Abstract

The following paper proposes the optimum uses of ETP-based water. It is known that ETP works as a waste purifier and treats the water obtained from industrial plants. This project aims to ensure proper reuse of the wastewater obtained from the ETP rather than throwing it into the environment directly. This project aims to work with the filtered water produced by ETP and put it to good use. The ETP wastewater is kept inside a reservoir and, later, passed through a unique and automated distribution system which leads to various end uses. This automated distribution system controls the wastewater supply to minimize resource waste. This project also includes using sludge obtained from the ETP plant by mixing it with concrete cement. Thus, the sludge will be reused to make storage components for a distribution system. The range of ETP wastewater uses can even be expanded with adequate execution based on the produced filtered water quality. Abstract

The primary elements largely related to the cost of material handling, which accounts for an average of around 20 to 25 percent of overall production costs, are lost time and labor costs. This report aims to inform readers about a substitute material handling technique called an automated guided vehicle (AGV). It is an innovative programmable vehicle that can automate transportation activities at a reasonable price. In other places, such as warehouses, container terminals, and exterior (underground) transit networks, AGVs are now employed for continuous transport systems. By making route selection judgments utilizing a variety of ways, such as visionbased mode, frequency-selected mode, path-selected mode, and so on, AGV automates the system. The map is stored in the AGV memory and monitored by the stationary control unit of the warehouse for the pre-defined industrial setting. The traffic management system, floor control, guiding path system, and vehicle peripheral on-site component are the four critical parts of the AGV system. This study recommends adding new functionalities to the AGV in accordance with the industry's escalating need for more multifunctional machinery aspects. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract

Heat utilization is one of the biggest wins for any industry. And big industries waste much heat from the water, gas, and other sources. Research focuses on optimizing the wasted heat in industry and making it reusable for further uses. This utilizes the wasted heat and ensures that folds increase the productivity of the overall industry. Moreover, limiting the usage of energy impacts less in the environment less. The heat generated from the wasted washing or dyeing water is stored and run through copper pipes to a tank. Several pipes are inserted inside the tank to maintain cold water flow. The cold water passing through the lines will regain the heat of the default dyeing water inside the tank, which will heat the cold water. This assures the saving of heating appliances and wasted water and ensures the utilization of wastewater in an ETP plant to a great extent. To ensure the validity, practicality, and full proof of the research, Quality function deployment (QFD), Functional Decomposition, Black Box, Cluster Diagram, and apparent surveys among the most prominent and most renowned industrialists have been implemented. The best of the materials through a proper testing test, observation, and validation have been selected; all the selected materials and method implementations are of verified reliability. The equipment can also withstand the environmental conditions in which it is used.
