As a member of resources on Semantic Web, Web Services become increasingly important to realize accurate composition for interoperation between human beings and information systems. In order to address the need for semantic annotation of existing Web Services, a special UML profile can be built upon UML metamodel and MMFI4Ontology Registration for Semantic Web Services described with OWL-s. Then the mappings from OWL-s to UML are defined in detail to indicate that our UML profile and transformation rules can be used to represent services with UML activity models. Efforts on our UML profile and further mappings can enrich the semantics of ubiquitous Web Services, facilitate services modeling for domain experts and make it easy to update current tools for supporting growing services on semantic web. This study investigated the involvement of ventricular focal activity and dispersion of repolarization in LQT2 models at rapid rates. The Luo-Rudy dynamic model was used to simulate ventricular tissues. LQT2 syndrome due to genetic mutations was modeled by modifying the conductances of delayed rectifier potassium currents. Cellular automata was employed to generate virtual tissues coupled with midmyocardial (M) cell clusters. Simulations were conducted using grid-based computation. Under LQT2 conditions, early after-depolarizations (EADs) occurred first at the border of the M refractory zone in epicardium coupled with M clusters, but spiked off from endocardial cells in endocardium coupled with M clusters. The waveform of EADs was affected by the topological distribution of M clusters. Our results explain why subepicardial and subendocardial cells could exhibit surprisingly EADs when adjacent to M cells and suggest that phase 2 EADs are responsible for the onset of Torsade de Pointes at rapid ventricular pacing. An audio watermarking scheme with neural network is presented in this paper. The hiding watermark, which is the combination of the chaotic sequence and the watermark sequence related to original watermark image, is embedded into the DCT coefficients of the original audio signal. Meanwhile, to improve the ability of de-synchronization attack, the synchronous code is embedded into the original audio signal in the time domain. To extract the watermark sequence, first we select DCT coefficients corresponding to the pseudorandom sequence as the training sample, which can be used to train the neural network. Then the DCT coefficients relating to the watermark sequence is taken as the validation sample. An effective digital audio watermarking scheme based on blind source separation (BSS) for blind watermark detection is proposed in this paper. In the embedding procedure, the original watermark is modulated by chaotic sequence to generate an embedding watermark. Then watermarked audio signal is combined by two signals which are mixed by original audio signal and embedding watermark according to BSS mixing model. In the detecting procedure, watermarked audio signal is split into two signals first, and then BSS technique is applied to them to obtain the separated embedding watermark. At last, we can determine the watermark presence by correlation values between the separated embedding watermark and embedding watermark.
