Abstract

Noise simulation of a 2D semiconductor device by employing a deterministic BE solver has been reported. The fully coupled scheme enables small-signal analysis. As an example, the RF and noise performance of a SiGe HBT, including cutoff frequency, minimum noise figure, noise resistance, and electron noise current transit time, is investigated. Abstract

We developed an extended version of Reverse Monte Carlo analysis. This extended version of Reverse Monte Carlo method is intended to analyze the Two-dimensional Ultra-Small-Angle X-ray Scattering (2D-USAXS) experimental data for elongated rubbers.
