The quick development and popularization of comunication techlonogies has made the modalities associated with shared mobility leverage through internet platforms operating e-hailing services in cities around the whole world. The long-term development of a shared mobility service depends on the continued use of its users. In order to revise the availeable literature about this subjet, the PROKNOW-C was utilized, performing the bibliometric and systemic analysis of the literature. The results lead to the making of a portifolium of 21 articles, highlighting the more relevant authors, journals and keywords. The systemic analysis concluded that: the survey methodology is the most used in articles; while the main constructs that are directly and indirectly linked to the intention to use the service stand out. The results confirm that the theoretical models of technology acceptance are tools that allow the understanding of determinant factors reguarding the intention of usage and continuity of shared mobility. The research made possible to highlight that these models can explain the user's intents, ranking which constructs have greater influence, thus representing an important contribuition to the extension of technology intent models. ENGLISH language education ,MOBILE learning ,EDUCATIONAL technology ,TEACHING methods - Abstract
The highly technologized present society allows students to easily access information and develop skills much easier than in the traditional education system. Besides using technology for teaching and evaluating purposes, it can also be converted in a means of self-assessment to evaluate students' personal progress. Thus, knowledge terminology appropriation can also be technology mediated with the purpose to review the already studied terminology in view of the final examination facilitated by accelerated learning strategies consisting of condensed exercises designed to review specific terminology in the fields of humanities and sciences. For the beginning, the software would be available for the students from the University of Bucharest whose study is oriented towards specialised English terminology. With this purpose in mind, the present paper proposes a system architecture designed with a simple interface to facilitate students' access to information. The platform interface should be simple and easy to use. Also, a mobile version would be desirable to design so that it become accessible from any device. The exercises proposed follow each unit studied during the semester with a strong focus on terminology and vary in range and form, all in reference to the unit studied at the seminar. When applying these learning strategies, the challenges are represented by the limited period of time necessary to complete each task - the newness of the platform is that the exercises are timed so that they simulate real-life exam situations, thus making the eLearning process more effective and efficient. The software will also indicate a progress bar and the mistaken answers will come with explanations. An important aspect worth mentioning is the fact that these exercises do not focus on building competition among students, therefore no forum or chat rooms will be designed. As a result, students develop learning skills, become more confident in their language appropriation and acquisition due to the real-life simulations and practice IT skills. The limited period of time for answers stimulates students to appropriate learning strategies by accelerating the process. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

UNIVERSAL jurisdiction ,CRIMINAL jurisdiction ,JURISDICTION (International law) - Abstract
The dynamics of the law is natural in the existence and evolution of the state legal system. The law has to be actual, always actual, if not in a perfect harmony, at least in an efficient harmony with the social status of a country. The constitution, by being itself a law, more precisely a fundamental law, has to comply with the existences of the system dynamics. But not in any way. In order to fulfill its regulating and especially, civilizing role, constitutional revisions have to meet certain substantiations of content and legislative technique, but also certain demands of constitutionalism. One of these demands is that the revision (amendment, supplementation, etc.) of a constitutional text is not a step backwards as regards democracy and rule of law. The efficiency of constitutional revisions is questionable if they restrict or remove classic rules and principles such as: freedom respect, property respect, free access to justice, earned rights, presumption of innocence. - Abstract
Background: The evidence supporting best practice guidelines in the field of cartilage repair of the ankle are based on both low quality and low levels of evidence. Therefore, an international consensus group of experts was convened to collaboratively advance toward consensus opinions based on the best available evidence on key topics within cartilage repair of the ankle. The purpose of this article was to report on the consensus statements on "Revision and Salvage Management" developed at the 2017 International Consensus Meeting on Cartilage Repair of the Ankle. Methods: Seventy-five international experts in cartilage repair of the ankle representing 25 countries and 1 territory were convened and participated in a process based on the Delphi method of achieving consensus. Questions and statements were drafted within 11 working groups focusing on specific topics within cartilage repair of the ankle, after which a comprehensive literature review was performed and the available evidence for each statement was graded. Discussion and debate occurred in cases where statements were not agreed on in unanimous fashion within the working groups. A final vote was then held, and the strength of consensus was characterized as follows: consensus, 51% to 74%; strong consensus, 75% to 99%; unanimous, 100%. Results: A total of 8 statements on revision and salvage management reached consensus during the 2017 International Consensus Meeting on Cartilage Repair of the Ankle. One achieved unanimous support and 7 reached strong consensus (greater than 75% agreement). All statements reached at least 85% agreement. Conclusions: This international consensus derived from leaders in the field will assist clinicians with revision and salvage management in the cartilage repair of the ankle. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

PSYCHOLOGY of middle school students ,PSYCHOLOGICAL feedback ,POSTER design ,ABILITY testing ,VIDEO games - Abstract
This paper presents a novel examination of the impact of students’ feedback choices and performance on their feedback memory. An empirical study was designed to collect the choices to seek critical feedback from a hundred and six Grade 8 middle-school students via Posterlet, a digital assessment game in which students design posters. Upon completing the game, students filled a survey asking them to recall the feedback phrases they encountered in Posterlet. Results show that choosing critical feedback correlated with the critical feedback students remembered. Additionally, choosing critical feedback and poster performance inversely correlated with the confirmatory feedback students remembered. A closer examination of the informational value of feedback revealed that choosing critical feedback correlated with both types (i.e., informative and uninformative) of critical feedback remembered and it inversely correlated with both types of confirmatory feedback remembered. Finally, poster performance correlated with the critical uninformative feedback remembered and inversely correlated with the confirmatory uninformative feedback remembered. Ramifications for students’ learning performance are discussed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Engineering changes represent an important concept for product development by continuous refining of products design in order to add more value to the developed products. Engineering change concept refers to the product evolution in terms of features, qualities and qualia, it represents the way how the product better fulfils the functions expected by clients. Concepts of product and version spaces are both introduced, along with the conceptual spaces of functions and properties, using an informational viewpoint. An informational model is proposed to offer capabilities in assisting the management of engineering changes. Delta concept is used in modelling of the products improvements management by an explicit versioning technique. Product identity is explained in this paper by the usage of product related information. This relationship shows a specific dynamics since the product evolves over time and the related information regarding the product and his identity evolves too. Specific terminology used within the context is introduced, and concepts related with the product development are represented as part of corresponding conceptual spaces. Aggregating all the information that classify a specific product it is possible to define and to manage the product identity. Paper proposes an informational model for product identity management. Product is considered here, and further analysed, from the ontological perspective of a physical object type endurant, by consequence the information that comes in relation with this endurant are part of the abstract region defining different characteristics. Qualia coming in connection with abstract regions give a particular value of considered qualities in such a manner that the product identity to be defined from the perspectives of: functions, properties and life-cycle. We introduce an educational game-based assessment that measuresthe choices students make while learning. We present Posterlet, a game designed to assess students' choices to seek negative feedback and to revise, in which students learn graphical design principles while creating posters. We validate our game-based assessment approach with three research studies, in which college and middle-school students play Posterlet and then complete a posttest. Results showed that the game helped students learn: students who played Posterlet before completing the posttest learned more graphical design principles than students who only completed the posttest. Moreover, the choices to seek negative feedback and to revise can predict learning and be used as valid outcome measures for learning. We present a first-of-kind examination of students' choices to seek feedback and to revise, as well as of students' learning outcomes based on thesechoices, which can be used to develop and evaluate models of instruction that help students make informed learning choices. - Abstract
Purchasing plays an important role in the logistics management. Since the price of materials fluctuates constantly, to revise the formulated material purchasing strategy timely is a necessary procedure to reduce the operating cost. This paper proposes a method to find the revising purchasing quantity of the original strategy in the price fluctuating situation. This method combines with the idea of the financial risk measurement technique of CVaR under the assumption that the decision maker is the type of risk aversion. This paper proves the effectiveness of the method and verifies it with an application case. [ABSTRACT FROM PUBLISHER]

XML (Extensible Markup Language) ,REPRESENTATIONAL State Transfer (Software architecture) ,WORLD Wide Web ,VISUAL analytics ,PERSONAL information management - Abstract
The eXtensible Markup Language (XML) is more than a unified data exchange and storage format. We suggest the exploitation of XML and look at it as a fine-granular node tree, which is grown up through a sequence of user modifications. The Representational State Transfer (REST) is the perfect candidate to expose XML resources as well as their full revision and modification history to the World Wide Web. Extending the idea of XML and REST along the natural modification-driven temporal dimension breeds something, which is scalable, robust, simple, and yet extensible enough to effectively enrich striving applications such as personal information management, collaborative document authoring, distributed content management, or geographic visual analytics. In this paper, we introduce Temporal REST, i.e., an interface and protocol to access web-based XML resources as well as their full revision and modification history. We describe the underlying data model and show how it solves problems inherently arising from temporal interactions in a pragmatic and straightforward way. In addition, we provide a case study to demonstrate the power of Temporal REST due to its elegance and true simplicity. Finally, we motivate future work including the implementation of back-end services as well as front-end applications - both of which will mutually benefit from Temporal REST. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
