Measured binary quasifission mass spectra in reactions with actinide nuclides show a large peak in yield near the doubly-magic 208Pb, generally attributed to enhanced binding energy causing a valley in the potential energy surface, which attracts quasifission trajectories. Measurements of binary quasifission mass spectra and cross-sections have been made for reactions of 50Ti with actinide nuclides from 232Th to 249Cf. Cross-sections have also been deduced for sequential fission (a projectile-like nucleus and two fragments from fission of the complementary target-like nucleus). Binary cross-sections fall from 70% of calculated capture cross-sections for 232Th to only 40% for 249Cf, with a compensating increase in sequential fission cross-sections. The data are consistent with the peak in yield near 208Pb originating largely from sequential fission of heavier fragments produced in more mass-asymmetric primary quasifission events. These are increasingly suppressed as the heavy quasifission fragment mass increases above 208Pb. This article presents the results of a daily study of the Nissan Leaf electric car operated in a sharply continental climate. Daily monitoring was carried out according to three criteria: electric vehicle storage, battery charging and daily operation of the electric vehicle. As a result, we found that the power reserve of an electric car depends on the conditions of the trip (urban /suburban environment) and the manner of driving an electric car. Daily monitoring of the operation of the Nissan Leaf made it possible to monitor various aspects of the operation of the electric vehicle. With the help of monitoring, the mileage was monitored and the remaining battery charge readings were regularly analyzed. The studies were conducted in a temperature range from +30 to-25 °C. By collecting data on speed, driving mode and other factors, we determined the conditions of energy use and that in the future will allow us to choose ways to optimize the efficiency of using an electric car in the regions of the Far North and the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. The work is devoted to the issues of heating diesel fuel in a tanker tank operating at low negative ambient temperatures. The reasons for the deterioration of the fluidity properties of diesel fuel are given. Various variants of tanker tank designs are analyzed. The analysis of the factors influencing the provision of the required temperature regime for transportation and refueling of diesel fuel is carried out. Recommendations are given on the use of means to maintain the necessary temperature regime. The article provides a mathematical apparatus for calculating the required temperature regime for fuel transportation and provides practical recommendations. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The relevance of using shaft-planetary transmissions as part of the chassis of transport-technological, road-building and forestry wheeled and tracked vehicles is substantiated. The concept of the shaft-planetary transforming mechanism G33CM, currently used on Scania trucks, was adopted as a prototype. The prospects for the use of such transmissions are considered, areas of transport engineering that have the necessary technological base and have accumulated experience in the design, production and operation of related structures are indicated. A typical transmission circuit is proposed, on the basis of which it is possible to construct a tree of family circuits that differ in the number of operating modes. Principles for constructing kinematic diagrams of a family of transforming mechanisms for such transmissions and calculation formulas for estimating the gear ratios of the shaft and planetary blocks of the transforming mechanism are proposed. Attention is paid to the principles of slip control in disc friction control elements based on the technology of pulse-width modulation of pressure in the hydraulic route of the disc friction control element drive and links to publicly available scientific publications on this issue are provided. Using the example of one of the options for combining the kinematic diagrams of the main (shaft) and additional (planetary) gearboxes, the possibility of implementing a range of gear ratios characteristic of the transforming mechanisms of modern Russian tractors of the Kirovets family is considered. It is shown that the principle of constructing circuits and assessing the possibility of implementing given gear ratios can be extended to other transport and transport-traction machines. Transport technology based on the vacuum magnetic levitation principle of operation (VMLT - vacuum magnetic levitation transport) deserves great attention. This idea, and it was a Russian idea, is more than 100 years old, however, due to historical circumstances, it was forgotten. Currently, it is again offered to use the possibilities of this mode of transport. Perspectives of VMLT use are described. The cargo is transported in capsules in a vacuum tube on the magnetic levitation principle. When transporting in a vacuum, it is possible to transport goods at speeds above 6,000 kilometers per hour. VMLT has undeniable advantages over other modes of transport - it is a high speed of movement, energy efficiency, environmental friendliness, noiselessness. In addition, this transport is isolated from the external environment, which is also an advantage for the weather conditions of our country. Creation of a high-speed line for the delivery of goods, firstly, will link together all regions of the country, their remoteness will not be a deterrent to development. Secondly, this line can be used to deliver goods in international transport corridors, switching to an ultra-high-speed intercontinental network, and here Russia's economic power will increase. The issues of the interaction of VMLT with other modes of transport through the loading and unloading of goods in specialized terminals, as well as the delivery of cargo in cargo capsules using other modes of transport - road, rail, sea and river, as well as an atmospheric magnetic levitation line directly to the consignee, excluding intermediate cargo operations, are considered. Ways of technical and technological implementation of the ideas of VMLT are considered. Having identified the main directions for studying and solving problems associated with the introduction of VMLT, at the first stages of the program implementation it is offered to involve young scientists and senior students in the study of problematic issues at the stage of graduation projects and master's theses, competitive works. Under a free market economy, it is necessary to improve constantly the technological and technical processes of transport facilities. This article proposes to use a tool of lean production, as in mapping, to assess the interaction of complex transport objects, namely, an industrial transport hub. The problems, which hinder the development of a copper mining industrial transport hub, are identified, a possible version of complex reconstruction of this hub is proposed, the value stream maps are generated to assess the reconstruction, and a conclusion is made regarding the possibility of using mapping to study the interaction processes of complex transport objects. The practical application of the results of experimental studies of the aquatic environment of the Russian Federation Northern Territories has been considered for the case of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Optimal water purification parameters were justified and chosen using electrocoagulation for the surface source of the Malaya Botuobiya River near the Tas-Yuryakh village. The optimal rate of water clarification and settling after electrochemical treatment is defined. The following dependencies have been obtained: water sample clarification on current density and treatment time; clarification time on power consumption; time dependence of coarse cotton settling kinetics. An accumulative-type unit with steady-state coagulation has been developed and tested for the practical application of experimental results, installed in the Tas-Yuryakh village pumping station. The following dependencies have been obtained in the research: the sludge quality on the electrolyzer current and water flow rate; the cotton settling time and quality on the electrolysis mode. The optimal water purification parameters allowed obtaining drinking quality water complying with the RF sanitary standards and regulations at the pumping station outlet. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The article overviews the experience of technology optimization in the existing wastewater facilities by means of biological treatment upgrade. The authors revealed negative input and output indices on the concentrations of phosphorus (phosphates), suspended matters, BIO5, ammoniacal nitrogen, N-NO3. The article provides the curves for the actual daily average wastewater flow rate at the facilities input. The authors selected a wastewater treatment technology (nitrification - denitrification) involving a deep biological elimination of nitrogen, phosphorous and the refermentation in the preliminary settling tanks. This technology is remarkably different from the existing one. The paper outlines further measures on the selection of the required processing equipment to remove nitrogen and phosphorus. Subject. Processes of development of socio-economic systems (SES) of different levels (from macro to micro levels), occurring under the conditions of long and medium economic and technological waves. For the strategic management of the development of SES, and primarily innovative development, it is necessary to systematically simulate their state at different stages of the economic and technological cycles, which is a tool for forecasting and optimizing decisions. This will help to mitigate, if not prevent, crises of social development with the help of strategic management. Goals-development of a model describing the internal state of SES at different stages of economic and technological cycles for strategic management of development. The model itself should not depend on the phase of the economic and technological cycles and the cycle itself, as well as the socio-economic formation. The work uses general scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge: retrospective, systemic and functional structural analysis, observation, classification, evolutionary and dynamic analysis. A model is proposed, in which the SES is described as a set of eight economic orders, which are in synergetic interaction, which are subsystems differentiated by methods of creating surplus value. Economic orders are unequal (the dominant one stands out), and in their development they can both feed and suppress the development of each other. Crises in the development of society can be interpreted as a conflict of people interested in the development of a particular economic order, which is not resolved in time by the system of social management, which is also a set of economic entities existing within their economic order. Based on the set task of forming a powerful innovative sector of the economy in Russia, it is necessary to advance the formation of an appropriate configuration of economic structures that ensure the accelerated development of innovative activities aimed at the production and commercialization of knowledge capital in Russia. The purpose of the article is to propose an analysis methodology and recommendations for modeling the innovative potential of a research scientist and innovative activity in an organization based on the statistical theory of knowledge as a basis for improving the quality of creative human capital management. The tasks to be solved in the project are to justify the need to organize a knowledge capital management system in terms of improving the quality of creative human capital management and developing recommendations for optimizing the complex processes of creating and commercializing knowledge capital through its modeling and improving the quality of creative human capital management. To solve the tasks set, methods of mathematical modeling, logical and marketing research, economic analysis and synthesis based on a system-information approach are used. The scientific novelty of the project is the proposal of a model and algorithm for the functioning of the knowledge capital management system in terms of improving the quality of creative human capital management. Models are proposed for use in the development of managerial decisions on the organization of knowledge capital management in terms of improving the quality of management of creative human capital and innovation activity in general, and an algorithm for the functioning of the knowledge capital management system. Recommendations are proposed for modeling the innovative potential of a research scientist and innovative activity in an organization based on the statistical theory of knowledge as a basis for improving the quality of creative human capital management.
