In this paper, we develop a new computational model of Fuzzy Credibility Numbers (FCNs) with the usage of Archimedean Copulas. This process is achieved through the extension of the existing operations of FCNs. Following this extension procedure, the introduction of Archimedean Copula Weighted Arithmetic Averaging Aggregation Operator (ACWAAAO) for FCNs is achieved. In this paper, multiobjective optimization problem is considered in which parameters of objective functions (expected return, risk, skewness, kurtosis, and entropy) are estimated as a closed interval. A solution methodology has been developed to find an efficient portfolio using the bijective representation of an interval and admissible-order relation scenario. For this, the concept of admissible order on the set of intervals is firstly extended. Secondly, the proposed model is transformed into an interval weighted sum scalarization multi-objective optimization problem using an admissible order and interval ordered weighted aggregation operator. The transformed model's solution can be obtained by solving many deterministic programming problems, which will provide an efficient investment policy to the proposed model. In this paper, the concept and operational laws of trapezoidal picture fuzzy numbers are first introduced. Then, the trapezoidal picture fuzzy Einstein weighted geometric aggregate operator and trapezoidal picture fuzzy Einstein ordered weighted geometric aggregate operator are developed by using Einstein t-norms and t-conorms. Various characteristics of the proposed operators are explored in detail. Then a multi attribute decision-making problems under picture fuzzy environment is solved using the proposed operators. In this paper, a score function using weighted geometric aggregation operator (WGAO) based on bipolar intuitionistic fuzzy soft set (BIFSS) is defined. The score function and WGAO involving the hesitancy part are proposed. A methodology to solve the multi-criteria decision making problem (MCDM) in BIFSS environment is framed. Multiaspect fuzzy soft set (MAFSS) is one of the generalized forms of fuzzy soft sets. In this paper, we introduce two types of aggregation operations for MAFSSs, namely the weighted arithmetic mean (WAM)-based MAFSS aggregation, and the ordered weighted aggregation (OWA)-based MAFSS aggregation. In recent years, neutrosophic sets has become a subject of great interest for many researchers and has been widely applied to multi attribute decision making (MADM) problems and the single valued trapezoidal neutrosophic number (SVTN) is used to deal with uncertain information. In this paper, a new aggregation operator namely single valued trapezoidal neutrosophic ordered weighted harmonic averaging (SVTNOWHA) operator is proposed for solving MADM problems. The combining ideas of the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Situation (TOPSIS) and SVTNOWHA operator, which can be prove the accuracy of decision maker. A SVTNOWHA - TOPSIS approach for MADM problems with SVTN information is proposed. Finally, an example is provided to elaborate the proposed method. In the proposed SVTNOWHA - TOPSIS approach, the ratings of alternatives and attributes for illustrative problem are represented by the SVTN numbers. This study has developed the SVTNOWHA - TOPSIS method using the neutrosophic information in order to solve the investment company problem. In future, the proposed method may also be applied to solve other MADM problems such as enterprise selection, supplier selection, low carbon logistics service provider selection and investor selection. In the system-level analysis, all wind turbines in a wind power plant (WPP) are conventionally aggregated into an equivalent one for simplicity. To make clear errors and impacts of this simplification in small-signal stability analysis, the paper proposes a practical rationale based upon the definition of "responses of generic component (RGC)", which is an external characteristic independent from the adjacent power system. The RGC provides abundant information on how a quasi constantpower generator like the DFIG interacts with the synchronous generators in power oscillation. The paper has proved that only when additional damping control is activated will DFIGs actively affect the decay of electromechanical oscillation, that is, inherent dynamics of DFIGs are closely coupled with the system. The paper also reveals that the impact of aggregation modelling in small-signal analysis appears as a major concern when convexity of DFIGs' RGC function is high. The impact is summarized as, damping of some special electromechanical modes shows great fluctuations, which means that small-signal behaviors of real power systems integrated by the WPP are difficult to estimate. Interval type-2 fuzzy sets are used to deal with the uncertain information present when more than one fuzzy observation can be made about the same entity. They found numerous applications in engineering recommendation systems, fuzzy control and modeling, pattern recognition and other. The paper presents a novel approach for generalizing weighted averages on purpose of processing uncertainty expressible by trapezoidal interval type-2 fuzzy sets. A family of new aggregation operators is presented, that can process data types specific for perceptual computing, and thus can be used as an engine for computing with words. It has time complexity θ(n). Some software realization details are discussed. The new engine family has been compared to novel weighted averages both analytically and empirically. Their similarities and differences are pointed out and rationalized. It has been discussed how simplified versions of the new engine resemble to some known type-reduction algorithms. Certain classes of fuzzy rule-based systems have been shown to be universal approximators, capable of approximating any continuous mapping on a compact subset of the domain. In previous cases, this property has been proven for fuzzy systems employing t-norms to determine the firing level of each rule. In this paper, we prove that use of the weighted power mean to determine rule firing levels also results in a universal approximator. While it is only a t-norm in certain special cases, the weighted power mean is a more general aggregation operator, capable of providing greater logical flexibility in a rule. Up to now, there is no recognized criterion to evaluate the rationality of the methods for comprehensive evaluation. By comparing with the results of comprehensive evaluation of the same kind objects, and from the perspective of multi-objective optimization, it can be found that the integrated function of the comprehensive evaluation is none other than the comprehensive single objective function of the multiobjective optimization problem. The factors involved in the comprehensive evaluation are just equivalent to the objectives of the multiobjective optimization problem. The region limited by factors states is just the feasible region. Based on this point of view, a rationality criterion to evaluate a comprehensive evaluation method is proposed in this paper. The criterion demands that optimal solution of the integrated function in the feasible region must be Pareto optimal. The criterion thus theoretically gives a reasonable explanation for the properties that are required in some evaluation functions and operators appeared on all kinds of literatures and references. In real life decision problems always dealt with the criteria that are mutually influences and have interactive characteristics among them. The interaction between criteria is important to consider during aggregating criteria evaluation for compute the global scores. The interdependence or interactive characteristics among criteria is not suitable to aggregate by traditional aggregation operators that based on additive measures because it is assumed that there is no interaction among the evaluated criteria or the criteria are independent. Thus, to approximate the human subjective decision making process, it would be appropriate to apply non-additive aggregation operator by taking into accounts the interaction between the subjects which is called fuzzy measures. In this paper, we proposed Maximized L-measure and Delta-measure to measure the interaction among criteria and employing the non-additive aggregation operators which is Choquet integral to obtain the overall evaluation is more suitable because this method is able to deal with interaction among subjects. This work focuses on design and development of a prototype App under Windows platform. The function of this App is that it dynamically consolidates News feeds for the intended users. The App can be configured to personalized mode as per users need. We have reviewed current research, and highlighted usage of available software packages and standards and their dependencies for app development process emphasizing both design and programming aspects. This paper also presents a holistic guideline on development of App type software which includes not only software flexibility, scalability, and configurability but also advanced design principles such as typography and aesthetics. This paper argues that US counterterrorism efforts are fundamentally premised upon Logics of Preemption - tactical logics orienting counterterrorism practices that seek to preemptively identify potential terrorists before they have undertaken any act of terror. I focus here on the particular preemptive logic of profiling which operates according to a principle of generating both individual and population profiles that are ascribed particular levels of risk in terms of their propensity for terrorism. This paper seeks to illuminate this logic by examining the concrete techniques and tactics through which it manifests, particularly within the range of screening practices undertaken by the state at airports and borders, and within immigration and visa issuance procedures. These screening practices have relied upon two major strategies: developing technologies of identification/individuation- an intensification of efforts to effectively identify individuals who are then ascribed risk profiles, and undertaking tactics of aggregation - the aggregation of high risk populations through watch lists. Insofar as counterterrorism is faced with the enormous task of preempting terror attacks, it must necessarily constitute populations of potential "terrorists" - high risk populations who must be governed so as to preempt the threat of terror they pose.
