To attain this goal, the authors consider the process, themes and impact in quality and accountability in education in three parts using mostly research reports. Brundrett and Rhodes note that if school leaders possess the requirements to operate within external quality frameworks, then such possession can lead to significant improvements in learning and teaching processes and outcomes.
