Pursuing business opportunities by the foundation of start-ups has become a desirable career choice for university students. As economies merge and boundaries between markets vanish, strategies for successful born global for those students are necessary. We perform a conjoint analysis to identify significant factors of born global start-ups for German and Korean students surrounded by different economic circumstances. According to the results, students in both countries, in general, pay most attention to the market entry mode. However, German students tend to select the target market for pure economic reasons while Korean students favor target markets with small cultural differences. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Organizational creativity (OC) is associated with deriving many relevant ideas and producing a variety of unique ideas from members of an organization. Many studies have been conducted to improve OC which can increase the performances of organization. However, previous studies were based on related factors rather than directly observable attributes. In this paper we apply Bayesian network to identify the relationship among organizational attributes which are observables, OC, and performances of firms in Korea The results indicated that monetary compensation systems in an organization, an encouraging atmosphere for the creative expression of employees, and increasing creativity through corporate culture have strong positive impact on deriving a large number and variety of ideas in an organization. This, in turn, affects producing unique and original ideas. Using Lego, we proposed a six-sigma game to enhance entrepreneurship for engineering students. The game considers not only the importance of quality in the product design and development phase but also aspects such as project management, IP awareness, ethics, and green technology for technology-based entrepreneurship. In particular, we let the participants choose one from a number of available Lego sets of two generations, for which technology and cost exist in a tradeoff relationship.
