In this paper we study generalized ϕ-recurrent almost C(λ) manifolds. It is proved that a generalized ϕ-recurrent almost C(λ) manifold is an Einstein manifold. Wealso find some relations between the associated 1-forms. Also it is shown that generalized concircular, conformal ϕ-recurrent almost C(λ) Manifolds are Einsteins. Further it is proved that conservative concircular almost C(λ) manifold is an Einstein manifold and shown that the concircular curvature tensor is irrotational on almost C(λ) manifolds.
