Due to the relatively simple rules of football matches and the relatively few sports equipment required, football matches have become one of the most popular group sports in the world. It is also because of the popularity of football that the video content analysis and player movement data analysis of football games have attracted a large number of researchers to study in the past few decades, and have taken into account a wide range of application scenarios, such as the verification of referees' decisions, the tactical analysis of football players, automatic highlight recognition, video annotation and browsing, content-based video compression, automatic summary of games, customized advertising insertion Graphical display to better appreciate the statistics and evaluation of the game, players and teams. However, many constraints must be considered, such as the high variability of lighting conditions, short-term dynamic event detection, real-time video analysis, complex occlusion, precise positioning of players in the field, and so on. Therefore, many video processing methods cannot be directly applied to football video processing. Players' tracking, target detection, activity analysis and other algorithms in the game will face a series of complex problems, such as the overlapping occlusion problem of players in the same team wearing the same set of jerseys, the unpredictable movement trajectory of the football, and the visibility of the football due to the wide light and camera field of view. It is for these reasons that the research on video content analysis and player movement data analysis of football games is very challenging. This paper is focused on the implementation of an athletic performance system for the measurement of the vital signs like Heart rate, temperature, and kinetic parameters like the number of revolutions of a fixed bike wheel for football players. The proposed system uses a Raspberry Pi3 as a base station, in addition to the ESP-32S microcontroller for data collection tools from sensors. Wi-Fi technology is utilized as a communication tool between wireless sensors and the base station. The received data are stored in the base station database, which in turn is analyzed using the fuzzy system. In order to embrace Learning and Teaching 4.0 in Higher Educational Institution, it is vital to focus on Staff Professional Development. This paper is to review the current available methods of Professional Development in the education sector. Identifying the lack of professional development platform explains the deficiency in the staff development and hence their ability to adapt to Education 4.0. One of cancer that commonly causes most of the death is breast cancer. According to WHO data published in 2017, breast cancer deaths in Indonesia reached 21,287 or 1.27 % of total deaths. Delay in knowing of the condition of breast cancer in women with breast cancer, results in increased mortality, poor prognosis, and decreased survival rates, which are also associated with lower awareness of breast cancer, and also recommended non-adherence to screening. In this paper, we propose a random forest for breast cancer prediction. Random forest is one of many classification techniques, and it is an algorithm for big data classification. The article presents case studies on academic misconduct by college students in the U.S. It presents the results of a survey of students in undergraduate and graduate programs at Southern Polytechnic State University in Marietta, Georgia, in 2013. The studies examined the impact of academic misconduct on the integrity of higher education and its reputation. They identified the factors that might influence the frequency of cheating.

Practices of academic dishonesty are prevalent on college campuses (Chen, 2009; O'Rourke, Barnes, Deaton, Fulks, Ryan, & Rettinger, 2010; Simkin, 2010). The pressure to excel, peer perception, and the lack of faculty enforcement are among several factors that lead students to cheat. Building on an initial multi campus 673 participant-survey results, circumstances of academic integrity among Saudi students at a Midwestern university are examined through in depth interviews. Findings revealed prevalence of academic misconduct behaviors among study participants. Academic misconduct behaviors ranged from simple utilization of cheating on tests to utilizing internet paper mills. Findings also showed a gap between students' moral beliefs and their moral actions (Gross, 2011). Most participants, though reporting several academic dishonesty behaviors as accepted practices, denounced cheating as opposed to their own cultural, religious, and ethical beliefs. Traditional research in rowing has either focused on the forces produced or examined the movements of the body, with few researchers investigating the integration of these two major factors. Such information has huge potential with respect to enhancing performance, understanding injury and managing recovery to the sport following injury. This paper reports on the development of the instrumentation of a commercial rowing ergometer for kinetic and kinematic data acquisition. These data are vital towards the fmal goal of establishing a bio mechanical model describing the rowing activity. Such a model can be used to analyze and understand the mechanics of the human body. In this research, the spinal and pelvic movements, during rowing, are of particular interest, with respect to stroke through loading. In addition, the model can also aid in the estimation of the mechanical efficiency of rowing. The initial stages of this project require the instrumentation of a rowing ergometer. In order to capture the data required, a pair of rotary encoders was integrated onto the body of the Concept II Rowing Ergometer. These sensors provide positional information on the travel of the handle. A telemetry system was developed to measure the force exerted on the handle. This wireless system includes a force load cell engineered between the chain and handle of the rowing machine, and a transmitter mounted on the handle bar. Force data is transmitted to a receiver hooked up to a data acquisition (DAQ) unit. This set-up is supported by a dedicated National Instruments DAQ system and a desktop personal computer, with acquisition rates of up to 1 KHz.
