This study aims to digitize the cultural landscape of the AKUR Community, Cigugur, Kuningan Regency. This is necessary so that local knowledge in the Cigugur AKUR Community can be well preserved considering that there are noble cultural values that can be a model for developing national values. Cultural landscape is a unitary geographical area including natural and cultural resources that cannot be separated from the linkage of historical activities, events and actors so that the unity of the region has cultural and aesthetic values (1). In this study, digitization is a process of converting or converting physical information into digital information, which in the end the digital information will be the same as physical information (2). The final result of the research is in the form of a smartphone-based digital cultural landscape application that contains features of all elements of culture, local knowledge and awareness of the Cigugur AKUR Community. In the digitization process in this research, the development and design of an Android-based Cultural Landscape system uses the waterfall model. This application system will combine natural, cultural, tangible and intangible landscape conditions, using a database and can make it easier for the system to display information. The feeling of profound disorientation experienced by an individual when encountering a foreign culture is designated in the specialized literature as culture shock. It represents a traumatizing experience described by explorers and missionaries who arrived in places where completely unfamiliar languages were spoken and where customs and traditions were strange. But the acceptance into a new culture largely depends on the immigrant's willingness and ability to communicate with members of the culture in accordance with their cultural norms and conventions. Acceptance is accelerated when the immigrant makes an effort to learn the local language and communicate regularly with the local people thus becomes familiar with their beliefs and cultural values. When it comes to establishing laws and regulations, we need to remember the Adat law that has existed and is used in everyday society. The development of Adat law exists and applies in society, but sometimes its validity is ignored and tends to be ignored as a law that should continue to live and be a guide even as a spirit in the formation of national law. Tailoring laws and regulations in accordance with cultural values and the nation's culture needs to get serious attention. In addition to enriching the treasures of the nation's cultural development, it can also be used as a distinguishing value from values that have always been used as references, namely the applicable law in Indonesia. In other countries, it tends to be enforced in Indonesia. The search for Adat law that applies in Indonesia to be used as the foundation for the establishment of laws within a country is very crucial amid the decline in the adoption of the nation's cultural values so that Adat law can be used as a reflection in the formation of law both at both the national and local levels in Indonesia. This writing uses a sociological normative writing method, which will describe the position and position of the Adat Constitution in the Indonesian legal system. So, it is hoped that through writing this journal, it is hoped that it will provide an understanding of how important the position of the Adat Constitution is in legal development in the modern era. With the actualization of Adat law in the formation of law, it is hoped that the wealth of the nation's noble values can be cultivated and maintained as part of the nation's wealth so that our children and grandchildren will maintain it as part of the cultural and cultural wealth of the Indonesian nation. Indonesia is a multicultural country with various local wisdom that can be integrated into physics learning. The purpose of this study is (1) to Analyze the distribution of Indonesian local wisdom in physics learning research, (2) to Analyze the research network and visualization of Indonesian local wisdom in physics learning research, and the contribution of local wisdom in physics learning (3) Analyze author collaboration and top counties Indonesian local wisdom in physics learning research. The bibliometric analysis uses VOSviewer with Scopus database in the 1986-2023 period. The result showed that researchers are more interested in publishing their articles at international conferences. The most chosen conferences and journals are UPINCASE 2020 and JPCS, with the most publishers being IoP Publishing and the most productive authors being Kuswanto H. and Misbah M. Research trends related to Indonesian local wisdom in physics learning increased in 2017-2020 the number of publications and the highest number of citations in 2017 and 2019 with articles that were trending from Indonesian authors "The development of physics teaching materials based on local wisdom to train Saraba Kawa characters." The integration of local wisdom of physics learning can be divided into three parts: content, learning material, and learning media. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the local wisdom of gamelan (saron) and the concept of physics on sound waves and analyze the material's effect in gamelan on sound scales and resonance. This qualitative research conducted structured interviews with informants and analyzed the data obtained. In this article, the physics concept contained in the gamelan (saron) is obtained, namely the concept of sound waves. In gamelan, when hitting a blade after being hit, the saron blades are depicted so that the sound is not humming and the tone is clear. It is also related to the material for making saron which affects the sound produced or sound quality. Each blade or scale on the saron is different from the thinnest to the thickest. This article concluded that gamelan is related to physics learning, namely sound waves. The materials and ladder blades in the saron affect the sound quality. This research is in the form of a description of the results of the implementation of the ethnomathematical learning of artifacts from the Joglo traditional house at one of the schools in Brebes. The purpose of this study is to describe how the ethnomathematical learning process integrates local cultural values in the form of joglo traditional house buildings. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research that aims to be able to describe complete information on the learning carried out, starting from the learning process to student learning outcomes. Collecting data in this study in the form of observations, tests, interviews and documentation for further analysis. The results of the ethnomathematics learning is good and very well received by the students, as seen by activity and participation of students in class. Another thing found in the ethnomathematics learning is low knowledge of students about local culture. So that from this learning, students not only learn mathematics but also local culture. Prasi is one of the Balinese lontar manuscripts crafted on dried rontal palm that has noble values and cultural knowledge. However, this lontar is not very well-known among Balinese people. The questionnaire result showed that most respondents did not know the type of Lontar Prasi, and 83.9% were interested in understanding the lontar. Prasi is illustrated by lontar, which has characters in its stories. Therefore, Augmented Reality (AR) technology is utilized to introduce the characters in lontar Prasi and support digital technology. The AR application displays 3D objects and characters' information in the form of text. The application development was carried out using an engineering approach, namely (1) Problem Analysis, (2) Data Collection, (3) Media Design, (4) Build Application, and (4) Testing. The result of this study is an Android-based AR application that has Play, Info, and Close menus. The test results carried out three testing processes, namely the Black box test, response time loading test, and questionnaire test. The overall test results show that the application runs well and is accessible in different smartphones where the specifications affect the loading of the response time. The third finding is the calculation's result by using the Linkert scale. Background: The status of the province of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) is currently included in the category of drug emergency. The majority of drug users are students. It is necessary to prevent risky behavior of drug abuse that is acceptable for teenagers. The integration of technology and cultural values can be a strategy for developing promotional media to avoid drug abuse. Aim to find out the views of teenagers, teachers, and parents about integrating digital technology and culture in developing educational media to prevent drug abuse. The method research design is a mixed method that is quantitative with the Cross-Sectional method and a qualitative study with a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) approach. Data were obtained through questionnaires and field notes in the FGD process. The survey was conducted on 723 students selected using the Stratified random sampling method at ten high schools in Bima from May to July 2022. The FGD involved 6-8 people consisting of students and representatives of teachers and parents. Quantitative data analysis used the Chi-Square test and qualitatively through organization and data reduction. Result Most students' preferences in selecting health promotion media are through digital electronic media (77.6%). Based on device ownership, respondents own a gadget in the form of a smartphone (90.3%), have access to the Internet (92.8%), and use the Internet mainly to access learning materials and social media (71%). Respondents have good knowledge about Bima culture (81.1%), and 51.0% have a good attitude towards Bima culture. Focused discussions resulted in theme 1. Elements of Bima culture that can be applied in promotional media. 2. Integration of cultural and technological values in the development of promotion media to prevent drug abuse. Conclusion: the strategy of developing media promotion to prevent drug abuse in Bima can be implemented by integrating technology with art and cultural values. The development of health promotion media with technological devices can utilize digital platforms such as the web and internet-based social networks with the integration of Bima cultural elements in the form of the noble values of MajaLaboDahu and various other works of art. The harmony of nature and culture is behind the Bali island's resilience. Non-contradictory, cultural landscape of Bali has been designated as one of the UNESCO world cultural heritage sites. These sites are potential areas for plant conservation purposes. However, other problems might also become a menace in the restoration efforts. Thus, a qualitative SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis was used in this paper to overview the potential of an area as a local plant conservation zone. The world cultural heritage sites have the power of legality as natural protection in harmony with culture managed by UNESCO. The upstream, sacred, and holy concept is a form of protection. The strength of the Balinese people's attachment to plants in implementing ceremonies is a form of sustainable use. The weaknesses are there are people with a consumptive lifestyle, a lack of public understanding about conservation and culturally mandated credentials, and also the understanding of the "that's how it should be" (Balinese: "mule keto") inherent in society. As an opportunity, the sites are an area to conserve plants used in ceremonies and traditional medicine in Bali and a place to provide conservation education through cultural values as incorporated into beliefs that promote a harmonious relationship with nature, namely Tri Hita Karana philosophy. Areca nut is a widely utilized plant throughout the world. Although it has been widely used as a raw material for functional foods, beverages, and various cosmetic and medicinal products, the areca nut is still commonly used for chewing in many nations, including Indonesia, particularly East Nusa Tenggara (ENT). The tradition of chewing areca nut has been an integral part of people's daily lives for a very long time. It could be classified as an immaterial cultural resource. Nowadays, chewing culture began to decline in some regions, including ENT. Regardless of the impact on health, the product must be rebranded and adapted to be a more modern one to preserve cultural values. This study aims to identify how the areca nut can be adapted into other products to enhance the market. Product attributes were identified using the Kano Method. The final product is then evaluated using the organoleptic method, willingness to accept, and willingness to buy. The participants were grouped into two, i.e., loyal consumers (Group I) and non-loyal consumers (Group II). The two groups show different attributes toward the expected future product. Two product models are offered, Product I, the original package in one package, and Product II, Areca nut Hard Candy. The evaluation of the product shows that although Group I prefers Product I, they are still willing to accept and buy Product II in order to maintain some cultural values. The geopolitical position and expertise position Morocco as the top producer of passenger cars in Africa, ranking 25th globally in 2022 and 8th in terms of growth by 15%. This achievement deserves an in-depth analysis of the sector, both from a statistical perspective and in terms of integration of Operational Excellence (OpEx) philosophy. Many studies have confirmed that cultural values have a direct impact on the success of organizational strategies and managerial actions. Similarly, success in integrating OpEx practices requires more than just using its toolbox. Although many organizations worldwide implement OpEx practices, the dimensions of national culture and leadership can significantly influence the expected outcomes. Based on theoretical and practical knowledge of leadership and cultural data, this research presents the results of an exploratory study on the moderation of leadership effectiveness by dimensions of national cultural values. The study focused on evaluating Leadership practices and national culture within all Moroccan automotive companies. A questionnaire was developed, validated, and distributed to 264 individuals in various managerial positions, with a response rate of 81%. The results of this study will be used to identify perspectives for developing an effective OpEx model tailored to the Moroccan socio-cultural context. Until now, no large-scale study has examined the adoption and integration of the OpEx approach within Moroccan automotive companies. Character education can be obtained not only from family and school but also from the community and the surrounding environment. Local wisdom can be a source of learning as well as a source of internalizing the values of character education. The purpose and benefit of this research is to reveal local wisdom which is the source of internalizing the values of character education. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data sources are questionnaires and library studies. The results show that local wisdom plays an important role in providing character education, especially from the process of internalizing the values of cultural activities, this can be seen from Ngangung tradition of the Central Bangka, Pumpungan tradition and Sambatan of the East Ogan Komering Ulu, also Poma Pami from Ogan Komering Ilir. All of the traditions emphasize the value of gotong royong as a priority character. Aerial algal can easily propagate on the surface of open-air stone cultural relics. The reproduction of algal will induce the formation of biofilm on the surface of the stone, which will not only make the stone discolored and crusted, but also secrete bio-acid to corrode the stone, which will make the lettering and patterns on the surface of stone blurred and affect the value and safety of cultural relics. The purpose of this study is to clarify the difference of algal growth on the surface of stone carvings with different orientations and its main influencing factors in Jiangnan area of China and to predict the propagation speed of algal on the surface of stone carvings under typical climatic conditions in Jiangnan area. In this study, the difference of algal growth and the main influencing factors on different surfaces were discussed through field investigation and the algal reproduction prediction model coupled with heat and moisture transfer model. The results show that the growth of algal is mainly affected by the temperature of the material surface. In summer, the algal growth in the horizontal plane and the western vertical plane is inhibited by high temperature. Generally, the north vertical plane has the most algal growth, while the west vertical plane has the least algal growth. The growth of algal on the inclined surface is more than that on the horizontal surface due to the less solar radiation. Rainwater promotes the growth of algal, and the amount of algal growth in three years in the case of rain is about ten times than that without rain. In addition, when hygroscopicity of the algal is considered, the growth of hygroscopic algal is faster than that of non-hygroscopic algal. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In order to achieve environmental goals, the impact of the European building stock on the environment needs to be reduced through renovation measures. However, regarding heritage buildings, the choice of measure(s) must simultaneously consider the preservation of cultural and historical values. Besides the impact on such values, energy-efficiency measures can result in increased risks for moisture damage and the diminishment of indoor environmental quality. Furthermore, a measure's impact on a building's environmental print is not self-evident, adding further to the difficulty of choice. This paper synthesizes and reviews existing literature on choosing renovation measures for heritage buildings and literature dealing with choosing the combination of renovation measures. The paper shows that several publications present strategies/ methodologies for the choice of renovation measures for heritage buildings. However, none are holistic, and none detail the choice from a holistic perspective. Furthermore, several publications have investigated the impact of different combinations of measures on older buildings. However, few consider cultural values. Client values is identified to be an important role in determining a good design work that would assist in fulfilling client needs. This matter has been widely discussed on its importance towards project success. Despite the importance of client values, no review paper has been discussing the preferred client values particularly associated with interior design works that have potentially to obtain full satisfaction for the space users. Therefore, this systematic review aims to synthesis literature from 2015 to 2022 on the preferred client values associated with interior design works using ATLAS.ti 9. A total of 35 papers have been reviewed. A themed review was carried out and ten preferred client values associated with interior design works were identified, which are aesthetical values; corporate values; cultural values; economic values; ethical values; functional & technology values; health and comfort values; knowledge values; performance values and social values. Findings from the outcome appear that these ten preferred client values can be clustered into three main themes that have a significant impact on the principle, physical and behavioral of the space users. Today, fire safety objectives are expressed in different ways by different authorities and in different countries, but in general there are two main accepted aspects of fire protection for modern buildings: safety of life and protection of property. In the case of historic buildings, the protection of cultural values must be added, either for the buildings or their contents. As far as fire protection legislation is concerned, Romania, as part of the EU, follows the European directives, but there is its own functional mechanism for the control and prevention of emergencies, but it does not deal specifically with buildings of historical value. Fire safety is a fundamental requirement for buildings, regardless of their age. Entrepreneurial career choices are impacted by entrepreneurial mindset, family background and cultural values. Entrepreneurial mindset includes for example innovativeness, proactiveness, and risk-taking capacity, and entrepreneurial education has been found out useful in enhancing these qualities. Here the interest is to see how the intensive 3-weeks innovation and entrepreneurial camp impacts on the students' entrepreneurial attitudes compared to international data sample. The 95 students representing mostly USA and European countries filled in the questionnaire which focused on identifying qualities they would need if they would start own business. This data set was compared with the data over 1000 students from various countries. Several differences were found, indicating that those students, who have learnt profoundly about entrepreneurship emphasize different qualities than those with more general level knowledge. The influence of culture on design is reflected in many aspects, such as design creativity, communication within design groups, and individuals' creative performance. Culture has a profound impact on design. For example, studies have identified the positive effect of a higher individualism-collectivism value on design team performance. To examine the influence of individual cultural values on the experience of creativity in ideation, we experimented by recruiting participants from different counties to complete two ideation tasks. Moreover, we collected their cultural values and experiences of creativity through two questionnaires. We also examined the connections between individuals' cultural values and their experiences of creativity in ideation. The results show five correlations between individuals' cultural values and their experiences of creativity when the country setting was a control variable. Recommendations based on the findings include that explorations of cultural influence and the relationship between culture and design or other fields irrelated to the country or society level have to measure individual cultural values (with the country setting as a control variable) instead of adopting country cultural scores. Kerala is a small, ocean-facing state in South India and has been home to several ancient civilizations in the past. The yesteryears have rewarded the state with great cultural heritage, monuments, historic artifacts and the like. Palm leaf manuscript is one such antiquity. Before paper became common, palm leaf was the medium for writing in Kerala. Such manuscripts capture the glory of our past and deals with different domains such as arts, astrology, medicine, science, religion and spirituality. Palm leaf manuscripts have value both as a cultural asset and as a knowledge repository. Palm leaf manuscripts are organic and degrades with age. The environmental conditions can also accelerate its degradation. A viable solution in preserving the knowledge contained in these manuscripts is Handwritten Character Recognition (HCR). Digitized manuscripts have infinite life. Character recognition in Indian languages, including Malayalam, is considered a complex process mainly due to the size of character set, the similarity of characters and the presence of compound characters. Language as a source of knowledge can be used for learning the local cultural values. The integration of local cultural values in language learning can use digital tools as the media. In the pandemic era, the use of an effective digital-learning tool is expected to be able to help students in facing learning difficulties and also improve their understanding competencies in discourse writing. This study aims to develop a digital flow chart media which promotes the local cultural values in learning discourse writing. This present study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method which used the ADDIE model including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The methods of data collection were questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The feasibility test result in this study, which was validated by the experts, reached 86,5% for learning media and 92,5% for learning material. Therefore, it can be concluded that the development of digital flow chart media which promotes the local cultural values is effective to improve the learning outcomes in discourse writing. This research and development study aims to develop a Physics teaching materials based on Etnoscience of Betawi Culture. Betawi, an ethnic group in Jakarta, has distinctive cultural characteristics in art, language, clothing, and martial arts which represent the cultural values of Jakarta. This study was based on research and development model by Branch including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data were gathered from research participants in Grade XII MAN 2 Jakarta. Questionnaire was data collection technique and validation was garnered from 18 experts (subject experts, learning media experts, and language experts), 50 students (limited trial), and 3 teachers. The results revealed that the physics enrichment book based on Betawi ethnoscience was reported feasible and practical. Physics enrichment book was reported to be reliable with a very good predicate. The origin of dwelling house theories has been studied from a historical aspect through the findings of archaeologists and vernacular houses that is bound by cultural values and regional traditions. According to John Christopher Jones, inventor of the Craft Evolution theory, design innovation in general is first developed by craftsmen activities to produce local products used to meet life demands. Therefore, this study examines the origin of dwelling houses by comparing the theory of Craft Evolution with a case study of Ume Bubu traditional house as Craftsmen's products of Dawan indigenes at West Timor. This is descriptive research with data collected from various literature studies. The results showed that the existing traditional house is not the final product that has been passed down by generation rather it continues to develop as a form of the Craft Evolution process. A sling bag formed from the refinement of Anjat product is one of the handicraft goods with aesthetic and cultural characteristics manufactured from rattan. Anjat is a rattan backpack that is used by the Dayak tribe in Indonesia to carry garden equipment and is made in a variety of motifs. The sling bag is a product evolution from Anjat that has changed its purpose to that of a sling bag and was created in accordance with the fashion trend of a smaller size. The creation of this rattan sling bag product differs from the previous Anjat, which prioritized the aesthetic value and function of the product, due to the expanding development of varieties of bags from this product. The focus of this research is to evaluate the aesthetic features of the rattan sling bag as a fashion item today while keeping cultural values in perspective. The Kansei Engineering approach was utilized in this study to assess the product's aesthetic aspects based on existing user preferences. The Kansei Engineering technique yielded key category results with 70 respondents, namely motif, identity, design, and comfort. The purpose of this study is to analyse the level of cultural heritage awareness among Malaysian youths. To achieve the aim of study, two objectives have been formulated (i) to study the culture and heritage of Kelantan (ii) to examine the level of youth awareness related to cultural and heritage in Kelantan state. Malaysia is a multicultural country that has many cultural and heritage values. However, there are some people unknowledgeable about cultural and heritage. Palembang, with its diverse cultural background and community activity patterns, has produced traditional houses according to the needs and culture around the environment. Among the traditional houses in Palembang are the Rakit House, the Ulu House and the Limas House. These three traditional houses have different functions, characteristics, and cultural backgrounds. This includes the concept of space in traditional Palembang houses which have different spatial functions. This study aims to examine the extent of the correlation between the culture and history of the Palembang people and the concept of space in traditional Palembang houses, that influence the space programming of the houses. Purpose - The objective of this paper is to analyze the cultural values in Africa on tourism sustainability. This is due to the existence of minimal works in the African context on tourism. Methodology - Adopting the instrumental variable two-stage least square (IV-2SLS) strategy on a panel of 41 African countries within the period 2006-2017, we accustom for potential endogeneity problems with the indicators to explore the theoretical contribution of the study. Findings - Findings show that, African generosity, culture, and social support contribute to the sustainability of the tourism sector in Africa. Implying that, as Africans are more and more supportive, offering tips (time, financial and/or moral help) to strangers/organizations, and the diversity of the African continent in terms of language, nationality, and race strongly contribute to the sustainability of tourism in Africa through a massive annually inflow of tourist. Purpose - One of the main aims of this research is to highlight those elements that favour certain geosites within the Kučaj-Beljanica Mountains National Park as particularly valuable and attractive phenomena of the overall geodiversity of this part of Eastern Serbia. Since geoheritage protects only authentic geosites, they must be adequately protected and rationally used. Such nature values should be appropriately promoted towards sustainable tourism and geotourism, which is one of the reasons for this research. Methodology - This paper presents a review of representative geosites within the Kučaj-Beljanica National Park in the Homolje area. Interpretation of geosites is based on scientific, aesthetic, touristic and other values that make them authentic and specific concerning others. These criteria of values are based on Vujičić et. al (2011) geosite assessment model (GAM). ArcGIS software was used as a basic method tool to present the research area. Findings - Geotourism aims to develop and spread public awareness of geosites that has scientific and cultural values and will be discussed possible solutions for developing this part of tourism. It will be analyzed what are the main issues of not recognizing the natural worth and how should they be better preserved and adequately used in the future. Contribution - The main task and contribution of this study are to indicate what can be done to adequately develop sustainable tourism on the natural phenomenon. The growing intercultural mobility in academia necessitates the culturally-specific design of digital learning artifacts such as Pedagogical Conversational Agents (PCAs). We coded two PCA prototypes and manipulated the variable "power distance" adapted to Chinese versus German (learning) culture. We measured perceived competence, usefulness, identification, social presence, enjoyment, and trust in each PCA among the two groups of German and Chinese university students in an online experiment, ran statistical analyses, and reflected thereupon in a qualitative follow-up workshop. Our findings show significant differences in comparing the measured constructs between the two cultures and PCAs. We essentially demonstrate that German students prefer a PCA as a Learning Companion with a low power distance, strong social bonding, and vivid interactions, while Chinese students ascribe more value to a superior PCA instructor, that emphasizes power distance through structure and high efficiency. To achieve this, we present three research questions that aim to shed light on how users' privacy values influence paradoxical behavior and decision-making in online contexts. Our research is expected to contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of the privacy calculus framework and provide insight into how individuals' privacy values and situational factors shape their privacy-related decision-making. Information technology (IT) security research has investigated how users perceive and address IT security threats differently based on their cultural backgrounds and espoused cultural values. We extend prior research, grounded in Protection Motivation Theory (Rogers 1975), that has examined how espoused cultural values influence the relationship between perceived coping efficacy and coping behaviors. Our research model includes two infrequently studied cultural dimensions: indulgence vs. restraint (Hofstede 2022) and survival vs. self-expression (Inglehart-Welzel 2005). The model will be tested using survey data from mid-level managers in the US and Pakistan. The study offers a more nuanced understanding of the impact of cultural factors on the adoption and implementation of IT security measures in diverse organizational contexts. Data literacy skills are extremely important, yet it is still lacking in many Indigenous communities across Canada due to systemic barriers faced by Indigenous peoples. Hackathons have been used as a common approach to promote data literacy. However, hackathons are socio-technical innovation processes in which local cultures and values play a role in their conduct and outcomes. Hackathons that are designed with Indigenous cultures and values in mind can be more effective at promoting data literacy for Indigenous peoples, yet there is limited guidance on how to do so. In this paper, we adopt the Action Design Research approach and Indigenous research methods to collaboratively develop and deliver culturally appropriate hackathons to increase data literacy within Indigenous communities. Mathematics has been considered a complex subject to learn and understand. In addition, people also still consider mathematics to be free with values. Therefore, mathematics and culture are often perspective differently. This study aims to describe matters related to mathematics in the architecture of the Acehnese traditional house. This type of research was a qualitative study using an ethnographic approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The Data Analysis used in the study is the Spradley Model with techniques, namely domain analysis, taxonomic analysis, compositional analysis, and analysis of cultural themes. This study showed that there are mathematical elements, including counting activities, community measuring activities, and geometric shapes in the architecture of the Acehnese traditional house. The implementation of ethno-mathematics in mathematics learning can be applied by introducing cultural values related to flat and spatial shapes, measuring and counting objects, and painting objects. The studies explore and identify the science concepts in the traditional game "dhongi koti" that can be integrated into science learning and introduce students to the cultural values of "dhongi koti". Ethnoscience approach in science learning allows pupils to build the related meaning builds upon their experiences as participants of ethnic people, grow their engagement in learning so they can make the knowledge themselves, and be motivated to learn science by their own inquisitiveness. The result identification of sciences concept in the traditional game "dhongi koti" in Nagekeo districts, NTT can be integrated into science learning included the sciences concept such as Newton's Laws, friction, and pressure. Newton's laws take place at the time the "koti" or top of silence then will remain silent if there is no outside force influence, and the greater the force is given to the "koti" the greater the acceleration. The friction style occurs when the "koti" is based on the base where the "koti" is played, and the pressure concept occurs between the "koti" against the base where the top is rotating. Recommendation for these studies for sciences teachers to do this well, they must (1) be knowledgeable about the nature of science concept in cultural activities, (2) develop their own skills to using ethnoscience approach in learning practice in the classroom. Over the past years, advanced renewable technologies such as Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) has transformed to become more efficient, reliable, less costly and attractive. A migration to Net-Zero Energy Buildings (NZEB) and push for Green Buildings (GB) is a major driver for the adoption of BIPVs, not only in developed countries, but also in the developing world. Fundamental issues such as cost, aesthetics, technological lock-in, awareness, and socio- economic barriers have been identified as major hindrances to the advancement of BIPVs especially in developing countries. Understandably, there have been growing concerns about the aesthetics of BIPVs especially as it directly replaces conventional building materials. It has also been established in several studies that symbolism and cultural acceptance have direct impact on architecture. For instance, in Ghana, symbols like "Adinkra" are valued as epitome of beauty, hence replicated on clothes, buildings façades, emblems etc. A hypothetical question is established here; Will replicating traditional symbols such as "Adinkra" on intended building materials such as BIPV for façade and roofing influence its adoption in Ghana and alike countries? This paper establishes and analyze the nexus between traditional design symbols and buildings with the aim of developing a viable design prototype for BIPV developers and installers by drawing from existing literature and design expertise. Here, traditional Ghanaian Adinkra symbols have been used as case study for BIPV application in futuristic buildings. A pilot illustration of a BIPV building with Ghanaian Adinkra symbols have been demonstrated using graphic design software. The research was conducted using the following methods: theoretical and methodological analysis, pedagogical interpretation, comparison, generalization, concretization, questioning, testing, survey method. The research clarified the concept of "a future teacher digital culture" as values, attitudes, competencies and worldview a set; lifestyle and habits created by the innovation brought by the era in which technology takes an increasing place in everyday life. And the digital culture components are also defined: computer literacy; digital competence; information value and meaning component; information and cultural component. The digital culture components formation process takes place in the students' productive learning and cognitive activities process. Thus, new teaching methods, including modern information technologies, should be involved along with traditional activities. A subject-specific partnership between teachers and students should be formed. Teachers act as managers and consultants for projects and research work. The study results indicate that the transition to the digital education model is accompanied by the educational process subjects qualitatively new changes in multidirectional relations, and students interact in the digital environment generates virtual identity formation new socio-cultural practices in cyberspace. Studies of the history of culture of different countries show that in practice there is a cyclical process of referring to folk culture. The ethnic style is inspired by elements of national costumes, it implies folk motives, the inherent richness of colors, prints, ornaments with cultural layers and components of folk art of various states. The article examines the characteristic features of the Mongolian costume, which is a cultural value that determines the unique identity of the people. When analyzing the place of ethnic trends in modern design, it is necessary to take into account the connection between the actualization of an ethnic theme and general cultural processes, signs of ethnic style, and creative interpretation of the direction by various designers. The article presents the results of a marketing study of the functioning of the ethnocultural style in modern footwear on the example of the Mongolian traditional costume. Citizens of various states took part in the survey. The respondents were asked questions about the characteristic features of the ethnic style in clothes and shoes, about the trends of modern fashion, the attitude of respondents to the developed design project of modern shoe models with elements of Mongolian traditional culture, etc. Studies show that the demand for such products is quite high and, therefore, designers are motivated to develop new design solutions. The research results are recommended to designers, constructors and fashion designers as proposals for the development of new competitive footwear models with elements of ethnocultural style. Sport is an important social phenomenon that promotes social and cultural values such as peace, respect for human rights, solidarity, and mutual understanding between nations and cultures. At the same time, sport is also an important economic reality. Therefore, the funding of sports is an important priority, and, in addition to the above-discussed benefits, it also brings economic benefits. The basic goal of the present study is to provide an overview of the financial mechanism and to discuss the sources of funds for sporting events in the Slovak Republic. The funds from the State budget allocated for sporting activities in the form of contributions to recognised sports, subsidies and contributions to a national sports project are described in detail for its implementation. Furthermore, pre and post Covid-19 pandemic sports legislation in Slovak legislation were compared. By developing and testing a new conceptual model we extend prior research on smartphone addiction by accounting for the role of individuals' espoused cultural values. Specifically, we theorize that the major aspects of culture, namely uncertainty avoidance, individualism/collectivism, and power distance interact with one's personality aspects to determine the level of her major antecedents of smartphone addiction (i.e., self-regulation, anxious attachment style, and non-social app usage) thereby affecting the way she develops addictive behaviors. Cultural diversity has many shapes and different values in every part of the world. Indeed, cultural differences influence perceptions and behaviors. In the field of entrepreneurship, culture has a significant role in creating successful business launches and certain conditions. Entrepreneurial leaders that have already survived during the first step in building their new venture certainly have a specific attitude that fits the local culture of their employees. This study examined the specific attitude of young entrepreneurs in Sundanese society by using thematic content analysis to formulate cultural dimension. The data were gathered by using in-depth interviews with three fresh graduate entrepreneurs, who have built their businesses during their last 3 to 5 years of studies at the West Java Business University. The respondents were selected purposively according to certain considerations, such as their good business prospects. To help the analysis process, Nvivo was used to code the interview transcripts. The results showed that several attitudes of the entrepreneurial leaders could thematically cluster around the Sundanese dimensions, such as silih asah, silih asih, and silih asuh. This study offers authentic values of the Sundanese dimensions of entrepreneurial leaders which have not been researched before by using the thematic analysis method. It also contributes to cultural leadership and entrepreneurial leadership research by providing a specific cultural perspective that might have differed if implemented in other countries or regions. National park Sumava is one of the most beautiful natural parts of the Czech Republic within which there is also a part defined as Landscape Protected Area Sumava. This area boasts of 80% forest cover and is protected against human activities, especially new buildings. This area is very interesting for its natural values but also for its cultural and history values. The landscape of Sumava forest has changed during historical development, especially in the frontier zone that is the main topic of this article. The aim of this presentation is to introduce selected defunct settlements in the frontier zone of Sumava. It also presents the history, character of this defunct settlements, and the reason why the settlements ceased to exist. One of the main aims is to find the signs of these defunct settlements. How do they manifest themselves in landscape of Sumava today? How can we identify them? The archive maps such as the second military maps and maps of the stable cadastre were used for processing. These maps are compared with aerial photographs from the 1950s and the present. Another way how to find the signs of defunct settlements are photographs of the present condition. The article researches the selected defunct settlements with the aid of various sources. The article provides a new view of changed forest landscape that has a spirit of history. There are extant buildings or the rest of the buildings and composed landscape traces, such as long strips of green vegetation for the division of the estate, roads with attended green vegetation.
