Covid 19 as pandemic condition has affected the way of life in societies. International students whose were away from countries and living in dormitories have affected in both social and educational aspects. In the near future, it is predicted that online education will become the main ground of education instead of being an alternative or a support function for face-to-face learning, The lessons learned from the early widespread digital learning experience, which has been passed with a rapid adaptation due to the COVID-19 pandemic,Online education experiences of international students were examined in the research study. In this respect, this research aims to determine situation of international students in pandemic process. Qualitative research was employed in the research that online interview form was conducted to collect data. This research revealed that most the students are satisfied from food support or food packages, technical support for educational purposes, free hospital service by the university, financial support from various private and public organizations as well as psychological support for students living in the dormitories. Some of the students believed that face-to-face education is more effective than online education. But some of them acknowledged that online education was the best option to avoid loss of education during the pandemic. International students underlined that they were mostly informed in the dormitories and the cafeterias on protection from COVID-19 through brochures, oral seminars or via the Internet. The aim of this study is to examine the studies on artificial intelligence in higher education that are developing at a great pace in recent years. Intelligence can be defined as a very general mental ability that consists of many elements, including reasoning, planning, problem solving, abstract thinking, understanding complex thoughts, fast learning, and learning through experience. Today technology evolves into a new world of design through artificial intelligence and quantum computing. In this context, artificial intelligence is a field of study that deals with methods to ensure that human intelligence is imitated by the computer. Courses in AI usually cover subjects like machine learning, robotics, data sciences learning about technological advancements’ changes how people live and interact with machines. In this respect, although, there is a wide gap in the level of information in local higher education compared with western developed countries like US, North Cyprus higher education has made remarkable achievements in infrastructure, key technologies, information technology, and standards construction in recent years. At the referred point, this study used a content analysis methodology to analyse the websites of all the universities in North Cyprus for Artificial Intelligence Studies. With the content analysis main subject areas of Artificial Intelligence studies were examined. Recent developments in information and communication technologies have moved schools into digital platforms. For this reason, in our digital-age, technology-based leadership has an important place increasing the quality of expected education in the environment of the new generation students, who we call digital natives. The Technology Leadership that emerged at this point is an important type of leadership that should be adopted for the school administrators in the digital age. In this context, the aim of this study is to evaluate the role of technology leadership self-efficacy on educational processes in the digital age in the context of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). In the study, a semi-structured interview form was employed as the data collection tool. The study was conducted in the academic year of 2018 and a total of 20 school administrators engaged in the secondary education level under the ministry of national education were included in the study. The views obtained from the administrators were analyzed with content analysis. The results were evaluated utilizing TAM model. In light of the views of administrators which are analyzed according to "perceived ease of use" and "perceived usefulness" defined by TAM model, it is concluded that the technology leadership self-efficacy has an impact on technology integration to the education process, promoting effective use of technology for learning, communicating effectively with all the stakeholders and creating social interaction based on trust.
