This article uses the Access database as the basis, discussed the traditional Chinese medicine prescription in the Access database using form in store way. It provides convenient for using data mining analysis method of clinical medical record from refining old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine experience. To a large sample of clinical medical record carries out standard arrangement. The basic information of medical record, traditional Chinese and western medicine diagnosis, the four diagnostic information, laboratory checking, disease pathology, therapies and prescription carries out standardization, informationization, structured. The Access database is relatively independent. It has storage, analysis, display, print and other functions, and it is suitable for the traditional Chinese medicine prescription storage and data analysis. This paper discussed the Access as the advantages of information collection tool for the prescription, and put forward the shortcomings and thinking in setting up the process of old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine medical record. In this paper, we establish a model to describe the relationship between acupuncture points and diseases and we study its evolution based on multi-dimension networks. Firstly, we build a multi-dimension network called acupoint-disease network by using data from traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture books. Secondly, we reduce the network dimension to form a disease-based acupoint network and an acupoint-based disease network respectively. The static characteristics of these two networks, which include clustering coefficient, average path length and small-world character etc, are analyzed. Thirdly, we put forward a network evolution model and its algorithms. Finally, we compare the analyzed results above with the traditional Chinese medicine theory, which indicates that the results totally conform to traditional Chinese medicine theory. We make an investigation into the approach and technique used in database Migration in this paper. Different database migrations such as Oracle, SqlServer are discussed. As an example, we design and implement a migration project for Tsinghua University. This project migrates Oracle RAC into a different platform completely and successfully.
