to recruit employees with accessibility proficiency. In this paper, we investigated the extent to which companies seek software designer and developer skills in accessibility by analyzing software job posts on LinkedIn. Our results showed that the majority of job posts did not require any accessibility skills, and that educating developers and designers about accessibility was a required qualification for many of the accessibility-focused software jobs. Transformers are used extensively for power generation and distribution. Core and winding of these transformers are immersed in mineral oil that works both as an insulator and coolant. But as transformer continues service, its oil is subjected to degradation and should be checked regularly. When a potential difference exists between the winding and tank, which are separated by the dielectric- oil, transformer acts as a capacitor. In this paper, influence of oil degradation level on transformer capacitance is analyzed. Based on analysis and mathematical modeling, correlation between power rating of unused transformer and its capacitance is established. Then a non-destructive oil testing kit is developed which utilizes the obtained relation to determine the insulating oil quality based on the measured value of transformer capacitance. The study proposes the primary design and transient analysis of an IGBT non-destructive tester. The tester is designed to test IGBTs at voltage and current ratings less than 3.3kV 2.4kA. Due to stray elements, the circuit might oscillate during the different modes of operation and test conditions. These oscillations could cause high stresses to the IGBT switches in the circuit and cause one or more of the switches to fail. A transient analysis is performed taking into account the different operating conditions. Hence the potential for destructive oscillations can be minimized via the proper design of the IGBT gate resistors. Following the implantation of endovascular prostheses into humans, there is a growing incidence of reported cases of late complications as endoleaks, migration, thrombosis, stent disruption, as well as fabric distortion and perforation were reported continuously. It's worth noting that fatigue is always a reason that leads to those failures. Textile parameters had certain influence on the fatigue behaviors of endovascular prostheses. In this study, twill weave samples with different yarn size and yarn type of endovascular prostheses will be studied by two different testing methods.
