This research is intended to explain the role of quality management through the control of the statistical process by comparing the two Pro Credit Bank and NLB Bank banks. Of all the concentration is which of these two banks is well managed with the products / services they offer and how much they are. The control of the static process is the process of identifying and eliminating special cases of variation. The process capacity cannot be determined if the process is not under statistic control. The research also includes hypotheses that have been presented and tested through the questionnaire drawn up by the questionnaires. The purpose of this paper is to identify key success factors of Total Quality Management and assess their impact on the organizational performance of Kosovo's small and medium-sized companies operating in the processing industry. In addition to numerous studies exploring the relationship between MTC management practices and organizational performance, research has been conducted on Kosovo SMEs. The empirical analysis confirmed a strong and positive relationship between the TCM construction, the customer focus and organizational performance. The purpose of this paper is to explain the importance of the initial orientation of startup businesses in the market and the problems that they face in the enfant industry phase. Thereof the paper aims to identify challenges and obstacles they face in this phase specifically in the transition country markets. There are many challenges including political, economic, social, cultural, legal, environmental, cultural and technological factors affecting the success or failure of businesses in initial stage. The paper tries to find the solution how to create a suitable environment to help these businesses. Given the research the paper included different methodologies including qualitative and quantitative methods even that there are limitations such as lack of data resources, culture of new entrepreneurs and primary data are collected mainly through interviews conducted and questionnaires The secondary data are based on recent developments in the field, research papers from recent journals, various publications from research institutes and main theories dealing with this problem. Finalization of this work will enable the adequate addressing the difficulties and problems faced by businesses, and will provide recommendations to enable adequate measures for successful businesses start creating incentives and support for economic activities that develop them in order to support economic growth and employment in the responsibility for future generations. In this paper it will be treated the concept of quality of electronic services. So far we have no precise definition about electronic services. Studies on trade and internet marketing in general treat only features of the websites that add value for customers and improve the efficiency of websites. Categories that are more common in these studies are: value-added services, electronic tools for managing relationships with customers, the functions of websites, offering online, and more. The common element of these topics is the focus on facilitating activities that take consumers to the Internet and the creation of value. Electronic services are defined as processing, distribution and consumption of the results which are mediated by the Internet. Nowadays consumers have become more aware of what kind of food they are consuming, which means that now they consume food and agricultural products of good quality that meet their needs for healthy food. Kosovo, as a part of global market, in the last decade has become part of the quality management systems of food for the local market, as well as for international market. Wine in Kosovo under the Law on Wines No. 02/L-08 and the Law with changes and prior completion of the previous Law, No. 04/L-019, article 2, paragraph 1, is qualified as agricultural and food product, which means that the industry of wine is oriented not only for positive financial effects upon the placement of their products but also is oriented in the quality of wines, which is achieved through complete food chains from production of raw materials (grape), from the vineyards to the tables of consumers who consume wine. Quality management of wine in Kosovo is realized through consumer protection policies under Article 1 of the Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette of the Republic of Kosovo) No. 32. Manufacturers of wine as food producers, the demand for quality can achieve only through quality management of wines, in relation from idea to production and consumption. The access of this study is oriented to the real appearance of concepts in appliance of the quality of wine systems, the appliance of quality management through ISO (International Organization for Standardization), HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and through the model access in the quality management system of wines. Quality of services and consumer satisfaction are a powerful impact that helps in achieving the goals of the organization and consumer as well. This study is a contribution in relation to quality analysis of services and consumer satisfaction of business units in retail in the Republic of Kosovo. The actual level of quality services is not sufficient for accepting the consumers' perceptions related to quality of the services offered by business units in retail. Since business units in retail offer variety of goods and services, it is necessary to identify actions, which are the most important dimensions evaluated by consumers for the quality of services. The aim of this paper is to conceive and consolidate a better definition on building a positive experience in business units in retail in the Republic of Kosovo, and to offer quality services to consumers. This research will provide a good analytic base, which is needed to analyse the quality of services and consumers' satisfaction in business units in retail, which operate in Kosovo, and will pay a special attention to ETC enterprise.
