This study aimed to reveal general landscape of research on teacher resilience, employing descriptive and bibliometric analyses. Descriptive analyses were performed utilizing Web of Science's internal system, while bibliometric analyses were executed through the VOSviewer program. Web of Science Core Collection was used as a data source. Citation analyses of publications, authors, and journals, as well as co-authorship, co-citation, and common word analyses were conducted. The research reveals a timeline of publications, indicating a notable surge in 2006, and a substantial increase in 2021. The countries with the highest number of publications on teacher resilience, in descending order, are the United States of America (USA), Australia, the United Kingdom (UK), and the People's Republic of China (PRC), according to the research findings. Authors such as Gu, C. Day, S. Beltman, C. Mansfield, and A. Price emerged from the citation analysis. Based on the results from the co-citation analysis, C. Day and Q. Gu were identified as the most frequently co-cited authors. The co-occurrence analysis of keywords highlighted key terms like resilience, teacher education, early career teachers, teacher candidates, professional learning, school leadership, and COVID-19. The findings were contextualized within the existing literature, leading to recommendations for future research. Regarding children's books' influences on a variety of social and individual components, this study aims to analyze educational components and philosophies in Pippi Longstocking. While there are a few studies which examined Pippi's feelings, thinking, reasoning, and developmental characteristics, there is a lack of research describing why and/or how those characteristics might emerge so. In this sense, this interpretative analysis aims to detect dominant educational philosophies in Pippi Longstocking; thereby, an understanding of the overarching phenomenon of education could be developed. Data, collected via document analysis methodology, included three classic books of Pippi Longstocking written by Astrid Lindgren, and those books were analyzed via interpretive content analysis method where the context and language investigated to make sense of participants' world via their experiences. While main educational philosophies set the themes, categories developed deductively regarding the components of education. Findings revealed that of 55 educational instances, ways of learning, functions of school, and decision making were the dominant categories. Also, there was a clash between the main character and the other social agents regarding their educational philosophies. While Pippi represented contemporary (Pragmatism, Reconstructionism, and Existentialism) educational philosophies via her reactions, behaviors, and responses, other agents including Tommy, Annika, the teacher, the policeman, and Rosenblom represented an Essentialist understanding of education. This piece of the world's literature may hold potential for teacher education. Instead of their studying educational philosophies as abstract concepts, Pippi Longstocking may provide pre-service teachers with an opportunity to practice (e.g., analyze, role play, counteract, create new characters, or change scenarios) educational philosophies, experientially. How might mathematics educators recognize discourses as resonating harmonies in their practices as researchers? In this paper we share individual experiential narratives guided by Ojibway author Richard Wagamese's Medicine Wheel teachings in the four directions of East (humility), South (trust), West (introspection), and North (wisdom). As we journey through (re)membering place we offer opportunities for recognizing resonating harmony(ies) and algorhythms in our practices as mathematics education researchers and for engaging with critically dissonance discourses and actions. This (re)membering supports relating with each other, mathematics, communities, and place in ways that are more sustainable, inter-connected, and kincentric. Research enables progress in science. Scientific publications are one of the means used to share the advances found in research. Ecuador has had a substantial increase in its scientific production in recent years. In this context, the article aims to examine the relationship between scientific publications and variables of Ecuadorian researchers using the affiliation of the Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja (UTPL). For this purpose, the Scopus® database was analyzed from 2010 to 2022. The growth in the number of publications started mainly due to state legislation, which mandated the need to publish research. This decision led to an increase in research being conducted in academia. The different groups analyzed showed differences; therefore, the university should have a differentiated strategy for each group. The procedure detailed in the article can serve as a reference for other institutions or for those who wish to evaluate the performance of their faculty. TVET is an education and training process with a strong emphasis on industry practises that strives to generate competent workers in particular fields. Cooperation with industry in TVET has the potential to improve the quality and relevance of TVET programmes and equip students with the practical skills and knowledge demanded by employers. Thus, there is a need for a complete bibliometric study of research linked to collaboration between TVET and industry, despite the fact that the number of studies in this field continues to increase. The bibliometric analysis in this research which was extracted from Web of Science database is analyze using VOSviewer. The research conducted a descriptive analysis of the publication number trends, the top authors and leading journals in this field. Next, the researcher also analyzed the co authorship based on authors and countries, research trends, citation and keywords analysis as well as co citation analysis. The article found that most of the articles in this field are published by authors from developed countries where the majority is from the United States. Introducing national and universal values via works of Turkish and international culture and art is one of the goals of teaching Turkish. Texts from different cultures are used in mother tongue education to compare students to works of art and culture that are universally recognized. People learn about national and universal ideals in this way by consuming works of international culture and art. Knowing the best pieces of international literature would not only broaden one's horizons but also enable one to comprehend and assess the sociology of many countries. By reviewing the content of postgraduate theses on international literature authored in our country, this study seeks to understand the literature and future research on the subject. In this study, fourteen master's and doctoral theses with the subject "world literature" were analyzed. Access to the database of the National Thesis Center of the Council of Higher Education was granted for this investigation. The university from which the postgraduate theses were created, the department, the year of publishing, the type of publication, the institute, and the method were all examined. Utilizing the document review technique, data were gathered. The content analysis technique was used to interpret the data that was obtained. The investigation revealed that Osman Gazi University was the site of the majority of studies. The majority of the research was done at the graduate level and in a social sciences institute. It has been determined that the Comparative Literature Department produced graduate theses. The majority of studies in the area of international literature were completed between 2022 and 2019. Eleven studies did not specify their approach, however, it was determined that the other three studies used a qualitative research paradigm. [For the full proceedings, see ED656038.]

Leadership in educational settings, especially in schools, has a long history. Instructional leadership is a leadership style that is seen to increase school effectiveness. This study aims to map bibliographic data on instructional leadership over the past eight decades (1941-2022). The quantitative research approach to analyzing bibliographic information using bibliometric analysis was sourced from the Scopus database, which initially amounted to 951 documents, then became 717 documents after the screening process. Hallinger P. is the author with the most co-authorship networks, and the United States is the most co-authorship network on instructional leadership. The article "The Impact of Leadership on Student Outcomes: An Analysis of the Differential Effects of Leadership Types" by Robinson, V. M. J. (2008) is the article with the highest number of citations, and Hallinger P. is the author with the highest number of citations. The author's co-citation visualization of instructional leadership reveals 4 clusters: (1) measuring the instructional leadership, (2) school effectiveness and improvement, (3) the role of the school principal, and (4) leadership for school restructuring, performance, and achievement. The keyword network visualization for instructional leadership reveals 4 clusters: (1) the impact of instructional leadership on school climate, (2) the application of instructional leadership in school settings, (3) the relationship of instructional leadership with the concept of educational leadership in general, and school principals in particular, (4) instructional leadership efforts in developing professional and leadership teachers and teaching and learning processes that ultimately improve accountability. Teaching technical writing to engineering researchers particularly post graduate students is a demanding and complex task. Often the challenge faced by the language instructor is in having inadequate understanding on students' expected writing output which is engineering research publication. While the language instructors may find the language use aspect manageable, it is the understanding on expected writing output for engineering discipline that is a challenge; therefore, supporting language module developers to understand those expected outputs is essential and needed for the advancement in language teaching. In view on the need for the description of the targeted output which is engineering publication, this study focuses on supporting the understanding of engineering research publication specifically on drones. This study is aimed to describe the perimeter of research publication on drones written by prolific engineering writers. This paper uses bibliometric analysis method which is based on identifying the core research and authors, as well as the works that cited them. This study examines 275 research publications indexed in SCOPUS database and also investigates 1947 research publications that cited the 275 publications as reference source. The findings show that the publications are mostly articles, conference papers and reviews deriving mostly from the US, China and the UK whereas the citing documents are mostly from China, the UK and the US. This paper presents the description on the perimeter for both groups. Such description provides a ready narrative to language instructors as well as ready narratives and guidance on writing/content dimension for young scholars embarking on writing scholarly articles on drone research. With the rapid development of science and technology in recent years, the application areas of fuzzy logic have also gained speed. Fuzzy logic is a frequently preferred approach in the educational process, and it can be said that scientific publications on this topic have recently gained momentum in the literature. In this context, the present study aims to shed light on the research forms of fuzzy logic approach in education. The Web of Science (WoS) database was used for data collection. The search reached 374 scientific publications on the topic after various exclusion procedures. The obtained data were visualized using the mapping technique. As a result of the research, it was found that the number of publications on this topic has generally increased from past to present. The analysis revealed that the most influential countries reporting on this topic are the United States, China, and Taiwan. In addition, National Cheng Kung University, Gazi University, Cornell University, and Marmara University have published the most publications. The authors with the most publications on the fuzzy logic approach are Reyna V.F., Castillo, O. and Huang, Y.M. The analysis of the journals showed that Computer Applications in Engineering Education and International Journal of Electrical Engineering Education are the journals that contribute the most to this topic. The competence-based approach in education has made it easier to use qualimetric procedures to assess learning outcomes. Given the fundamentally integrative nature of competencies, they tend to have more and more complex structures. This paper discusses the structure of one such competence, professional language competence, especially relevant to future technical university graduates who have to be able not only to solve professional problems but also use a foreign language to help them do this. The purpose of this study is to find out the component-wise structure of professional language competence of future technical university graduates and show experimentally that its development level can be assessed quantitatively, thus guaranteeing its development in students. The main research methods are pedagogical experiment, testing, method of expert group assessment. The pedagogical experiment involved 23 second-year students blogging in English on profession-related topics as part of their independent work organized with the author’s pedagogical technology. The results of the study show the effectiveness of this technology. Comparative assessments are provided of the level of different components of professional language competence as well as subcomponents of one such component. The monitoring of the changes in subcomponents and components of professional language competence allows a teacher to identify weaknesses in linguistic training and difficulties that students face in their independent work so that one address them in a timely and systematic manner. This paper will study the Time Series Antarctic Glacier Mass from April 2002 to March 2021. The objective of this paper is to forecast the Antarctic Glacier Mass level for 2021 to 2041. The Science studied is the Geoscience of the Glacier; the Technology applied is the GRACE-FO satellites to collect the Glacier Ice Sheet Mass data; Engineering focuses on the COVID-19 impact on the Glacier melting rate; and mathematical/statistical tools like Time Series ARIMA models are applied. Although the Glacier melting rate sped up recently before 2020, the COVID-19 situation might have slowed down the rate of glacier melting in 2020 in both Antarctic and Greenland. During 2020 COVID-19 period, Antarctic Glacier Mass seasonal pattern became a smoother single-peak cyclic pattern which is different from the double-peak cyclic pattern in 2002 to 2019. Authors conducted both non-seasonal and seasonal ARIMA models and concluded that only the Seasonal ARIMA Forecasting modeling algorithm can detect more reliable insights of the relatively small pattern change during 2020 period. The exercise of validating a predictive model typically consists of modeling an existing realworld condition and predicting some resulting quantity of interest, and then comparing the predicted results to actual measured values for the same condition within a specified margin of error. In the case of road traffic noise models this would include modeling the characteristics of the existing roadway condition (geometry of the roadway network; number, vehicle type and speed of vehicles using the roadways; pavement types; intervening terrain; etc.) and comparing the resulting predicted noise level to actual noise measurements for the same conditions. In this paper the authors will provide a concise background of the validation purpose and process as well as a review of agency requirements and best practices for traffic noise model validation procedures. As acoustical engineers, we are often asked to develop community noise-related guidelines, regulations, laws, ordinances, and project specifications. This paper will describe the ingredients needed to develop a robust and defensible construction noise specification that is both enforceable and effective. It will be based on the author's past and current experiences developing such specifications, including those used for the Big Dig project in Boston, FHWA's construction noise handbook, the New York City construction noise regulation, as well as dozens of large-scale construction projects across the country. The goals of proactive and reactive noise control and the difference between a performance-based versus a prescriptive-based specification will be explained, community noise criteria will be suggested, and examples will be provided for important clauses in such a specification. In the current social and legal context, the crime provided by art. 336 para. (2) CP is increasingly common in the practice of criminal investigation bodies and courts. Both theorists and practitioners have been faced with problems of interpretation of the incriminated text, regarding the meaning of the notion of psychoactive substances, the way in which the influence that these substances have on the ability to drive a vehicle or detention in competition of this crime with the one provided by art. 4 of Law no. 143/2000. The present paper aims to analyze the controversial aspects stated above, both from a theoretical and a practical point of view. The opinions of legal authors in the matter will be presented and interpreted, as well as the solutions pronounced by the High Court of Cassation and Justice, by other national courts and by the criminal prosecution bodies. The present study will present, with regard to each controversial aspect to which I have referred, both the authors conclusions and possible proposals for lege ferenda. At the same time, the possibility of ensuring the uniform interpretation of the incriminated text by all courts will be analyzed, regarding all the aspects that were the subject of this paper. In the present paper, the authors introduce and investigates two new subclasses Mγ(κ) and Nη(κ) of meromorphic functions which are defined by terms of the quasi-subordination. The coefficients estimate inclusive of the classical Fekete-Szegö functional | a 1 − λ a 0 2 | for functions belonging to this class are then derived. Audio descriptions (ADs) can increase access to videos for blind people. Researchers have explored different mechanisms for generating ADs, with some of the most recent studies involving paid novices; to improve the quality of their ADs, novices receive feedback from reviewers. However, reviewer feedback is not instantaneous. To explore the potential for real-time feedback through automation, in this paper, we analyze 1,120 comments that 40 sighted novices received from a sighted or a blind reviewer. We find that feedback patterns tend to fall under four themes: (i) Quality; commenting on different AD quality variables, (ii) Speech Act; the utterance or speech action that the reviewers used, (iii) Required Action; the recommended action that the authors should do to improve the AD, and (iv) Guidance; the additional help that the reviewers gave to help the authors. Smart tourism is rapidly proving to be more than just a fancy buzzword in the tourism industry. It is a concept that highlights the already indispensable role of advanced technologies in tourism, but also emphasizes the importance of data and smart destination management. A review of the related literature shows that several authors have already tried to analyze the components of a smart tourism destination and build a general framework for measuring the state of development of such a destination. Therefore, this research aims at reexamining and testing the existing frameworks for analyzing the development of smart tourism destinations. The suggested framework should be flexible enough to allow analysis of the state of smart tourism development in destinations regardless of their size or tourism congestion, but it should also serve as a beacon for defining a possible direction of the development of a smart tourism destination. An extensive literature review was made and some of the related research findings were synthesized in order to describe a general framework for the analysis of the development of a smart tourism destination. The framework was subsequently tested on the example of Croatia, which can be considered a successful tourist destination. The suggested framework is just a theoretical construct which provides general guidelines on how to approach the implementation of a concrete apparatus and exact metrics for measuring smart tourism development. In the era of digitalization, financial education is essential because it is one of the most critical skills a tech-savvy generation z can acquire. Seeing the rapid change in financial access from traditional to digital today, with bibliometric approach seeks to present how financial education is needed in digital finance. It is increasingly evolving so that Generation Z does not fall into digital traps such as credit and impulsive purchases. Based on the Scopus database, 137 documents have been published from 1999 to 2022. Journals, authors, countries, articles, themes, and publication trends have been used to identify influential works, describe financial education in the era of digitalization, and identify gaps. The United States is the leading producing country with 69 documents and is also the most in citations. In addition, bibliometric analysis shows that the journal of financial counseling is the most productive journal researchers often go to on financial education; next, there is Journal of Consumer Affair. Of the 332 keywords used in the document, financial literacy, financial knowledge, and financial behavior are often identified. Recent themes identified in the last three years include financial inclusion, digital finance, and financial technology. This study provides a comprehensive overview of the state of research on financial education in digital finance for generation z in the transition period to lead to financial well-being. The results are particularly relevant for children studying financial education, given the rising levels of credit and impulsive purchases for Generation Z in the digital financial age, which exposes individuals to fast financial services and requires informed decision-making. Quality management is crucial to the companies so that they can maintain and enhance their competitive advantage towards the market. In this context, the quality managers play a fundamental role and is important that they have the necessary competences to do their job. However, the competences for the quality management are not a subject broadly discussed in the academy, despite its presence in the professional literature. In order to address this issue, the present study aims to perform a mapping of the academic literature regarding the competences for quality management through a bibliometric analysis complemented by a content analysis. The aim of the author is to analyse the legal restrictions provided by the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union on the free movement of capital to or from third countries.
