The study aimed to demonstrate the role of the chartered accountant in studying the laws relating to the phenomenon of money laundering and its application in Iraqi government banks, which is reflected in financial sustainability. With a review of the Iraqi laws enacted to combat money laundering and the mechanism for their application through the existence of sound and good accounting and control systems, especially after the expansion of this phenomenon globally in the context of globalization, the escalation of the information revolution, telecommunications technology, the lack of transparency in commercial transactions and the weakness of laws and regulations established by the State to reduce them. The research proceeded from a problem of knowing the role of the chartered accountant in studying the laws relating to the phenomenon of money laundering and the extent of their application in Iraqi government banks to achieve financial sustainability in (Rafidain Bank Right Side 217) Sample Search, Based Search to Basic Hypothesis, The chartered accountant has a role in studying the laws on the phenomenon of money laundering and its application in Iraqi banks to achieve financial sustainability. The research has reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which are, although many regulators are involved in the fight against money laundering, the accountant and the legal auditor have a role to play in studying laws and legislation relating to the fight against money laundering, because in the list of those who discover the anomalies in the movement of money and that is the nature of their profession and their good qualification to achieve financial sustainability in banks. There are no legislation and laws that preserve the rights of banks that report suspicious money-laundering that relates to the confidentiality of data and information they send to those entities even if the data are preserved, because the suspicion of money-laundering is not established. The research recommended the need to seek a mechanism binding on all banks and financial institutions. by establishing specialized anti-money laundering teams, following up on the sale and purchase of securities and introducing employees into banking institutions in international courses to identify modern methods used by perpetrators when committing money-laundering, as well as to develop banking secrecy laws, To establish an effective and robust oversight mechanism to monitor banking companies deployed in Iraq for the purpose of regulating their operations and removing them from money-laundering operations. In the research, we will present a new and comprehensive study on the role of bioinformatics and data science in daily life applications and how to benefit from bioinformatics sciences and link them to other sciences, including mathematics, physics, genomics, computers, and analysis of big data that need software coordination that facilitates the work of health systems. On this basis, an application was studied on the bioinformatics of Covid-19 and how to organize the numbers of injured, deaths and isolated patients using remote control robots. Image classification plays an important role in the domain of deep learning. This paper focuses on building a decision support system to perform knee joint Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) analysis. A Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) based classification system is developed to assist medical experts in making decisions about the types of ACL injuries. A total of 515 samples were collected from Radiology Department, Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL) forming a database of MRI images of the knee with further focus on coronal-view only. All experimental work was carried out using Python. Classification ACL injury is based on 3 types i.e. complete tear, partial tear, and normal classes. Results show that the accuracy of the ACL injury classification using confusion matrix analysis is 83.90% and consequently Area Under ROC curve (AUC) is 94.8%. These results outperform our previous works on similar issue, and it has been shown that proposed deep learning is able to improve the diagnosis of ACL injuries from knee MRI images. In the current work, a nano-hybrid composite material consisting of a polyvinyl alcohol polymer (PVA) was prepared as a matrix material in which nanoparticles of titanium oxide (TiO2) diffused at a rate of 20% as a weight percentage of the weight of the polymer by means of direct physical mixing to form a colloidal solution. The visual as well as the formality by scanning electron microscope (SEM), XRD, FTIR and UV-visible spectroscopy. The results of the XRD proved that the hybrid superposition is due to the presence of diffraction peaks belonging to the polymer as well as belonging to the titanium oxide. The optical properties were studied by means of the absorption spectrum of the nano-hybrid, and the direct energy gap was calculated, and it was approximately equal to 3.71 eV. The rate of electron injection cross interface of (cis-bis-(4,4'-dicarboxy-2,2'-bipyridine) dithiocyanato N3 dye to conduction band GaAs semiconductor was studied theoretically using quantum transient theory. We can study the role of the reorganization energy and driving force energy in affecting the rate of nonadiabatic electron transfer in inverted and normal Marcus regions. For Acetic acid, 2-Methoxyethanol, 1-Butanol, chloroform and Ethyl alcohol solvents, the electrons transfer rate over N3-GaAs interface were found to be vary in higher and low. The electronic rate is findings occurs efficiently with chloroform if the driving force energy ≪ 0.2 eV of N3-GaAs and sufficiently lowering with, chloroform at ≫ 0.2 eV. Implications of these results indicate that system works in two Marcus regions. In spite of the different reorganization energy of the N3-GaAs system with different solvents, the electronic transfer rate shows different behavior with solvents for the same values of driving force energy because the system works in inverted and normal Marcus regions. The rate was increased with increased the overlapping electronic coupling parameter. The electron transfer was active with chloroform at lower driving force energy while Ethyl alcohol solvent is the most active in the electron transfer process at large driving force energy. Due to its ease of control, the DC motor is a critical equipment in a wide variety of industrial applications that need changing speed and load parameters. Today's market is flooded with high-quality motor speed controllers. Their prices, on the other hand, are rather expensive. A low-cost, high-performance speed controller will be in high demand, particularly for small mobility applications. Three techniques for regulating the speed of a direct current motor are explained. The proposed system has several advantages, including a simple structure, low cost, accuracy, quiet efficiency, small volume, and bi-directional speed control. In the second method, a linear voltage regulator was used. The benefits of a linear voltage regulator include simplicity of design and ease of use, as well as protection from high power draw due to the nature of the load or a short circuit. The advantages of the push-pull amplifier in the third method are low distortion, the benefits include the absence of electromagnetic saturation in the coupling transformer core and the elimination of power supply waves, which results in the absence of hum, while the drawbacks include the need for two identical transistors and the usage of large, costly coupling transformers. In the third method, the amplifier's drive configuration advantages include little distortion, absence of electromagnetic saturation in the main coil of the connection, and termination of power supply ripples, which results in the absence of hum. This paper describes design of a compact triple-band dipole antenna for wearable devices. The proposed antenna is printed on rubber substrate with thickness of 1.5 mm and dielectric constant of 3.2. The antenna consists of the radiating element printed on the top side of the substrate and the rectangular tuning bar printed on the back side of the substrate. The proposed antenna has triple-band performance at 2.45 GHz, 3.5 GHz, and 5.25 GHz. The simulated results of the proposed antenna show the fractional impedance bandwidths of 9.6%, 7.25% and 5.3%, and the realized gains of 2.16, 3.49 and 3.88 dBi, respectively. The performance of the antenna under different bending conditions has also been presented at all resonant frequencies. The overall size of the proposed antenna is (0.27 λo × 0.23 λo × 0.012 λo) at (2.45 GHz). A compact low-profile self-isolated Multi Input Multi Output Antenna (MIMO) Array is presented for the 5G smartphone devices. The proposed system consists of eight antenna elements operating on triple bands, which are (1.83 - 2.21) GHz for the extended Personal Communication Purposes (PCS) n25 and other related applications, the china mobile band n79 (4.8-5) GHz, and the WLAN (5.15-5.97) GHz applications. The proposed antenna element is designed based on a hybrid of modified Minkowski and Peano curves fractal geometries. All antennas are printed on the surface layer of the main mobile board and the size of the antenna is (11.47 mm×7.19 mm). Good isolation is achieved (better than 10 dB and 13.5 dB in the lower band and the higher bands, respectively) without employing any additional decoupling elements and/or isolation techniques. For evaluating the performance of the proposed antenna element, the S-parameters, antenna gains, antenna efficiencies, and antenna radiation characteristics are considered. To assess the MIMO performance of the proposed antenna array, the Envelope Correlation Coefficients (ECCs) and Mean Effective Gains (MEGs) are investigated. Nanocomposites materials of fe2o3 with poly ethylene oxide and poly vinyl pyrrolidone were synthesized by chemical method using ammonia as a reduction agent. Fe2o3 based nanocomposites deposited as film by drop casting technique on glass substrates. The effect of polymer matrix type on the optical properties (absorption and direct and indirect band gap) were investigated. It was observed from the absorption spectra of the various synthesized materials that the type of polymer used in the preparation process has a very important influence on the location of the absorption peak as well as the amount of the energy gap. The PVA-PMMA-PAAM-Ag films with different content of Ag pure (0, 0.02, 0.04 wt.%) were prepared by the solution casting method and with a thickness of 60 µm. The structure of the composite (PVA-PMMA-PAAM-Ag) was examined via scanning electron microscope to examine the surface morphology of the samples, while FT-IR was used to determine the active groups. To study the optical properties and record the absorption spectrum employing a visible ultraviolet spectrophotometer. The absorption spectra were recorded in the wavelength range 200-1100 nm. The transmittance decreased with the increase of Ag content in the composite film, while the conductivity increased. The aim of this paper is to present a monostatic arc-shaped ultra-wideband (UWB) printed monopole antenna system with 3-16 GHz frequency bandwidth suitable for through-wall detection. Ground penetrating radar (GPR) technique is used for detection with the gain of 6.2 dB achieved for the proposed antenna using defected ground structure (DGS) method. To serve the purpose, a simulation experiment of through-wall detection model is constructed which consists of a monostatic antenna act as transmitter and receiver, concrete wall and human skin model.
