Globalization causes the cross-border trade process to continue and overgrow. This makes companies engaged in saying logistics & transport must also develop. Every aspect of a company has a role in the development of that company. Control and evaluation are essential functions in management to ensure that the organization's work plan can run well so that the organization's final goals can be achieved. The data mart is built with a 9-step method Kimbal data mart is implemented in PT Bollore Logistic's PIB department data from January 2017 to November 2020. Data marts are used for calculating delivery KPI (Key Performance Indicator) based on PIB (Imported Goods Delivery) data. The calculation includes the number of shipments, the number of goods delivered, the number of delays, and the delay's status for each month. Tourism development, or lack thereof, is a direct reflection of society's progress. This paper deals with a number of elements that affect the development of humanity, and the connection between the progress of human culture and tourism. In this way, they will try to find out the role of tourism in society, and finally the perspective in the future. Today, tourism has become a global phenomenon and certainly one of the most massive phenomena in world relations. The tourist market is marked by a new reorganization: new generations of tourists are being created, new tourist products, tourists are looking for something new and unexperienced on their vacation, thus changing the way the tourist offer operates, all influenced by globalization, global warming, political and security trends. Various operating conditions, business strategies and goals require that each company create its own system of employee motivation. In order to operate successfully, every organization needs to find an optimal combination of factors which would contribute to its staff motivation. The motivation for work is a complex of forces that initiate and keep an employee to work at a certain position in the company. In order to achieve the maximum degree of motivation of employees, managers must be informed of the needs and motives of people whom they are in charge of and also to ensure their satisfaction. People as the potential of a company represent its biggest driving and creative force. The aim of this paper is to present the results of research which attempts to find out which are those segments of work that make the employees feel either more or less satisfied, and to discover whether there is a relationship between the variables: gender, education and type of property and the variables gathered around the various claims related to motivation and satisfaction of employees.
