Peer-to-peer applications generate huge volumes of Internet traffic, thus leading to higher congestion, as well as higher costs for the ISPs particularly due to inter-domain traffic. The traditional traffic management approaches employed by ISPs (e.g. traffic shaping or even throttling) often lead to a deterioration of users΄ Quality-of-Experience. Previous works have verified that the insertion of ISP-owned Peers (IoPs) can deal effectively with this situation. The mechanism offers caching while exploiting the self-organizing structure of overlays. Thus, it leads to both improved performance for peers and reduced inter-domain traffic costs for ISPs. In this paper, we study how the available IoP bandwidth capacity should be allocated among the various swarms that it can possibly join. In particular, we identify a variety of factors that influence the effectiveness of Swarm Selection and Bandwidth Allocation, and we investigate their impact on the practically relevant example of BitTorrent, primarily by means of simulations. This paper presents a realistic understanding of the field of software requirement engineering of automotive spare parts dealers΄ distribution and maintenance workshops services and spare parts supply chain management information systems. It attempts to elaborate elicitation techniques to get to actual requirements used by system analysts. These requirements establish needs of customers and users associated to the automotive parts, which can lead to desired software goal achievement of an organization. The magnitudes are also characterized by process interdependencies, interpersonal and inter-organizational conflicts and information uncertainties, and their interrelations. Problems are also described in this paper that occur in implementing a major organizational change initiative where various employee groups have different understandings of the rationale of the project and strategies intended to achieve its goals. Businesses today have more than ever a sharp focus on reducing capital and operational expenses. Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) and adoption of shared service models have all increased on a global scale. This results in an emerging complexity and volatility of business relationships. As the future internet of services evolves towards dynamic ˵service marketplaces″, where shared services are discovered, negotiated and choreographed at run-time, the new approaches to the compliance management in complex environments are needed. We argue that one of the key issues to address is trust. This paper describes the compliance management models in emerging outsourcing environments that include use of shared services such as cloud computing services. In this context, we briefly present MASTER project that, among other things, integrates several mechanisms to increase the trust levels among stakeholders.
