The use of puree-like semi-finished products from the fruits of wild plants is increasingly being used in the production of preventive food products. Considering that the composition and useful properties of such semi-finished products may vary depending on the type of hawthorn and the region of its growth, this study was devoted to clarifying the composition of puree from the local wild raw materials of Azerbaijan - large-fruited hawthorn (Crataegus aestivalis L.), growing in the Babek district of Nakhichevan A R. The puree was obtained as a result of washing, blanching, wiping, sterilization and aseptic filling processes. After that, its composition was studied using standard and generally accepted methods of chemical analysis. It is shown that the vitamin and mineral profile of the product is extremely rich and diverse, and its low sugar content is an obvious advantage, since puree analogues obtained from forest fruits of many other species differ, as a rule, in medium or high calorie content. The conducted studies confirm the relevance of the process of producing food products with a given chemical composition and increased value based on hawthorn puree to compensate for the deficiency of minerals and vitamins in the human diet. The research is based on the need for innovative development of agrarian and food technologies to form a healthy nutrition diet for all groups of the population in accordance with the food security doctrine of the Russian Federation, 2020. The need to develop technologies and recipes composition of combined puree with increased nutrition value made with topinambur paste, fruit and berry raw products widespread in the Siberian region was defined. Comparative results of organoleptic assessment, composition of physiologically functional ingredients, assessing the nutritional value of new types of combined puree are presented. The results of an experimental study of wideband sound propagation along shallow water traces in the Barents Sea during the transmission of pulse signals (with frequency band 5140 Hz) by a pneumoacoustical source towed over range-varying bottom bathymetry and sediment structure are submitted. Several autonomous bottom stations were used for the reception and the recording of signals. Measurements of energy spatial-frequency distributions, mode composition, and dispersive characteristics of waveguides at distances of up to 200 km were performed. The spectral density modulation of the received signal energy in the frequency-range plane essentially differs from interference patterns in analogous layered inhomogeneous waveguides. The regions of variations of the interference patterns and the waveguide mode spectrum depending on the length of the propagation path with various seafloor structure are shown. The frequency-spatial dependence of transmission losses obtained from the measured data is researched. The opportunity to use this dependence for the reconstruction of the sea bottom structure and the creation of a satisfactory layered-bottom acoustical model is discussed. The frequency-temporal distributions of the received signals' energy with wideband pulse sounding of the waveguide are also obtained. The WignerVille distribution for frequency-temporal signal processing was used to achieve high time-frequency resolving power. The dynamics of the dispersion patterns' transformation and changes of the waveguide mode spectrum versus range are shown. The particular features of such acoustic signal characteristics as the space-frequency dependence of losses, mode composition, and dispersion properties connected with sound propagation in the presence of inhomogeneities along the trace are analyzed.
