This study estimated colorful handling outfit used in assiduity & also concentrated on unborn compass of Material Handling system used in Industry 4.0. Material running system plays veritably important part in assiduity like Aviation, mining, food & potables and shipping for transporting raw material and finished goods. In recent time the major problems associated with material handling system are delivering goods, picking up accoutrements with the development of outlet store in metropolises. In view of large quantum of standard material handling, the order grasping region serve as one of the very important penetrating region of a store house. And delivery time and overall product cost can also be reduced while doing proper planning of material running. All exploration is concentrated on developing better systems for material running. Proposed generalities of material handing can exclude the non value added conditioning in overall running conditioning and reduce material handing hazards by using material handling principles. In recent times, the strong growth of Indian frugality has increased the need for robotization in material running in manufacturing and logistics sectors. The increasing number of residents of the city of Bandung Indonesia will also increase the household needs of the population. XYZ is a private company that supplies the basic needs of city residents through 68 retail outlets spread throughout the city. To meet the needs of all retailers, vehicle assignments are carried out randomly where vehicle capacity, departure schedules and routes are still ignored. As a result, the total distribution costs increase and attention to the urban logistics environment is neglected. The first step to solve this problem is to perform retail clustering using the sweep algorithm. This step tries to find the shortest distance for the vehicle routing problem. The second, the placement of satellite warehouses in each cluster uses the Covering Problems approach which considers the demand in each cluster and the capacity of vehicles allowed in the city. So that the density of goods transportation can be reduced. The third is to choose the shortest route in each cluster. The approach used in the last step is the nearest neighbor and the Genetic Algorithm, respectively. This study resulted in 10 retail groups supported by 10 vehicles with a total mileage of 244.6 km where these results provide an efficiency of 74% from the existing conditions. We are now living in the era of E-commerce where people can access their favourite products with a mere click. But E-commerce has its pros and cons, and the flip side is when it comes to the tactile feel and the physical inspection of a product. Although, the E-commerce market has had a huge impact, it cannot be denied that people still love to shop in retail outlets like supermarkets and shopping malls. The major drawback with retail shopping is the long time taken for the billing. If truth be told the time spent at the billing counter seems to be more than the time spent for the actual choice of products in the shop. The panacea can be in the use of AI or Artificial Intelligence. Soon artificial intelligence is definitely going to make a drastic change in the field of marketing and having an impact on customer behavior as well. In this paper we propose a framework that consists of a Computer vision driven AI approach which will reduce the time of billing to nearly fourfold. It is an automatic billing and payment system which will greatly reduce the time spent for payment of the bill. The purpose of this paper is to present a comparative analysis on retail atmospherics - a case study of few selected branded retailers in India. Here the researcher has applied descriptive research design by constructing the structured questionnaire and subjected the questionnaire to 15 branded retail outlets at India, by visiting the outlets and inter-viewing the store manager for data collection. The collected data has been analysed using simple tools such as aver-ages, percentages and measurement scales and SPSS software were used to arrive at desired results. After the analy-sis it is found that due to the increase in disposable income of consumers, higher living standards and lifestyles, in-crease in double income families and dynamic change in likes and preferences of Indian consumers it has created a huge demand in the market for organised branded outlets and people are showing positive response towards their shopping experience but there is a huge scope of improvement in terms of retail atmospherics in near future. Also the originality/value was In today’s world retail industry is booming to a greater extent there is a tough competition among competitors in the market and due to change in customers lifestyles, preferences, needs and wants retailers are finding it really challenging to attract customers hence they majorly look for ambient improvement which will help customers better shopping experience and made a analysis about how retail atmospherics may work or why it is important and how atmospherics can be implemented and what are its impact. This study examines how the adding of offline outlets on pre-existing online stores affects consumers' channel selection intention. The results indicate that consumers intend to shop offline when purchasing complex utilitarian products, but they still prefer to shop online when purchasing complex hedonic products.
