1. ADVANTAGES TO USE E-LEARNING PLATFORM IN THE FIELD OF TECHNICAL SYSTEMS.

Training using electronic learning platforms has become a current necessity among modern organizations, generating knowledge and performance products that help increase capacity for action and decision-making on each level of competence and tailoring the specific objectives to transformations generated by current environments. ELearning platform allows assisted instruction in technical systems, it can solve theoretical problems on their construction, planning, organizing and managing the production and maintenance activities etc., by linking content with practical production training. In the paper is conducted a case study in a category of technical systems, which highlights the fast and effective training opportunities, advantages and limitations of such a teaching platform. In the first basic level, general organization is shown on large components with significant role in ensuring the main functions for which it is intended and appropriate technical system, concepts and information necessary to operate at the strategic level of the organization. At the second level, assemblies and subassemblies are highlighted structural role and their components and information necessary for operation at the operational level of the organization. At the third actional level, there are given details about the role, functions and information to the individual component level / track. Making content for electronic assisted instruction in technical systems can be made according to how effectively the structural organization of the analyzed system, i.e. the hierarchical levels of knowledge. This variant of advanced training is mandatory for any organization, but complementary to the process of classical learning, the instructor / teacher is prior to clarify the unknowns to the students that will have to generate the entire contents of new knowledge in an attractive and adapted various features of students directly from the training environment (laboratory, specialized room, etc.) using adequate infrastructure.
