Abstract

In the study, ZnO nanorod was fabricated by the reflux deposition in a strong magnetic field. ZnO particles in an aqueous suspension were rotated due to their magnetic anisotropy. The temperature was remain at 95°C during the deposition. The crystalline orientation was characterized by the X-ray diffraction and the scanning electron microscope. As a result, it was confirmed that ZnO nanorods are affected by the magnetic field. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
