Aiming at the new control method of filling unbalance in the flow channel by using convection mixing， the influence of micro-scale polymer melt flow factors on the control characteristics of melt temperature distribution in the flow channel was studied by numerical simulation. Taking the "H" flow channel as the research object， the convection mixing device was arranged in the flow channel. The effects of melt temperature， convective heat transfer coefficient and flow channel size on melt filling unbalance were studied by single factor experiment. The numerical simulation results show that， the increase in melt temperature is accompanied by the decrease of melt self-viscosity under adiabatic boundary conditions. The temperature difference between symmetric points decreases， which improves the filling imbalance. Under the convective heat transfer boundary， the increase of melt temperature increases the heat loss of melt through the wall， and the increase of temperature difference between symmetric points leads to the more obvious filling imbalance. The lower the convective heat transfer coefficient， the lower the thermal conductivity efficiency between melt and wall， and the higher the average melt temperature， which increases the temperature difference between symmetric points and intensifies the filling imbalance. With the decrease in the size of the flow path， the micro-scale effect is weakened， the temperature difference between symmetric points can be reduced， and the phenomenon of filling imbalance is better improved. The convective heat transfer coefficient has the greatest influence on the filling unbalance， followed by the flow channel size， and finally the melt temperature.

The volatile content in nitrile rubber was measured by halogen moisture meter and compared with the results obtained by the hot-roll method. The influence of different measurement conditions on the measured results of the halogen moisture meter was investigated. The results showed that using the halogen moisture meter, the volatile content in nitrile rubber raw rubber could be measured by both the preset drying time method and preset mass loss method. Under suitable conditions such as sample mass of 3 g, drying temperature of 110 ℃, preset heating time of 8 min, or preset mass loss of 1/140 mg/s, the measured results were consistent with the hot-roll method. This method reduced measure time, was easy to operate, and could be used to guide quickly actual production.

BackgroundIn recent decades, the Loess Plateau is one of the regions in China that urgently needs ecological governance due to the severe situation of soil erosion and land desertification. Due to the impact of climate change and human activities, the threat to the ecological space security of the Loess Plateau has intensified. This paper reveals the time lag effect of ecological engineering construction on the changes in the ecosystem service capacity index of the Loess Plateau, providing a scientific basis and decision-making reference for the sustainable development of the study area and improving the quality and management of ecological engineering construction, which is of great significance for building a solid ecological security barrier on the Loess Plateau.MethodsBased on the hierarchical analysis method, quantitative indicator method, spatial correlation analysis method and two-way fixed effect model, this paper analyzes the temporal and spatial changes of the ecosystem service capacity index of the Loess Plateau under the background of ecological engineering implementation.ResultsThe results showed that: 1) the vegetation coverage of the Loess Plateau increased with the increase of the area of ecological engineering construction, and showed a fluctuating growth distribution characteristic from southeast to northwest in space; 2) the water conservation capacity index, wind and sand fixation capacity index, biodiversity capacity index and comprehensive service capacity index of the Loess Plateau from 2000 to 2020 all showed exponential growth, which were highly coupled with the growth and change of vegetation coverage area in time and space; 3) the cold spots and hot spots of the ecosystem service capacity index of the Loess Plateau showed a step-by-step decrease of "hot in the south and cold in the north" in spatial distribution; the hot spots and sub-hot spots showed a reciprocating cycle from aggregation to fragmentation in time and space; the cold spots and sub-cold spots were mainly distributed in the northwest region. 4) The changes in the ecosystem service capacity index of the Loess Plateau were mainly affected by factors such as the cumulative project implementation area, urbanization rate and precipitation.ConclusionThe construction of ecological engineering on the Loess Plateau has achieved remarkable results. The growth of vegetation coverage area and ecosystem service capacity index on the Loess Plateau from 2000 to 2020 has promoted the recovery of ecosystem functions. Therefore, we should actively promote the construction of ecological projects to provide scientific decision-making references for solving regional ecological security issues.

Acoustic–plasmonic coupling in metallic nanoparticles can significantly alter their optical absorption and scattering characteristics. However, almost all previous investigations on acoustic–plasmonic coupling so far have been focused on the spectral response of particles in a vacuum. In this report, a spatial photon scattering mode taking count in the acoustic–plasmonic coupling of individual gold nanoparticle (GN) on a silicon substrate under ultrasonic influence was presented. The acoustic–plasmonic is visualized with parametric images with spatial scattering patterns of the particle under the excitation of polarized light along the Poincare’s equatorial trajectory. The ultrasonic sources can be sensitively extracted from the parametric sinδ images, providing clear evidence of the extremely weak influence of ultrasound wave directivity on the spatial characteristics of the scattering of the particle through acoustic–plasmonic coupling. Experiment and simulation results reveal that, in general, the coupling is the strongest, when the maximum electric field (plasmon vibration mode) aligns with the ultrasonic propagation direction. This study provides a new angle to observe and deepen the understanding of the acoustic–plasmonic effect of nanoparticles, in addition to the conventional manner of investigation on their scattering spectra. It emphasizes the possibility of determining the spatial distribution of nanoparticles via photon state scattering when they are in a weakly oscillating environment, providing valuable guidance for future potential applications exploiting the acoustic–plasmonic effect of nanostructures.

Objective: This study aimed to improve the quality of brown rice. Methods: The content of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) and the activity of glutamate decarboxylase were used as indicators to study the effect of enrichment conditions on GABA content. Based on the optimal parameters, GABA content in each part of the grain was analyzed to reveal the migration law of GABA. Finally, the effect of the method on the quality of brown rice was analyzed and compared with the soaking method. Results: The highest GABA content was obtained when the water content of the raw material was 14.5% with the final moisture content of 20%, enrichment at 65 ℃ for 5 h. During the enrichment process, GABA was mainly generated in the bran layer and then migrated inward. The content of GABA in brown rice with different milling rates reached the peak at 5 h, but the migration rate tended to be stable after 4 h. The highest migration rate of GABA in endosperm was 87.1%. Compared with the soaking method, the brown rice enriched by the heating and humidifying method showed a yellower color, lower waist burst rate and softer cooked rice. Conclusion: The heating and humidification method is superior to the soaking method and can be used to prepare brown rice and white rice with high GABA content.

Parkinson’s disease (PD) and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) are the two chronic inflammatory diseases that are increasingly affecting millions of people worldwide, posing a major challenge to public health. PD and IBD show similarities in epidemiology, genetics, immune response, and gut microbiota. Here, we review the pathophysiology of these two diseases, including genetic factors, immune system imbalance, changes in gut microbial composition, and the effects of microbial metabolites (especially short-chain fatty acids). We elaborate on the gut–brain axis, focusing on role of gut microbiota in the pathogenesis of PD and IBD. In addition, we discuss several therapeutic strategies, including drug therapy, fecal microbiota transplantation, and probiotic supplementation, and their potential benefits in regulating intestinal microecology and relieving disease symptoms. Our analysis will provide a new understanding and scientific basis for the development of more effective therapeutic strategies for these diseases.

Objective To explore the pathogenic genes in a Chinese family affected by nonsyndromic tooth agenesis so as to study the pathogenesis of oligodontia. Methods Hospital ethical approval and informed consent of the patients and family members were obtained. Clinical data of the proband and close family members were collected, peripheral venous blood was collected, and DNA was extracted. Gene sequencing was performed through whole-exome sequencing, and then the screened pathogenic genes were verified by Sanger sequencing. The three-dimensional structure of the mutant proteins was analyzed and compared with the wild-type using bioinformatics tools. Results The two patients with congenital majority tooth loss in this family were cousins, and there were no other patients with congenital majority tooth loss in the family. Besides congenital multiple tooth loss, the two patients had no obvious hair abnormalities, finger/toe abnormalities, sweating abnormalities or other abnormal manifestations of ectodermal tissue. We found a mutant gene that in this family by carrying out gene sequencing of the patients and their close family members. A novel EDA (ectodysplasin A) missense mutation c.983C>T (p. Pro328Leu) was identified, which changed the encoded amino acid from proline (Pro) to leucine (Leu). Analysis of the mutation site showed that the site was highly conserved, and three-dimensional structure modeling also found that it changed the structure of EDA. Conclusion A novel EDA missense variant (c.983C>T, p.Pro328Leu) was first identified in a Chinese family with nonsyndromic tooth agenesis, extending the mutation spectrum of the EDA gene.

Considering the reduction of ride comfort under wind disturbance, the ride quality control method based on singular perturbation decomposition is proposed. For the dynamic model of elastic aircraft, the singular perturbation theory is used to decouple the model into the rigid-slow subsystem and the flexible-fast subsystem. Considering the additional time-varying disturbance and aerodynamic uncertainty of the rigid subsystem, the disturbance observer is designed to estimate disturbance effect and the neural network is used to deal with model uncertainty. The adaptive robust control is constructed using the composite estimation information as feedforward compensation and the tracking error of pitch rate and normal overload as feedback design. For the flexible subsystem, a nonsingular terminal sliding mode controller is designed to achieve active vibration suppression. The ride quality control law of elastic aircraft is obtained by combining the control inputs of the rigid and flexible subsystems, and the additional normal overload and elastic mode can be quickly restrained and converged. Based on Lyapunov stability analysis, the uniformly ultimate boundedness of the system is proved. The simulation results show that the proposed method can reduce the additional normal overload at the key positions of the aircraft under discrete gust and atmospheric turbulence, and the riding quality of elastic aircraft is effectively improved.

As the core of park intelligence, the smart park energy control platform realizes the efficient management and optimal use of park energy by integrating and applying IoT technology. This study focuses on the research development and application of a smart park energy management and control platform using IoT technology, firstly constructing the IoT smart park platform, designing the login module, the park information module, and the energy consumption analysis module, and describing the steps of the smart park energy collection algorithm, and then designing the model of the energy prediction and planning algorithms, i.e.In the construction of the LSTM heating temperature prediction model and the GRU network modeling. Testing and research can be done by using a smart park as an example. The empirical study shows that the construction of the IoT smart park platform can improve the accuracy of monitoring, and the difference between the actual collection results and the system monitoring results is no more than 0.03 kW. After optimizing the configuration, the park’s energy supply system can meet the electric heating and cooling loads with optimal efficiency. Through the comprehensive evaluation of the operation of the extensive energy information monitoring platform, the environmental pollutant emissions are reduced by about 20%, and the platform has a remarkable effect on energy saving and emission reduction.

This paper first calculates carbon emissions based on the carbon emission factor method and other methods and constructs a linear programming model for low-carbon operation of smart parks with economy, independence, and carbon emissions as objective functions, and constrains them from four aspects: power grid, natural gas pipeline network, equipment output, and energy storage battery limit. The problem can be solved using the sparrow optimization algorithm. Finally, the carbon emissions, power dispatching, and power consumption of the sample parks under the low-carbon operation control mode were analyzed. The results show that the carbon emissions of the park are reduced by 2035.93kg, and the total operating cost is reduced by 1680.11 yuan during the typical daily operation in summer after the intelligent optimization algorithm is used. The park’s carbon emissions decreased by 1686.53kg, and the total operating cost decreased by 1582.42 yuan during the typical daily operation in winter. The importance of this study lies in the low-carbon and modernization of smart parks.

In this paper, we use the event map as well as the even map reaction system, combined with the lightweight network data transmission encryption method of matrix tensor product, to establish the even map model for big data security management. The transmission data is compressed and reconstructed by matrix tensor compression perception, and the lightweight AES encryption of network transmission data is encrypted using the symmetric encryption method. In the end, the effectiveness of AES encryption and decryption while transmitting plaintext data is assessed for each department of Enterprise D in the service area of Edge Server Server. The results show that the lightweight AES encryption algorithm encrypts at an average of 85.33 ms less than the AES encryption algorithm, while the decryption time is 48.17 ms less, and the operation speed is faster. The algorithm demonstrates that it ensures the security of data transmission and enhances encryption and decryption performance simultaneously. In this paper, the research realizes the enterprise data transmission encryption college transmission, which provides a reference for data encryption.

In order to deeply explore the current situation of coal mine water disasters in China and the characteristics of its related factors, the number of serious and major water disasters and the number of deaths in coal mines since the founding of the People’s Republic of China have been counted, and the mathematical statistics method has been used to analyze the correlation degree of major and serious coal mine water disasters with eight factors including raw coal production, water inrush source, occurrence time, occurrence area, changes in laws and regulations, market supervision system mechanism, scientific researchinvestment, education and training, the nature of coal mining enterprises is analyzed. At the same time, the causes of mine water accidents are summarized and analyzed, and the technical countermeasures and management measures are proposed. The research results show that: since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, major coal mine water accidents can be divided into five stages: low frequency period, abnormal peak period, continuous rising period, high fluctuation period, and stable falling period; April to November is the period of high incidence of water accidents, and August is the month of most accidents; Henan, Hunan, Guizhou, Shanxi and Heilongjiang are the places where coal mine flooding accidents occur frequently; goaf water is the main source of water inrush in water disasters; township coal mine is the most serious disaster area of water accident, but the overall trend is downward; changes in laws and regulations, market supervision system and mechanism, scientific research investment, education and training, and other factors also directly affect the frequency of major coal mine water disasters in China.

The underground environment is complex and superimposed with the uncertainty and nonlinearity of the mine water disaster. The situation of water disaster inundation is changeable and difficult to predict. Regarding the difficulty of obtaining the inundation situation in the roadway at various time points during a flood and quickly determining the escape path based on the inundation situation, in this study, the “bucket principle” is used to construct the submergence path tree, determine the direction of the roadway flow bifurcation, analyze the progressive law of the mine water inrush submersion, simulate the water flow in the underground roadway, and visually display the real-time water flow change, water level height and escape path. The research shows that according to the constructed inundation path tree, the water level and other inundation parameters obtained by recursion are used as the basis for designing the escape path. The differential and integral progressive dynamic design of the escape path solves the problem that the optimal escape path cannot be planned in real time due to the complex underground environment and different water inrush conditions at different times.

Objective: Optimized cushioning packaging. Methods: Taking Hami melon and its packaging as the research object, conducted sweep frequency vibration test on 5-layer stacked packaging, measured the natural frequency, maximum power Spectral density and peak acceleration of the vertical and horizontal vibration of each layer of packaging, and established the relational model between the maximum power spectral density, peak acceleration and stacking layer. Results: The higher the packaging, the larger the maximum power spectral density and peak acceleration in both vertical and horizontal directions. The maximum power spectral density and peak acceleration in the vertical direction of the same layer of packaging were greater than those in the horizontal direction. The maximum power spectral density and peak acceleration were strongly positively correlated with the stacking layers. Conclusion: When conducting buffer packaging optimization design, the higher level of packaging requires better buffering performance; compared to the horizontal direction, the vertical direction requires better buffering performance; This regression model can accurately predict the vibration situation of each layer of packaging.

High-entropy alloys have attracted great attention in various fields due to their high-entropy effect, severe lattice distortion, slow diffusion and special and excellent material performance due to the combination of various alloying elements in equal or near-equal molar proportions. Its high strength and hardness, fatigue resistance, excellent corrosion resistance, radiation resistance, near-zero thermal expansion coefficient, catalytic response, thermoelectric response and photoelectric conversion make high-entropy alloys have potential applications in many aspects. High-throughput computation and machine learning technology have rapidly become powerful tools to explore the huge composition space of high-entropy alloys and comprehensively predict material properties. The basic concepts of high-throughput computing and machine learning were introduced in this paper as well as the advantages of first-principles calculation, thermodynamic/kinetic calculation and machine learning in the research of high-entropy alloys. The application research status of high-entropy alloy composition screening, phase and microstructure calculations and performance prediction were summarized. In the final part, the existing problems, and the solutions and future prospects of this field were summarized, including developing tools for first-principles calculations and machine learning of high-entropy alloys, building high-quality databases for high-entropy alloys and integrating high-throughput computing with machine learning to globally optimize the mechanical property and service performance of high-entropy alloys.

This study investigated the function of telomerase RNA component (TERC) in spinal cord injury (SCI). SCI models were established in rats via laminectomy and PC-12 cells were treated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS). TERC and miR-34a-5p expressions in cells and rat spinal cords were detected by quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction, followed by overexpression/knockdown of TERC/miR-34a-5p. Spinal cord histopathological changes were examined via hematoxylin–eosin staining. miR-34a-5p′ relation with TERC and XBP-1 was predicted by TargetScan and checked by dual-luciferase reporter/RNA immunoprecipitation assays. Cell biological behaviors were assessed by Cell counting kit-8, wound healing, Transwell, and flow cytometry assays. XBP-1 and inflammation/apoptosis-related protein expressions were analyzed by western blot. TERC was upregulated and miR-34a-5p was low-expressed in SCI tissues and LPS-induced PC-12 cells. TERC-knockdown alleviated histopathological abnormalities yet upregulated miR-34a-5p in SCI tissues. In LPS-induced PC-12 cells, TERC knockdown promoted cell viability, migration, invasion, and inhibited apoptosis, while TERC overexpression ran oppositely. TERC knockdown downregulated the XBP-1, IL-6, TNF-α, Bax, p-p38/t-p38, and cleaved caspase-9/-3, but upregulated Bcl-2 and p-Akt/t-Akt. TERC targeted miR-34a-5p, which further targeted XBP-1. miR-34a-5p downregulation exerted effects opposite to and offset TERC knockdown-induced effects. TERC knockdown facilitated the regeneration of neuron tissues yet inhibited inflammation in SCI through Akt activation and p-38 inhibition via the miR-34a-5p/XBP-1 axis.

Forecasting the electricity-to-water conversion coefficient (EWCC) can help manage and plan irrigation water in arid and semiarid areas. However, the EWCC is influenced by several factors, making it difficult to develop an analytical model for validation or prediction. Therefore, this study selected 206 typical irrigation wells in Baicheng City to conduct EWCC tests in a field investigation to gather information regarding the results and related influencing factors. Subsequently, machine learning models (multiple linear regression model, support vector model, and backpropagation neural network) were trained, validated, and tested, and their precisions were evaluated and compared. The backpropagation neural network model was the most accurate, followed by the support vector and multiple linear regression models. The backpropagation neural network model results were consistent with those of the field survey, and this model was thus used to forecast the EWCC for all the townships in Baicheng City. The forecasting models revealed that most towns had an EWCC from 3 to 7 m3/kW·h, with an EWCC greater than 7 observed in the Tao’er River Fan and Yueliangpao District. The BP models developed in this study proved to be dependable and applicable for forecasting the EWCC in this area.

The construction of Free Trade Zone (FTZ) is an important strategic initiative for China to build a new platform for comprehensive opening up and a new carrier for leading high-quality development. Based on SCM (synthetic control method) and DID (double difference method), the economic data of Shaanxi when the FTZ policy was not implemented (“counterfactual” simulation) are synthesized using quarterly economic panel data of 14 provincial regions from 2013 to 2019, and compared with the real data for analysis, in order to study the effect of the FTZ policy on Shaanxi’s economic The study finds that the impact of the FTZ policy on Shaanxi’s trade and consumption is not significant. The study finds that the FTZ policy has a significant enhancement effect on Shaanxi’s economic development and a significant promotion effect on trade, while the promotion effect on consumption is not significant. The innovation and features of this paper are two: firstly, based on the “counterfactual” simulation, the study investigates the growth effect of the FTZ policy on the regional economy in Shaanxi, and explores the mechanism of the FTZ policy affecting the regional economic growth from the perspective of trade and consumption, changing the existing studies which are only based on the analysis of the impact of the FTZ policy on the regional economy, without further exploring the mechanism of the impact. Secondly, the SCM and DID methods are used to evaluate the economic effects of the FTZ policy in Shaanxi, and the robustness of the research results is verified from multiple perspectives, such as replacement and pseudo-time.

In order to solve the failure of support structure of tunnel in high stress soft rock, based on the principle of reasonably releasing the stress in surrounding rocks and reducing the stress of support structure, a hydraulic tunnel graded yielding support structure is proposed. Considering the spatial effect of the excavation surface and the strain softening condition of the surrounding rocks, by analyzing the attenuation law of the virtual supporting force, the static balance equation of stress in the surrounding rocks, the virtual support force and the support reaction force is established. The synergy between the supporting structure and the surrounding rocks at each stage is studied to generate the relationship between the displacement and stress of the surrounding rocks in the whole deformation process of the support structure. The supporting effect of the proposed graded yielding support structure is revealed. The results show that the stress of surrounding rocks is significantly released at the two yielding stages and the deformation characteristics of surrounding rocks are consistent with the yielding characteristics of structure. The simulation results show the consistent variation trend with that of the theoretical values, which verifies the rationality of the theoretical analysis. The proposed yielding support structure can effectively release the stress in the surrounding rocks and reduce the stress of the supporting structure. It can avoid the yield failure of the support structure, solving the support problem of the tunnel in the soft rock with high stress, which can provide theoretical support for the application and development of the support structure.

Subsequent findings reveal the combination characteristics and spatial patterns of plant functional traits, and their response and adaptation to environmental changes in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. We analyzed the variation in characteristics and the influence of environmental factors on leaf functional traits from 78 quadrats in July 2021, using: one-way ANOVA, Tukey’s Honest Significant Difference (HSD) post hoc test, Pearson correlation coefficient (r) analysis, and redundancy analysis (RDA) in the Qilian Mountains. Only the leaf carbon content (LCC) of arbors was a weak variation indicator in leaf function traits of different plant types, whereas other leaf function traits including: the LCC of herbaceous plants (herbs) and shrub plants (shrubs), and the leaf nitrogen content (LNC) and carbon to nitrogen (C/N) ratio of arbors were medium variation indicators. The LNC, leaf phosphorus content (LPC), C/N ratio(C/N), C/P ratio(C/P), and N/P ratio (N/P)of herbs and shrubs, and the LPC, C/P, and N/P of arboreal plants (arbors) were strong variation indicators. Altitude was also one of the main factors affecting functional traits of plants in cold regions. Electrical conductivity (EC) and soil phosphorus content (SPC) were the main factors affecting changes in the leaf functional traits of herbs. Soil bulk density (SBD) and Soil salinity (SAL) were the main factors affecting changes in the leaf functional traits of shrubs. Soil nitrogen content (SNC) and soil temperature (ST) were the main factors affecting changes in the leaf functional traits of arbors.

Objective To analysis the middle cerebral artery (MCA) blood flow direction and compare the efficacy and safety of orthodromic and antidromic bypass. Methods Fifty cases with moyamoya disease (MMD) surgical treated in Huashan Hospital of Fudan University from June to December 2010 were enrolled in the study. MCA blood flow direction was analysed according to DSA and classified into two types (antegrade flow and reversed flow). The surgical procedure was superficial temporal artery (STA)⁃MCA bypass, combined with encephalo⁃duro⁃myo⁃synangiosis (EDMS) and dural subvolution. For the bypass procedure, when blood flow in donor and recipient artery was in same direction, the case would be classified into orthodromic bypass group (orthodromic group, 32 cases), otherwise as antidromic bypass group (antidromic group, 18 cases). Blood flow interference phenomenon on cortex surface detected by intraoperative indocyanine green angiography (ICGA), postoperative transient neurological dysfunction (TND) and ischemic stroke in postoperative 30 d. DSA data and Matsushima grading system were used to evaluate anastomotic patency and bypass blood perfusion area in mid⁃term follow⁃up (mean 7.31 months). Hemodynamic parameters such as peak systolic velocity (PSV), end diastolic velocity (EDV) and resistant index (RI) demonstrated by transcranial Doppler (TCD) in long⁃term follow⁃up (mean 39.72 months) were all documented and used to compare the safety and efficacy between 2 groups. Results Patency of all stomas were confirmed by ICGA. The orthodromic group demonstrated a lower rate of blood flow interference (χ2=4.668, P=0.031) and TND (χ2=6.630, P=0.010) compared with antidromic group. The incidence of ischemic stroke had no difference between 2 groups (χ2=0.177, P=0.674). In mid⁃term follow⁃up, DSA confirmed the patency of all stomas, and no difference in bypass blood perfusion area between 2 groups (χ2=0.613, P=0.434). During long⁃term follow⁃up, syndromic group showed higher PSV (t=3.599, P=0.001) and EDV (t=2.993, P=0.004), and lower RI (t=3.328, P=0.002) compared with antidromic group. Conclusions Orthodromic bypass may reduce the risk of watershed shift and TND in perioperative period, increase blood flow velocity and decrease RI in the bypass vessel in long⁃term follow⁃up.

In order to study the bearing characteristics of the roof and the coal pillar stability of continuous mining and continuous filling cemented filling field, a numerical analysis model based on FLAC3D is established to analyse the alternate bearing characteristics of the roof, study the conversion law of the primary and secondary bearing structures of the roof, and reveal the stress release and deformation law of the coal pillar. Based on the difference of the constraint conditions on both sides of the coal pillar, a mechanical model of the stress distribution of the coal pillar is established, and the influence law of the stress concentration coefficient, temporary support strength, burial depth and other factors on the ultimate bearing width of the coal pillar is obtained.By establishing the numerical analysis and simulation of the synergistic bearing of coal pillar and filler, the influence of the width of filler on the bearing characteristics of coal pillar is revealed. The study shows that: the bearing structure of the mine roof changes with the advancement of the working face, and the coal pillar is the main bearing structure during the co-bearing stage of the coal pillar and the filling body, and the filling body gradually transitions to the main bearing structure as the coal pillar is gradually extracted; the width of the stress equilibrium zone of the coal pillar is inversely proportional to the strength of the temporary support, and is positively proportional to the burial depth of the working face and the stress concentration coefficient, increasing the strength of the temporary support can significantly reduce the fragmentation zone of the critical surface. The increase in the width of the filling body can effectively control the stability of the coal pillar, and its main function is to reduce the force on the coal pillar while playing a role in restraining the lateral deformation of the coal pillar. In Haoyuan coal mine, by increasing the strength and filling rate of the filling body and enhancing the restraining effect of the filling body on the coal pillar, the stability of the coal pillar is effectively guaranteed, which provides a reference for the control of coal pillar deformation under similar conditions.

An air–ground collaborative multi-modal intelligent robot system can adapt to air and ground environments, has multimodal characteristic and advanced intelligence, and is able to complete complex tasks. The system has broad application prospects in various fields of society and is a new driving force for global technological, social, and economic development. Considering the major demand for developing the air–ground collaborative multi-modal intelligent robot system in China, this study comprehensively analyzes the development status of the system in China and abroad and the existing problems in China. China currently lags behind the international advanced level in terms of the air–ground collaborative intelligent robot system development; however, it still has the opportunity to achieve the advanced level as the system is still developing in its infancy in countries worldwide. The system involves theories, key technologies, core components and units, platforms, system equipment, and system applications and aims to build related technical system, core component industry system, intelligent robot equipment system, and social applications. Moreover, we propose the development layout, roadmap, and suggestions for the development of the system. Research shows that the air–ground collaborative multi-modal intelligent robot system can be integrated into the future smart society in all aspects and be applied to fields such as smart medical, education, housing, transportation, and manufacturing, to contribute to the national economy and people’s livelihood.

Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) has been identified as a potentially promising therapeutic target in acute pancreatitis (AP). However, the role of intestinal TLR4 in AP and AP-associated gut injury remains unclear. This study aimed to explore the relationship between intestinal TLR4 and gut microbiota during AP. A mouse AP model was establish by intraperitoneal injection of L-arginine. Pancreatic injury and intestinal barrier function were evaluated in wild-type and intestinal epithelial TLR4 knockout (TLR4ΔIEC) mice. Gut microbiota was analyzed by 16S rRNA sequencing. Quadruple antibiotics were applied to induce microbiota-depleted mice. Differentially expressed genes in gut were detected by RNA sequencing. L. reuteri treatment was carried out in vivo and vitro study. Compared with wild-type mice, AP and AP-associated gut injury were exacerbated in TLR4ΔIEC mice in a gut microbiota-dependent manner. The relative abundance of Lactobacillus and number of Paneth cells remarkably decreased in TLR4ΔIEC mice. The KEGG pathway analysis derived from RNA sequencing suggested that genes affected by intestinal TLR4 deletion were related to the activation of nod-like receptor pathway. Furthermore, L. reuteri treatment could significantly improve the pancreatic and intestinal injury in TLR4ΔIEC mice through promoting Paneth cells in a NOD2-dependent manner. Loss of intestinal epithelial TLR4 exacerbated pancreatic and intestinal damage during AP, which might be attributed to the gut microbiota dysbiosis especially the exhausted Lactobacillus. In order to improve the quality of quinoa noodles and inhibit the negative effect of rancid taste caused by oil oxidation on noodles in processing quinoa powder,the defatting treatment of quinoa powder was introduced,and the volatile substances in common noodles,quinoa noodles,defatted quinoa noodles and their soups were analyzed.In experiment,n-hexane was used as the leaching solvent for defatting,while the volatile flavor compounds in quinoa noodles and defatted quinoa noodles were detected by solid-phase microextraction technology and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS).Results show that repeated defatting for three times could effectively reduce the oil content of quinoa.Compared with wheat flour,the aldehydes,furans and ketones in the volatile flavor substances of quinoa noodles were increased.The grass and wine taste of quinoa flour products could be reduced by defatting treatment.The ketones and esters in the volatile flavor substances of defatted quinoa flour products showed significant difference.Defatting treatment can improve the flavor of quinoa,and has little effect on the structure of protein and starch in quinoa flour.Thus,it can be applied as a processing method for quinoa in the future.

Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is a leading threat to human lives with high incidence and mortality. Circular RNAs were reported to play important roles in human cancers. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of circ_0005962 and explore the underlying functional mechanisms.

Objective To study the diagnostic accuracy and the distance between the root of maxillary posterior tooth and the maxillary sinus using panoramic radiography and cone beam computer tomography; to provide basic information for clinicians to treat diseases in the maxillary posterior region. Methods Eighty patients were included in this study. A total of 671 specimens were measured for the distance between the root tip and the maxillary sinus floor in both imaging modalities. Results The roots that did not contact the sinus floor or contacted but did not project into the sinus cavity showed an agreement of 82% and 70% when using panoramic radiography. Forty-eight percent of the roots that projected into the sinus cavity in panoramic radiography showed protrusion into the sinus with cone beam computer tomography (CBCT). For panoramic radiography and CBCT showing root projections into the sinus cavity, the average distances were 2.19 ± 1.82 mm and 1.47 ± 1.01 mm, respectively. There was a significant difference between the two values (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Panoramic radiography is more accurate when roots of maxillary posterior teeth do not contact the sinus floor or contact it. However, it has a lower accuracy rate when the tooth roots protrude into the sinus.

Sonodynamic therapy (SDT) is a cutting-edge method for the biological effects of ultrasound combined with sound-sensitive agents. In recent years, SDT has been a concern of experts and scholars in the oral field, and a series of experimental studies has been carried out. We will introduce the progress of SDT in the field of stomatology from three aspects: the therapeutic mechanism of SDT, the application of SDT in the oral field, and the current situation and future of SDT in the treatment of oral diseases. It is currently believed that singlet oxygen theory, cavitation effects, and induction of apoptosis are the main therapeutic mechanisms. The research of SDT on oral disease prevention mainly focuses on oral tumors (especially squamous cell carcinoma and osteosarcoma) and infectious diseases (such as periodontitis, maxillofacial infection, and oral mucosal disease). Although the current research is still in the experimental stage, with the continuous exploration of sonosensitizers and nanotechnology, SDT will provide great help for the clinical prevention and treatment of oral diseases in the future.

Induction cladding TiB/Ti composite coating was in-situ synthesized by induction heating the preplaced powder mixture of 90% Ti (atom fraction, the same below) and 10% boron on a Ti6Al4V substrate. The microstructure, phase composition and micro/nano mechanical properties of the coating were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), microhardness tester and nanoindentation tester. The results indicate that the composite coating has a smooth surface and a dense microstructure without cracks and pores. A strong metallurgical adherence is formed between the coating and the substrate. During induction cladding process, B and Ti are fully reacted to in-situ form TiB reinforcements. The matrix of the coating consists of α-Ti phase and a few β-Ti phases. The reinforcements of in-situ synthesized TiB are uniformly distributed in the coating with a volume fraction about of 9.4%. Indentation hardness and modulus of the in-situ TiB particles are about 35 GPa and 545 GPa, respectively, which cause the increase of the microhardness of the composite coating to about 525HV0.2. It is increased by 67% as against the Ti6Al4V substrate.

Tribological properties of oleic acid modified natural serpentine ultrafine mineral powders as lubricating oil additive were investigated by a reciprocating sliding wear tester. The effects of the four factors including load, reciprocating frequency, sliding time and concentration of serpentine on the properties of serpentine additive were analyzed. Results indicate that the anti-wear and friction-reducing properties of the base oil are significantly improved by the addition of the modified serpentine powders. The order that affects the friction-reducing performance of the serpentine additive is:concentration, reciprocating frequency, load, sliding time, and the optimal tribological conditions are 100 N, 5 Hz, 180 min, 0.5%(mass fraction). While that affects the anti-wear property is:load, concentration, reciprocating frequency, sliding time, and the optimal conditions are 100 N, 50 Hz, 180 min, 0.3%. Serpentine minerals forms a tribofilm consisting of various oxides, graphite and organic compounds on the friction surface, which is the key to improving anti-wear and friction-reducing properties.

The recent renaissance in pulsed lasers operating in the visible spectral region has been driven by their significant applications in a wide range of fields such as display technology, medicine, microscopy, material processing, and scientific research. Low-dimensional nanomaterials as saturable absorbers are exploited to create strong nonlinear saturable absorption for pulse generation at visible wavelengths due to their absorption peaks located in visible spectral region. Here we provide a detailed overview of visible-wavelength pulsed lasers based on low-dimensional nanomaterials, covering the optical properties and various integration strategies of these nanomaterials saturable absorbers, and their performance from solid-state as well as fiber pulsed lasers in the visible spectral range. This emerging application domain will undoubtedly lead to the rapid development of visible pulsed lasers.

Introduction The purpose of this study was to determine whether TLR4 knockdown induced by miRNA-140-5p improves tendinopathy in an in vitro experiment. Material and methods Extraction of tendon-derived stem cells (TDSCs) from SD rats was performed using TGF-β1 to develop a tendinopathy cell model. In the first step, we knocked down TLR4 by si-TLR4 to investigate TLR4 in tendinopathy development, and the next we used miRNA-140-5p to investigate miRNA-140-5p in tendinopathy development. The inflammatory factors and Hyp concentration were evaluated by ELISA assay; the cell viability was measured by MTT assay; the cell apoptosis was evaluated by TUNEL and/or flow cytometry. The relative mRNA was measured by RT-qPCR assay; the relative proteins expression was evaluated by cellular immunofluorescence and/or WB assay. The correlation between miRNA-140-5p and TLR4 was analyzed by Luciferase reporter assay. Results With miRNA-140-5p overexpression or TLR4 knockdown, the cell viability was significantly increased with cell apoptosis depressing compared with the Model group (p < 0.05, respectively). Meanwhile, the inflammatory factors TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 and Hyp concentration were significantly improved (p < 0.05, respectively), whereas the TLR4, MyD88 and NF-B(p65) protein expression levels were significantly depressed with TLR4 knockdown by si-TLR4 or miRNA-140-5p which target TLR4. Conclusions The present results showed that TLR4 knockdown induced by miRNA-140-5p or si-TLR4 improved tendinopathy in an in vitro cell experiment.

In order to obtain the best dust reduction efficiency of the air-water combined power dust collector, based on the working principle of the air-water combined power dust collector, the performance parameter test method of the air-water combined power dust collector was determined, the design and development of the test system were completed, and the working principle of the test system was explained. The performance test of the air-water combined power dust collector under different air supply pressures and water supply pressures, and various performance parameters of the air-water combined power dust collector were obtained. The results show that the test system provides a test platform for realizing the matching of dust removal efficiency and optimal operating parameters of the air-water combined power dust collector. Compared with no water supply, the air volume and dust reduction efficiency of the air-water combined power dust collector under the water supply situation are significantly improved. When the water supply pressure is 3 MPa and the air supply pressure is from 0.2 MPa to 0.5 MPa, the air volume and dust reduction efficiency of the air-water combined power dust collector increase with the increase of the air supply pressure.
