Background: musculoskeletal disorders are a frequent pathology that affects health personnel who care for patients with COVID-19. Objective: to identify the main musculoskeletal conditions presented by health personnel in a comprehensive area of COVID-19. Method: a descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out from June to December 2021. The sample corresponded to the study population and was made up of the 40 workers that make up the health personnel who work in an integral area of COVID-19 of the Luis Gabriel Dávila Hospital in the province of Carchi, Ecuador. A structured survey was applied. The variables studied were: impediment of discomfort to perform work, presence of pain, frequent position at work, application of work mechanics, type of musculoskeletal condition. The data is presented in graphs using absolute and relative frequencies. Results: 86 % said they almost never felt discomfort when doing their work, 57 % reported having discomfort that has prevented them from carrying out their work normally and the same percentage reported almost always feeling pain in the neck, shoulder, back, arms and hands. 43 % recognized that the discomfort felt is a consequence of their workday. The combination of sitting and standing in the workplace predominated. 50 % apply labor mechanics within their work. Low back pain turned out to be the most prevalent musculoskeletal condition. Conclusions: in health personnel, musculoskeletal conditions or pain caused by the incorrect use of body mechanics techniques and malpractice impair the development of work activities.

Este artículo pretende mostrar la conversión de una profesora de español y literatura en Costuromaestra junto a su asesora de Doctorado en Educación. Tras experimentar la relación entre costura y escritura como un modo de investigar para pensar de forma diferente a lo que se ha pensado, y percibir de forma diferente lo que se ha sentido y tejido en el cuerpo laberinto de ellas mismas y de los maestros como una forma de acercarse a las afecciones que subyacen y que muchas veces son sofocadas tras el exceso de productividad en el encuentro educativo. El artículo se justifica pensando en nuevas formas de investigación circunscritas en la formación de formadores y que problematizan el método como una acción para entrelazar investigación e investigadoras, y experimentar lo que se puede cambiar, a través del extrañamiento de lo vivido y sentido en lugar de limitarse a consolidar lo que ya se sabe. En el curso de la investigación, la maestra que deviene en costuromaestra usa una caligrafía disruptiva desde el taller de costura para coser y descoser las afecciones en el mismo gesto como ejercicio para coser afecturas, experimentando, con los maestros, una escritua otra, que permita compartir y convertir con otros maestros las afecturas en aficciones para aumentar su potencia de relacionarse en el encuentro educativo y, por ende, en el poder de educar.

El presente estudio corresponde a la segunda entrega donde se realizó el análisis farmacobotánico, etnofarmacológico y micrográfico de drogas vegetales utilizadas en forma empírica para las afecciones con mayor tasa de mortalidad en la provincia de Misiones. En esta instancia (Parte II), se exponen cinco (5) especies utilizadas para las afecciones cardiovasculares y respiratorias. Las mismas fueron relevadas en los diferentes puntos de comercialización de la Ciudad de Posadas, se conservaron especímenes de resguardo en el Herbario del Departamento de Farmacia de la Facultad de Ciencias Exactas, Químicas y Naturales de la Universidad Nacional de Misiones y mediante fotografías, se identificaron por medio de procedimientos taxonómicos clásicos, y se analizó la endo- y exomorfología empleando técnicas de rutina para este tipo de trabajo, con la documentación fotográfica. Los objetivos fueron relevar y documentar las especies vegetales utilizadas para las afecciones cardiovasculares y respiratorias, sus usos etnofarmacológicos, partes utilizadas y formas de administración, además de contribuir a incrementar el conocimiento de la morfo-anatomía y micrografía aplicada de dichas drogas vegetales. En esta instancia se describen Eugenia uniflora, Aloysia virgata, Lippia alba, Solanum granulosum-leprosum y Micrograma vacciniifolia, especies comercializadas y utilizadas como agentes terapéuticos en el tratamiento de las afecciones cardiovasculares y respiratorias.

This article critically examines the social meanings surrounding the arrest of the union leader Milagro Sala and the dismantling of the Tupac Amaru organization. It also analyzes the generalized consensus supporting the government of Gerardo Morales in Jujuy. It defines the term public affections based on the way the figure of the social leader was absorbing a whole series of malaise and "damages" in the local public sphere. This allows us to analyze the preconditions of meaning that led to the escalation towards a new provincial government based on the alleged demand of a democratic "re-foundation of coexistence", mostly upon the eradication of visible urban antagonisms. The article delves with the different ways that materialized the image of Sala as an omnipotent and omnipresent social evil and as a direct debaser of the local popular sectors. The purpose of this article is to base the category of body in the work Ethics of Baruch Spinoza, confronting this text from the metaphysical and ethical considerations that sustain it, as well as the introduction of Tatian and Deleuze's interpretations on the notion of the body and its relationship with ethics. To this end, a biographical-political aspect that contextualizes the elaboration of this text and the importance of Spinoza's critique of religions will be delimited, and then a double entry to the category of present body in Ethics. The first of these will be the one corresponding to metaphysics based on ontological monism, while the second will deal with the ethical aspect, that of the affections, which allows these categories to be transposed to the question of what can a body? Without getting into details of what it was an exhaustive field work for this essay, I would like to venture an intuition that will guide this work: the objects -those inert but alive [including myself- emerge and sink into attributes and properties that are given by the landscapes they lay on. In this essay, I only intend to reflect on the field work developed in the cemetery, and specifically focus the attention on the shapes that the researcher's body (my body) acquires while this development takes place. El estudio de la relación entre el ciclo menstrual y el rendimiento deportivo está presente entre las últimas publicaciones sobre el deporte femenino, tratando de contribuir a un mejor proceso de preparación de las mujeres en las distintas modalidades deportivas y prevenir las posibles afecciones de la función menstrual. Las características del ciclo menstrual de las deportistas de alto nivel no poseen diferencias sustanciales con respecto a la función menstrual de las mujeres no deportistas; sin embargo, se presentan estadísticas de un mayor porcentaje de afecciones del aparato reproductor femenino en comparación con la población en general. Existen variaciones considerables de las características del ciclo al interior de los grupos estudiados, las cuales, se asocian por los autores con la ubicación en la “escala de feminidad”. Las fases premenstrual y menstrual, junto con la ovulatoria, son las que más dificultad reflejan para las deportistas a la hora de enfrentar las cargas de entrenamiento y de competencia. En lo referente a la menarquía, la maduración tardía es propia de las modalidades de iniciación temprana y donde se requiere mantener el bajo peso corporal. Se muestran las últimas tendencias y resultados de las investigaciones, en el campo del entrenamiento femenino.

La hipótesis que presenta este artículo plantea que es posible entender los dispositivos de poder mediante la caracterización de dos elementos: el primero, se refiere al papel de los enunciados como funciones que agencian las determinaciones y las sujeciones políticas en el cuerpo social. El segundo elemento, tiene que ver con el poder definido como la capacidad afectiva de las relaciones de fuerza. La primera parte del artículo está dedicada a mostrar que en el análisis arqueológico de los enunciados se establecen las reglas internas de organización del discurso, al tiempo que se reconoce su relación con el espacio social en el que emergen. En la segunda parte, se matiza esa relación mediante el concepto de performatividad. La idea central es que los enunciados tienen efectos en los sujetos que se definen en su fuerza realizativa. La tercera parte está consagrada a responder la pregunta: ¿de dónde viene la fuerza realizativa? Respuesta que sería la clave de la relación del lenguaje con el poder. Finalmente, se conecta las tesis de Ducrot sobre los performativos y las tesis del poder de Foucault.

This article holds it is possible to understand Foucault's concept of power device through the characterization of two of its elements: the first one refers to the role of statements as agential functions of determinations and political subjections in the social body. The second one deals with power conceived as the affective capacity of force relationships. So, it will be firstly shown that in the archeological analysis of the statements, internal rules of speech organization are settled on, acknowledging at the same time, their relation with social space in which they emerge. In a second part, through the concept of performativity we try to make nuances in that relation. A third part is devoted to answer that question in order to find its response as a: clue in the relationship between language and power. Finally, trying to connect Ducrot's thesis on performatives and Foucault's power thesis, it will be pointed out statements are also acts and their languages effects on the subjects do not depend on external factors -social pressure, for instance- but, on the fact they become integrated as functions in power relationships as well. Se trata el capítulo de la condropatía conjuga! de! ad.olescentes, sus complicaciones y secuelas, la coxa vara del adolescente reseñando como hipótesis fisiopatológica del deslizamiento, a la acción de los músculos adductores y rotadores externos fundamentalmente el psoas.Realizamos el tratamiento apoyándonos en dicha hipótesis; hacemos la sección de adductores y psoas evitando luego la acción de la gravedad en los casos de condropatía no complicada y con deslizamientos crónicos y seguidos de reducción e inmovilización· enyesada en los casos agudos y subagudos. En estos últimos, cuando no se reduce por maniobras, luego de a miotomía, hacemos la reducción a cielo abierto, inmovilizando luego en yeso pelvipedio. Por último el tratamiento de la secuela de la coxa vara, mediante osteotomías intertrocantérica tridimensional corrigiendo el varo y la retroposición de la epífisis, o por osteotomía cervical a cuña antero superior, previo injerto de cápsula en la epífisis para darle mayor vascularización y así evitar su necrosis.

A propósito de la coxa vara infantil se ha expuesto una clasificación etiológica de las coxa vara del niño, que creemos permite orientarse con relativa facilidad frente a los distintos tipos de este síndrome No se está en condiciones aún de afirmar su origen congénito o adquirido. La radiografía es definitiva en el diagnóstico. La verticalización del cartílago es característica y de valor tanto diagnóstico como pronóstico. El aspecto radiográfico de_ la cabeza y del cotilo en las primeras etapas son normales. En los casos graves pueden aparecer alteraciones secundarias del cotilo. El tratamiento debe ser precoz. En los casos severos la indicación es la osteotomía valguizante tipo Scaglietti; en los casos moderados la epifisiodesis· del trocánter mayor tipo Langenskiiild.
