The article discusses the ancient discovery of chocolate in North America by the Anasazi civilizers. Topics include the reason for the discovery between 1000 and 1125 AD wherein a chocolate element theobromine was removed from ceramic pieces of broken jars they used in their ceremonial structure at Pueblo Bonito or "Beautiful Town", the value of chocolates for them during that time, and the invention of chocolates by Olmecs, America's first civilizers from the Atlantic coast of Mexico.
