In this study we deal with aspects of the modeling of the asset prices by means Ornstein-Uhlenbech process driven by Lévy process. Barndorff-Nielsen and Shephard stochastic volatility model allows the volatility parameter to be a self-decomposable distribution. BNS models allow flexible modeling. For this reason we use as a model IG-Ornstein-Uhlenbeck process. We calibrate moments of Lévy process and OU process. Finally we fit the model some real data series. We present a simulation study. The robust feed-back control schemes to provide the sustainable growth of investor capital are introduced. These schemes are based on the current dynamics of the assets prices. It is assumed that the price of asset follows rather general stochastic differential equation. In contrast to the generally used self-financing strategy the control is realized within the framework of an open system. This article focuses on voting rights. In a family law context, the valuation of a closely held business (or the equity securities in a family owned business) is often a contentious matter. Frequently, there is a significant difference of opinion regarding the family business/security value between the "inside" (or employee/operator) spouse and the outside (or non-employee/non-operator) spouse. The difference of opinion between the inside spouse and the outside spouse over the value of the subject nonvoting (or supervoting) securities is carried over to the distribution of family assets. When the family business lacks adequate liquidity to distribute cash to the outside spouse, an allocation of the subject business securities can be a compromise position. Empirical evidence indicates that the stock market price for publicly traded voting common shares is generally greater than the stock market price for comparable publicly traded nonvoting common shares.
