The article deals with topical issues of designing information technologies for the Kazakh language sign language visualization. Important peculiarities of the Kazakh spoken language and its translation into Sign language are considered. The analysis of semantic links in the Kazakh spoken language in order to solve the problems for automated identification of the elements of sign language for deaf people is carried out.
