Year by year, the demand for recycling energy is raising up. As a result, the usage of solar panels have been growing up. In this presentation, we will create model of solar photoelectric module with program MATLAB. We have started to program model of solar panels' main aspects and qualities of photovoltaic effects of progress modeling physics of semiconductor. To this purpose, we will make form of whole module by using photovoltaic effects. First, we saw model by the main formula account measurement of photocurrent. Then, we gathered every model assesses (shunt resistance current, saturation current and reverse saturation current) turn by turn. By adding to this panel 200-Watt- panels, given assessed amount of solar lights and temperature, exchanged electric parameters of photoelectric module. We have found maximal measures of current and voltage because of this special algorithm. As a consequences, affecting variety of solar lightening and temperature, we took characteristics of volt-ampere and volt-power, studied their extensive effects of current and voltage. We can see, the normal condition of temperature for the solar panels recognized as 25°C and solar lightening as 1000 W/m². [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
