This paper presents approaches to the interpretation of the definition of "creative potential", analyzes the criteria for assessing the creative potential of students and the levels of its formation. The definition of "creativity" is fundamental to various fields of knowledge. We built our interpretation of our own definition of creative potential from the standpoint of the multivariance of approaches to the concept. In the course of the selection of criteria for assessing the creative potential, the qualities of the student's personality to be studied were determined. The analyzed components of creative potential and the criteria for their assessment were the methodological basis for the development of the test questionnaire. The levels of formation of creative potential made it possible to single out the most significant reasons that hinder the successful development of the creative potential of student. The article analyzes the main approaches to the segmentation of the professional labor market of university teachers in the conditions of using artificial intelligence. It is shown that in conditions of deepening the differentiation of the teaching community, segmentation of teachers is one of the main elements of staff marketing in higher education. During the study, a set of sociological methods was used. The created tools made it possible to reveal the possibilities of segmentation, depending on the characteristics of motivation, requests to the universityemployer, and the chosen professional strategy. Particular attention is paid to the segmentation of the faculty of universities on psychographic grounds. The originality of this work lies in the creation and justification of the author's version of the concept of forming a model for segmentation of the professional labor market of teachers in the context of using artificial intelligence in the interest of increasing the effectiveness of universities taking into account the gender aspect. As the basic factors of segmentation, we used the productivity of teachers and their competitiveness in the professional labor market. The article shows that the implementation of the segmentation of the faculty of universities using artificial intelligence from the perspective of employers allows you to make effective management decisions based on a well-structured personnel policy, as well as more fully use the scientific and pedagogical potential of the university, which is a key task in modernizing higher education schools. Acid-base properties of the Pt-containing catalysts based on unpromoted and molybdenum-promoted alumina were compared with their catalytic activity in dehydrocyclization of n-heptane. The introduction of Mo in the Pt/Al2O3 catalyst was shown to decrease the total concentration of Lewis acid sites and sites of moderate strength. The catalyst stability increased with the introduction of molybdenum. The optimal molybdenum content for modification of the Pt/Al2O3 reforming catalyst was found to be 0.04-0.06 wt.%. Pt/хGa/Al2O3 systems were synthesized and studied in the coupled conversion of methane with n-pentane at a temperature of 550 °C. Activation of methane in the presence of the synthesized samples proceeds with the formation of reactive hydrocarbon fragments and hydrogen. Properties of the synthesized catalysts were characterized using temperature-programmed reduction, diffuse reflectance IR spectroscopy of adsorbed CO and chemisorption of H2 and CO. Physicochemical properties of platinum-alumina catalysts with the support prepared by mixing aluminum and gallium hydroxides were investigated: textural characteristics, phase composition, platinum dispersion and acidity. The activity of Pt/хGa–Al systems toward methane conversion was studied under nonoxidizing conditions at moderate temperatures (T ≤ 823 K). 15 September 2015 was a historical day when global leaders in United Nations General Assembly adopted a global agenda for the world people, planet, and prosperity, called The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It consisted 17 goals and 169 targets to be achieved entirely in 2030. A multi stakeholders collaboration among government, private sector, academia, and civil society from all countries was required to achieve the 17 SDGs). This research investigated the role of companies in emerging countries in the implementation of SDGs. The first focus was on the implementation of SDGs by top 200 Indonesian listed companies, in terms of revenue in three years period of 2014-2016. Content analysis of companies' reporting, consisted of annual report, sustainability reporting, and CSR information on companies web sites, using SDG Compass: Linking the SDGs and GRI was employed to identify the engagement of each company to each goals of SDGs. The analysis of the Russian companies' actions in the implementation of SDGs was fragmented. Results revealed that biggest companies in three sectors had contributed well to certain number of SDGs. However, lot of efforts from government, business association, and companies themselves are required to increase company's implementation in other goals of SDGs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The paper reveals the problems of developing self-marketing competencies for students. Modern marketing technologies are used at all stages of self-marketing from professional search to the formation of a young specialist. In the course of the research, methods such as a questionnaire using the Google Forms online service and the SPSSStatistics 23 software package were used, and sociological methods and methods of statistical analysis were used to analyze students' self-marketing strategies. According to the results of the research, the greatest interest was shown to the use of interactive technologies in the formation and development of self-marketing competencies while developing the competencies of students in vocational training programs, advanced training and masters. As a result, it was possible to assess the effectiveness of the mechanism for developing the competencies of students in educational organizations in Moscow and the Moscow region. For bachelors, round tables, business and role plays are the most preferred forms of interactive classes in developing self-marketing competencies. Brainstorming is necessary in the formation of self-marketing competencies for specialists. The effect of zirconia, which is introduced upon mixing of hydroxides, on physicochemical and catalytic properties of platinum-alumina catalyst was studied. The samples were examined in conversion of n-hexane and joint conversion of n-hexane (C6H14) with n-butane (C4H10). Kinetic parameters of the tested reactions were investigated.
