The spectrum of academic study, associated with the constant changes that take place in education, increase the interest for the research of learning motivational perspectives. The necessity of learning adaptation at the hectic rhythm in which the society develops involves responsibility from the educational actors: both professors and students and career advisers or mentors. Students and professors have the possibility to improve the learning process. The professors through modern teaching methods varied which arouse the interest of students adapted according to the studied speciality in the faculty. On the other hand it is necessary that students personalize the learning models according with their personality, suitable learning style and professional orientation. The study's purpose is to determine the special features of the educational actors from a motivational perspective. The study presents the results of a research realized on three different fields grouped in: Social Sciences and Economics and Technical. In order to create a correct global vision about the researched reality it was used the quantitative method - The Motivational learning strategies questionnaire for students. This instrument investigated the variable "learning motivation" differentiated on specialization fields. Analyzing the answers from the questionnaire, perceptions, attitudes, aspirations, valences and orientations of student regarding motivational spectrum including the interest for aspects related to professionalization are being emphasized. We will elaborate a psycho-pedagogical support plan with the purpose of defining the construction of the formative approach from the perspective of adapting to the demands of academic environment. This plan of student's positivity will be built under the shape of an educational model that is going tofacilitate learning. The achievement of the applicative goal has the role of forming student's positive behaviour about the motivation of academic learning process, based on the identification of their attitudes with regard to the academic learning values and valences. The scientific analysis in the educational approach emphasizes a certain relationship between the social system and the process of learning itself. There are obvious thus, new ways of learning through which the general dimension of the formation-development activity relates to a pragmatic approach. Also, in this context the evaluation standards of the new educational strategies rather depend on eligibility criteria which rather have to do with a new educational culture than traditional (didactic) pedagogical principles. Moreover, we consider that the understanding of the new educational reality supposes a complex perspective concerning the consensual theory of learning. Therefore, a reevaluation of the educational process acquires pragmatic valences as long as the education-socialization relationship reminds of assuming an approach which takes into account the dimension of the new learning technologies. The present contribution summarizes the concepts and the methodological approach of the research Romanian project eMulticult ("Educational portal for the interactive learning of foreign languages in the perspective of the insertion in a multicultural environment", code: 3257, contract no.: 91068/2007), financed through the national budget for research and innovation (Program: Partnership, managed by the Scientific Research National Authority - ANCS, under the direct supervision of the Program Management National Council - CNMP). The paper emphasizes the role of the intercultural dimension in the foreign languages teaching process, as the main driver for a better social insertion. During the project development, after various tests and surveys, the initial approach oriented to the design and implementation of an educational virtual platform, was refined and transposed in a blended-learning system, creating the adequate synergy between e-Learning and in-class teaching methods. The pilot unit developed represents a more responsive tool to the challenges and requirements of the global knowledge economy, supporting the development of the students' empathic attitude, through a deep understanding of the own cultural matrix and a greater permeability to the behavior and values of another cultural & organizational environments. Consequently, the implementation of the project has a major contribution to increase the intercultural sensitivity and the students' accessibility to the global market, for various purposes: finding a job, creating business links, participating to lifelong learning programs etc. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In eLearning socialization is on forum and chat, but professional communication is held on assessment grids. For most institutions, reliance on these resource-intensive methods is difficult, if not impossible, in the context of today's rapid expansion of student numbers and cuts in the unit of resource. It does appear, however, that through a relatively simple intervention incorporating a combination of explicit articulation and grid assessment processes and a considerable amount may be achieved in developing shared understanding and, consequently, in improving student performance- and that this improvement may last over time and be transferable, albeit possibly only in relatively similar contexts. This paper discusses different formal models to represent educational processes and their use by computer systems. Currently most of these models are tied to specific application scenarios and tools, which reduces the transferability and re-usability of these models in different contexts. To achieve the interoperable use and transfer between different educational systems we propose the meta-modeling approach GOLEM (Graphically Organized Learning and Educational Metamodel) using an intermediary visual language the different models are mapped to.
