With the development of the automation industry, the number of worker in the factory is reduced. Therefore, for each worker it is not easy to detect and put out the fire immediately. We design a system with Bluetooth sensors and Bluetooth broadcast protocol. This system can sense environmental data and transmit the data to the edge computer through Bluetooth broadcast. The edge computer will scan the surrounding Bluetooth signals to identify the Bluetooth sensor broadcast signals that contain environmental data. After the edge computer obtains the environmental data, it will use the algorithms to calculate environmental changes and make the intelligent decision. If the edge computer find out the environment to be in danger, it will send warning message to the users. The edge computer will notify the users. And it will stop the PLC equipment. So the operation of the production line will be stopped to reduce the loss of the factory. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
