The actual problems of forming the innovative scientific and technical reserve (STR) at creation of perspective aviation and space systems (AS) in modern economic conditions are analyzed. An approach to the economic evaluation of the industrial feasibility of innovative STR in the aerospace industry has been proposed. The system of indicators and maximum allowable parameters for an estimation of industrial realizability of innovative STR in industrial cooperation on creation AS is develope. The structure and methods of technological and financial-economic indicators evaluation have been defined. A methodology for assessing the production and technological feasibility of STR was developed. Perspectives of soft-computing technologies application for performance of required information-analytical researches are reasoned. The initial hypothesis of the authors is to determine and find key indicators of industrial feasibility of STR and maximum allowable parameters that determine the area of allowable values. Finding the analyzed indicators within the boundaries of this area guarantees the achievement of the required result - delivery of final AS products within the specified time and established budget limits.
