Anew generator performing highly-efficient with low (or no) pollutant emission is necessary to resolve the problem of exhaustion of fissile fuel and spreading environmental pollution. Fuel cell has been expected as one candidate of the generator. Among several types of fuel cells polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell (PEMFC), can operate at low temperature (below 100°C) and generate specific power and a power density higher than any other fuel cell with relatively simple constitution.
