The purpose of this research is to analyse the phenotypic impacts and physio-chemical features of SNCA mutations using computational methods. Research tools and techniques: Methods from 2Struc, SWISSPDB, and RCSB PDB were utilised to assess physio-chemical characteristics. Findings: By analysing the main structures, the secondary structure is able to deduce the sequence of the protein and the nucleic acids. The aforementioned techniques allow us to deduce the structure of new proteins, The three-state composition, statistics, and structural summary analysis (including X-ray crystallography and nuclear magnetic resonance) are all part of the package. In conclusion, future predictions are based on the varvarious parameters that are part of the prediction framework. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
