Abstract

This study analyses the application of tools in motion capture to fix data errors. There are 49 markers attached to the body costume on the head, hands, body, and foot. As well as being applied to two movements, namely the welcome dance and the welcome gesture using motion capture. Welcome dance and welcome gestures are performed by one performer for each. The motion recording process begins with the camera and ground calibration, the installation of markers on the body's costume surface and recording using a motion capture tool, and ends with fixing the recording using marker labelling and data editing. Motion capture recording cannot record the actor's movements 100% accurately. Therefore, this study aims to determine the percentage of accuracy of motion capture in body parts and how to fix the error recording of motion capture. This research is a quantitative research that refers to the data obtained through motion capture recording. The results of this study indicate that a way has been found to resolve the error data recorded using motion capture technology as well as a conclusion from the percentage accuracy of motion capture. Abstract

To improve quality human resources, universities need to have performance measurements that can be used as guidelines in carrying out university activities. These measurements can be used to assess the success of the University. Universities need a tool that can be used to measure financial and non-financial performance using the balanced scorecard through four perspectives namely financial perspective, customer perspective, internal process perspective, and learning and development process perspective. With the existence of the performance measurement tools Balanced Scorecard, it is hoped that the university can measure its performance well, and produce strategic plans that are comprehensive, coherent, balanced, and measurable. In knowing these four aspects using qualitative methods consisting of interviews, observation, and documentation. The existence of continuity between leaders and lecturers and students makes the vision, mission, and strategy work well. Communication is an important role in progress. from the four perspectives that are interrelated with quality improvement objectives, good service, transparent finance, an innovation that continues to grow, fulfillment of student rights and satisfaction, providing work motivation, improving HR skills with training and character building, and using an integrated and easy system applied. The implication is how the leadership's desire can turn bad management into good and transparent management so that university governance can be implemented. BSC as a management system used can include financial and non-financial matters consisting of finances, customers, internal processes, and learning and growth from leaders, students, and lecturers. 24. Basic properties of fiber concrete with the utilization of banana tree wastes.

Abstract

One of the main functions of adding fiber to concrete is to increase its tensile capacity. In general, the fiber used in concrete consists of two types, namely artificial and natural fiber. The purpose of this study is to examine the basic properties of concrete using natural fibers derived from banana tree waste. The properties examined consisted of slump flow for fresh properties while for hardened properties consisted of compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and flexural strength. Hardened properties testing was carried out when the concrete was of 3, 7, and 28 days with the type of curing used was water curing. The use of banana tree fiber waste as a concrete constituent material is expected to be able to utilize waste optimally and increase the tensile and flexural capacity of concrete. The fiber content used in this study varied consists of 0 %; 0.08 %; 0.16 % and 0.24 % of the binder weight. The results of the fresh properties test show that as the amount of fiber increases, the workability of fresh concrete decreases. While the results of hardened properties showed that the compressive strength did not increase significantly even though the fiber content used was different. However, the results of the splitting tensile strength and flexural strength tests increased along with the increase in the amount of fiber used. It can be concluded that the fiber is quite effective in increasing the splitting tensile strength and flexural strength. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
