- Abstract
Big Data is a technologically advanced data management tool, which is helping several multinational organizations as well as SMEs around the globe to get access to huge volumes of data related to purchasing behavior and preferences of customers in a time effective manner. The contemporary global business environment is becoming highly competitive and saturated. In order to overcome the threat of high market saturation and strong market competition, different companies are adopting digitized approaches and technological advancement in business operation activities to enhance potential competitive advantages. Quick and efficient data management has become a real concern for the present companies to improve core competency of the business. Different theoretical frameworks and models related to customer loyalty and customer experience are applied in the study. On the other hand, theoretical approaches related to the impact of Big Data on business performance of organizations are also discussed. Depending on the exploratory design of the study, qualitative research methodology has been applied by the researcher in this study. In terms of data collection process, primary data is collected by interviewing the selected respondents for this research. A simple random sampling approach has been considered in this study to decide a realistic sample size for the purpose of collection of data. Ultimately, the analysis and findings of this research work has indicated that Big Data has become an important data management tool for contemporary organizations that positively influences potential business growth of the organizations in the global market.
