Shockwave are defined as nonlinear pressure waves propagating at supersonic speeds. The first shock wave technology was developed in 1990s, which used explosives and electric current to generate shock. Modern shock generation methods include hypersonic shock tunnels and shock tubes, which are used extensively in the fields of medicine (treatment of kidney stones), biological sciences (bacterial transformation), agriculture (improved processing of crops), oil extraction (increasing yield), food industry (meat tenderization, juice extraction), material processing (property improvement in nano particles), and manufacturing. The objective of this paper is to conduct an overview of the applications of shockwaves specifically in three areas such as materials processing, nanotechnology, medicine, oil extraction and bioscience. Oil, nanoparticles, solid, liquids, grains, meats, agricultural products are few reviewed samples which are exposed to shock waves. Shock waves has an impact in physical, chemical, thermal, mechanical, electrical and thermodynamic properties. Using shock waves as a pre-treatment process was also analyzed. Shock waves also has an impact in varying the structure, texture, color, smell, solubility, morphology and molecular behavior of the organic and inorganic compounds. Techniques like ultrasound, UV spectroscopy, SEM, TEM, XRD, ORAC assay are used to study the Shockwave treated samples for obtaining the results. Crop diseases is a major risk to food, but crop disease identification is difficult due to lack of infrastructure. Detecting and Identifying disease from the plants images is one of the interesting research areas in computer and agriculture field. The main Goal of the project is to identify the diseases in the plant leaves and to prevent them in the early stage. This Plant disease detection model is totally based on the leaf of the plants with image classification, developed using CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) algorithm. The developed model trained from scratch to identify the disease and it is able to recognize different types of plant diseases. The reason for choosing CNN is Classifier algorithm mainly extracts more features from the image datasets rather than other classifier algorithms. The trained model achieves an accuracy of 99.4%. The major threat in food infections are yield infections, but proving them is difficult due to a lack of evidence. This study provides an overview of various image processing and machine learning algorithms for identifying plant disease from photos of diseased plants. The CNN classifier algorithm is a powerful tool for diagnosing and predicting the infections which extracts more features from the image dataset. This work is a part of analysing the performance of polypropylene fibre reinforced concrete, which has improved concrete ductility and energy absorption due to standard concrete's low tensile strength and destructive and brittle failure. This study investigates how varying dosages and polypropylene fibre can alter the properties of concrete mixtures for M30 grade. By examining the effects of various polypropylene fibre mix contents, such as 0%, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, and 2%, the analysis's main objective is to establish the appropriate polypropylene fibre content. The results of the investigation cover the material aspects. Following the mix design based on this, physical parameters such as compressive strength should be analysed. Around 30% of the trash produced in the building sector in India is classified as construction and demolition (C&D) waste. This garbage is not properly managed, losing its potential for recycling and finally ending up in landfills and illegal dumping. Reuse of these waste are still in development stage leading to landfills without considering the effects of environment. Proper utilization of this waste will open new opportunities to recycling industries. The best way to make contractors more aware of need for recycling is by providing them the benefits of proper construction waste management. The study's goal is to present a waste management strategy to lessen the amount of garbage that ends up in landfills by adopting techniques to cut waste creation at the source and taking Construction and Waste Management (CWM) into account during the planning stage. Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software is being used to conduct the survey and carry out the statistical analysis. From the obtained result, the need for CWM can be understood and the foremost factors responsible for adopting CWM on project site are determined. Portland cement is the typical binder in concrete, a widely used building material. This project attempts to develop concrete with lime powder will be completed. For various percentage replacements of cement by using lime powder in the creation of concrete is the goal of this work, which takes into account environmental aspects of cement manufacture, particularly in regards to CO2 emissions and energy usage. Concrete of the M30 grade is selected for analysis. Lime of 5%, 10%, and 15% replaces cement. The concrete mix composition shall follow IS10262-2019 guidelines. In order to establish the best value, the features are evaluated, including the workability and fresh concrete's characteristics like slump and compaction factor as well as the strength attributes of hardened concrete, including compression strength. The goal of this research is to improve the mechanical qualities of concrete by utilizing alternate coarse aggregates instead of conventional coarse aggregate. Eventual frequent disposal of Steel Slag (SS) as garbage brings about resource waste, environmental harm and possibly the collapse of an ecosystem. These days, there is no particular law governing the use of SS as a coarse aggregate in concrete. Although research on possibility for using them in concrete with advantages for technology and the environment has been done in various replacement amounts. The best substitute for natural coarse aggregate in concrete is slag. SS was utilized in this work in varying ratios of 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, and 50% to replace the coarse aggregate in concrete of M30 grade with a w/c ratio of 0.43. This undertaking means to develop an environmental observing framework to screen the environmental polluting gases, temperature, humidity and dust present in the particular area by using Universal Object Interaction or IoT. Knowing the current data of these factors helps one to take immediate measures at that place and lead a healthy life. Internet of Things (IoT) increases the visibility and awareness of utility consumption and remote monitoring system for individual machine. IoT supports for proper predictive maintenance by collecting and analyzing real time consumption data for every individual machine unit through various sensors. IoT was used to replace the preventive maintenance system by predictive maintenance system of factory and it is being installed by most of the leading companies. Analysis on real time data improves energy efficiency and competitiveness of the leading manufacturing companies. An attempt was performed by directly connecting IoT system with individual machine as well as with the control panel of the system to retrieve data. A framework was developed to support the integration of real-time energy data into a factory information tools and platforms. In this study, real time remote monitoring system was developed to monitor the electrical energy parameters of the Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine. ThingWorx user interface was adopted for smart and remote real time energy monitoring.
