The School Health Unit (UKS) program has been implemented since 1984. Although this program has been done yearly, the children's health status has not been optimized yet. Studies have been done to evaluate this program, however very limited studies have been done to explore the stakeholders of the program, their roles, and their conflicts, especially at the school level. This study aimed to stakeholder analysis of school health programs at school level. This was a qualitative case study of 4 elementary schools in North Jakarta. Data collection was carried out by means of in-depth interviews. Stakeholder analysis was performed by using steps which consist of identifying stakeholders, identifying interests, analyzing the influence of identified stakeholders and identifying risks, and anticipating risk management. Stakeholder mapping is done using the Grid mapping model. This study shows that in private primary schools, the most influential actors were foundations, namely as “context setters”. In public elementary schools, UKS teachers were the “subjects” and the education authorities were the powerful party in the development of infrastructure. This study also found that there was a conflict between the interests and influence of the main stakeholders, namely foundations and Education Authorities. Foundations and Education Authorities were not directly involved in implementing UKS in schools. This research concludes that the actors have not been maximal in carrying out their roles in the UKS policy at elementary schools in North Jakarta. Cooperation between actors needs to be improved.

Increasing physical capacity or performance after injury to students is a procedure that is in accordance with the commitment to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the health sector. This service activity aims to increase the active participation of teachers and students in overcoming sports injury health problems. The approach method used in this service activity is to use a synergistic partnership improvement to increase the participation of partners. The approach was carried out with the school health unit (Unit Kesehatan Sekolah/UKS) officers and students. The implementation of this activity received positive support from the principal and sports teachers and is an activity that has never been done in this place. This activity is the result of collaboration between the Faculty of Health Sciences UMM and SMPN 26 Malang City. Based on the results of the evaluation of the training activities carried out, it was found that the participants were able to take part in this activity well and enthusiastically as indicated by an increase in knowledge of 75%. This means that there is an increase in the active participation of teachers and students in overcoming sports injury health problems.

Background: Various kinds of health problems appear in children aged elementary school, but the usual problems that are related to healthy life behavior. School Health Unit (Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah = UKS) is one of the vehicle to improve health degree of students. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of satisfaction of students, UKS's teachers, and parents of school health unit consisting of services: health education, health service and healthy school environment at the elementary school in work area of Public Health Center Kedungmundu Semarang. Method: This research is a descriptive research, which is a type of conclusive design that aims to describe the character or function of research on a group. Descriptive analysis conducted to illustrate the gap between the importance and satisfaction of the school community on the effort of implementing the school health unit. To know the level of customer service satisfaction, used Gap Analysis and Cartesius Diagram. Result: The result was that the students were satisfied with the school health service because two of the best items were health education and anthropometric measurement. UKS's teachers are satisfied with the service of School Health Unit because the two best items are the counseling and directing on the implementation of health education as well as the variables of guidance and guidance on the implementation of health services. The parents are satisfied with the service of School Health Unit because the two best items are student's knowledge about healthy life behavior variable and habit of healthy daily living variable. Introduction: There is a reliable evidence that personnel working in a variety of settings beyond mainstream mental health services can make an important contribution to the prevention of mental health problems., Aim: To assess the ability of personnel in different sectors including schools, school health unit and Primary Health Care (PHC) centers to recognize the risks and signs of deteriorating mental health among vulnerable people. The roles played by these personnel in the area of mental health were also defined., Methods: A descriptive approach was used to carry out this study in different service agencies located in Abha region. These included female secondary schools, female school health units and all PHC centers. Questionnaires were mailed to teachers, physicians and nurses. The questionnaires contained queries about warning signs of poor mental health and high-risk groups for mental disorders., Results: It was shown that 50% of school teachers in the sample were good at picking up signs of mental distress while others felt that they did not have the skills in this field nor was it their role to do so. The majority of physicians and nurses (66.03%) in school health unit and PHC centers identify family problems as predictor of mental disorders. From the stand point of the primary care provided by health centers, early diagnosis of cases and provision of treatment were considered unimportant compared to the role of case referral as stated by 15.38% and 53.84% of workers, respectively., Recommendations: It is recommended that the role of these services be expanded to develop skills in dealing with common mental problems.
