Because the communication link connection in the Internet of Vehicles is transient and intermittent, the established connection may be disconnected at any time, which cannot meet the requirements of the data transmission of the Internet of Vehicles. Therefore, based on the traditional data transmission mechanism, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to achieve the optimal design of the data transmission mechanism of the Internet of Vehicles. First, according to the operation mechanism of the Internet of Vehicles build the Internet of Vehicles model. Then in this model, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to analyze the data transmission characteristics of the Internet of Vehicles, and the characteristics evaluation results of data transmission are obtained. Finally, set the data transmission protocol of the Internet of Vehicles, select the appropriate data transmission path, allocate the data transmission load, and realize the data transmission of the Internet of Vehicles. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional data transmission mechanism of the Internet of Vehicles, the speed of the designed transmission mechanism is increased by 3.58 MB/s, and the packet loss rate is reduced by 41%.

14. Simulation of storm flood inundation and critical rainfall threshold for disaster in Subash Reservoir based on two types of precipitation data.

This study focuses on the Subash Reservoir area in the Aksu Prefecture, Xinjiang, China, employing various data sources, including merged precipitation, rainfall station, digital elevation model, and land-use data. Using the FloodArea model, a refined simulation of typical torrential rain-induced flood processes in the Subash Reservoir is conducted. By analyzing the inundation depth and runoff volume, and the simulation results of two precipitation data sources are compared, and a precipitation- inundation depth relationship model is established, determining critical rainfall thresholds corresponding to the sediment-flushing gate bottom elevation, flood limit water level, spillway gate weir top elevation, and dam crest elevation. The results reveal that the FloodArea model driven by multi-source precipitation fusion data has higher accuracy and closer approximation to the actual values for the inundation depth and calculated runoff volume in the Subash Reservoir than the model driven by rain gauge precipitation data. The error simulation rates for inundation depth of the two kind of data are 8.59% and 18.67%, respectively. The cumulative 4-hour precipitation thresholds for reaching inundation levels corresponding to the sediment-flushing gate bottom elevation, flood limit water level, spillway gate weir top elevation, and dam crest elevation of the Subash Reservoir are 7.1 mm, 20.1 mm, 32.9 mm, and 44.7 mm, respectively. The results provide a theoretical reference for torrential rain-induced early flood warning in the Subash Reservoir region to enhance the capability of early flood warning for such scenarios. Plasma catalytic CO2 hydrogenation to methanol over MnOx/ZrO2 catalyst was investigated in this work. A boosted methanol yield of 4.6 mg/h was obtained over MnOx/ZrO2 catalyst, while it was only 0.0 and 0.7 mg/h for ZrO2 and MnOx catalyst, respectively. The interaction between MnOx and ZrO2 was responsible for the enhanced methanol yield. It resulted in sufficient oxygen vacancy. The in situ DRIFT spectra was conducted to reveal the plasma catalytic CO2 hydrogenation to methanol reaction mechanism and the key intermediates of HCOO and CH3O species were determined. Plasma‐induced CO2 hydrogenation process has received much attention, while the related plasma chemistry has not been profoundly explored. Herein, electron‐induced and thermochemical effects on CO2 hydrogenation in a dielectric barrier discharge reactor were investigated. The temperatures for the discharge pattern transition for CO2/H2, CO2/H2/N2, CO2/H2/Ar, and CO2/H2/He mixtures were 623, 623, 600, and 600 K, respectively. CO2 conversion was controlled by electron‐induced reactions and was sensitive to discharge pattern and electron density but not electron energy. In contrast, product formation was governed by the thermo‐induced chemistry. These results are useful for a better understanding of plasma‐induced CO2 hydrogenation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Sparker sources have been widely applied in high-resolution seismic explorations. However, to date, there exists no model that can directly predict the electro-acoustic characteristics of a sparker source with a multi-electrode array. In this Letter, we propose an analytical water-resistance model that yields a more accurate loop current. A simplified energy conservation model and the multi-bubble dynamics equations are used to evaluate the electro-acoustic process. Considering the bubble interaction will give a better prediction of multi-bubble dynamics. Regardless of the bubble interaction, the model is also able to obtain the desirable loop current and shockwave. Finally, with the influence of electrode considered, we use the model to evaluate the performance of a 50 × 8 array. The modeling results agree well with the field trials. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

19. Further Examination of the Psychometric Properties of the Mental Toughness Inventory: Evidence from Chinese Athletes and University Students

There is an increasing research interest in the concept and measurement of mental toughness. This study examined the psychometric properties of the 8-item Mental Toughness Inventory (MTI) in two Chinese samples: 503 youth athletes and 513 university students. The unidimensional model of the MTI was confirmed and measurement invariance between males and females was supported in both samples. As expected, mental toughness was positively associated with the three basic psychological needs and effort in the athlete sample, and with life satisfaction in the student sample. Excellent internal consistency reliability was found in both samples, and good test-rest reliability was also demonstrated in the student sample. Oxygenates production from the partial oxidation of liquid fuel is required for a cleaner combustion. The effect of Mn/Fe ratio was investigated to improve the oxygenates formation via plasma catalytic n-C
5 H12 partial oxidation over FeMn/Al2 O3 catalyst. The oxygenates selectivities exhibited a volcano shape with the Mn/Fe ratio and the highest value of 69% was obtained at Mn/Fe ratio of 7/3. The oxygenates selectivities were dominated by both the acidity and active oxygen species of catalyst, which could be tuned by Mn/Fe ratio. A close relationship between oxygenates selectivities, acidity, and active oxygen species of catalyst was established. Temperature and precipitation are crucial indicators for investigating climate changes, necessitating precise measurements for rigorous scientific inquiry. While the Fifth Generation of European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts Atmospheric Reanalysis (ERA5), ERA5 of the Land Surface (ERA5-Land), and China Meteorological Forcing Dataset (CMFD) temperature and precipitation products are widely used worldwide, their suitability for the Altay region of arid and semi-arid areas has received limited attention. Here, we used the Altay region as the study area, utilizing meteorological station data and implementing the residual revision method for temperature and the coefficient revision method for precipitation to rectify inaccuracies in monthly temperature and precipitation records from ERA5-Land, ERA5, and CMFD. We evaluate the accuracy of these datasets before and after correction using bias, Taylor diagrams, and root-mean-square error (RMSE) metrics. Additionally, we employ Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission satellite precipitation data (TRMM) as a benchmark to assess the performance of ERA5-Land, ERA5, and CMFD monthly precipitation before and after correction. The results revealed significant differences in the temperature and precipitation capture capabilities of ERA5-Land, ERA5, and CMFD in the Altay region. Overall, these data exhibit substantial errors and are not directly suitable for scientific research. However, we applied residual and coefficient revision methods. After this revision, ERA5-Land, ERA5, and CMFD showed significantly improved temperature and precipitation capture capabilities, especially for ERA5-Land. In terms of temperature, post-revision-CMFD (CMFDPR) demonstrated better temperature capture capabilities. All three datasets showed weaker performance in mountainous regions compared to plains. Notably, post-revision-ERA5 (ERA5PR) seemed unsuitable for capturing temperature in the Altay region. Concerning rain, CMFDPR, post-revision-ERA5-Land (ERA5-LandPR) and ERA5PR outperformed TRMM in capturing precipitation. CMFDPR and ERA5-LandPR both outperform ERA5PR. In summary, the revision datasets effectively compensated for the sparse distribution of meteorological stations in the Altay region, providing reliable data support for studying climate change in arid and semi-arid areas. Rotary steering systems are cutting-edge, intelligent oil drilling and steering equipment developed at the end of the twentieth century. The core function of the bit pointing rotary steering system is to control the eccentric shaft with bit pointing function to track the outer drill collar for reverse rotation [1]. When the relative speed thereof is offset, the mandrel tool face remains stationary, and the directive function of the drill bit is realized [2]. Therefore, it is important to precisely control mandrel rotational speed and make it follow the outer drill collar to conduct face-to-face rotation at all times. A double closed loop control method for realizing rotational speed loop and position loop through controlling mandrel rotational speed is proposed in this paper. Relative rotational speed of drill bit shaft (or mandrel) and drill collar of zero can be realized within the shortest time, thereby realizing rapid and precise rotational speed tracking. Relative positions of mandrel and drill collar at several angles on 360° circumferences, thereby proving the feasibility of the method. The method can provide a technical reference and basis for prototype production of directional rotary steering system [3].

Summary: With the promotion and application of IPv6 in the world, there is a growing demand for IPv6 alias resolution. How to resolve IPv6 alias efficiently and accurately becomes an urgent problem to be solved. After analyzing the features of IPv6 addresses, this paper proposes a large‐scale adaptive IPv6 alias resolution method based on fingerprint information by combining Too‐Big Trick, UAv6, APD, and other alias resolution algorithms. It sends ICMPv6 probe packets to different types of IPv6 addresses to get the fingerprint information of target hosts. After filtering the classified addresses, our proposed alias resolution method is adaptively selected to resolve alias addresses. In the experiment, we use multi‐thread method to resolve the aliases of large‐scale IPv6 addresses, which greatly improves the efficiency of detection. Meanwhile, we use IPv6 datasets collected from the organizations RIPE and CAIDA. By comparing with Speedtrap and Too‐Big Trick, we confirm the accuracy of this method and obtain more alias pairs. Spark discharge in saline water has been confirmed to generate violently oscillated bubble, where the discharge only occurs at the electrode tips. In this Letter, it is found that the discharge polarity has obvious influence on the dynamics of such a bubble. The spark discharge with positive polarity can generate larger bubble than that induced by the negative discharge. The electrolytic effect is considered to play an important role during the spark discharge, e.g., the additional Cl2 for positive discharge and H2 for negative discharge are generated and trapped into the bubble. In addition, a more obvious increase in bubble size is observed in the bipolar discharge, in which the molecular number of Cl2 and H2 is the same. 26. Effects of Land Cover Change on Vegetation Carbon Source/Sink in Arid Terrestrial Ecosystems of Northwest China, 2001–2018.

The arid terrestrial ecosystem carbon cycle is one of the most important parts of the global carbon cycle, but it is vulnerable to external disturbances. As the most direct factor affecting the carbon cycle, how land cover change affects vegetation carbon sources/sinks in arid terrestrial ecosystems remains unclear. In this study, we chose the arid region of northwest China (ARNWC) as the study area and used net ecosystem productivity (NEP) as an indicator of vegetation carbon source/sink. Subsequently, we described the spatial distribution and temporal dynamics of vegetation carbon sources/sinks in the ARNWC from 2001–2018 by combining the Carnegie-Ames-Stanford Approach (CASA) and a soil microbial heterotrophic respiration (R
H ) model and assessed the effects of land cover change on them through modeling scenario design. We found that land cover change had an obvious positive impact on vegetation carbon sinks. Among them, the effect of land cover type conversion contributed to an increase in total NEP of approximately 1.77 Tg C (reaching 15.55% of the original value), and after simultaneously considering the effect of vegetation growth enhancement, it contributed to an increase in total NEP of approximately 14.75 Tg C (reaching 129.61% of the original value). For different land cover types, cropland consistently contributed the most to the increment of NEP, and the regeneration of young and middle-aged forests also led to a significant increase in forest carbon sinks. Thus, our findings provide a reference for assessing the effects of land cover change on vegetation carbon sinks, and they indicated that cropland expansion and anthropogenic management dominated the growth of vegetation carbon sequestration in the ARNWC, that afforestation also benefits the carbon sink capacity of terrestrial ecosystems, and that attention should be paid to restoring and protecting native vegetation in forestland and grassland regions in the future. 29. The Effects of Physical Exercise on the Quality of Life of Healthy Older Adults in China: A Systematic Review.

Objective: To systematically evaluate the effects of physical exercise on the quality of life (QOL) of healthy older adults in China. Methods: Relevant articles published until December 2021 were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang, China Science and Technology Journal Database, PubMed, EBSCO, Web of Science, and the Library of Congress. Inclusion criteria were studies in which the subjects were healthy Chinese older adults (aged ≥ 60 years), the reported sample size was clear, and the study design was a randomized controlled trial or a research study. In addition, studies were included if they reported the use of at least one QOL questionnaire and investigated at least one form of physical exercise. Results: In total, 19 studies met the inclusion criteria, which included six studies that used comprehensive physical exercise type as an intervention and 13 studies that used regular physical exercise as an intervention. All 19 studies compared intervention and control groups, of which 12 (63%) were investigative studies and seven (37%) were experimental studies. Of the experimental studies, five used a positive control group and two used a negative control group. All 19 studies reported that physical exercise had varying degrees of positive effects on the QOL in older adults. Body–mind exercise was effective in improving the physical and mental health (MH) of older adults, whereas Xiyangcao only had a positive effect on physical health. Compared with no exercise or other exercise (exercise not used in the intervention group), the exercise group in the survey had a positive effect on the QOL of older adults. Regardless of the type of control group used, the exercise group in the experimental studies showed a positive effect of exercise on the QOL of older adults. Conclusion: Physical exercise has a positive impact on the QOL of healthy older adults. However, due to the wide and varied scope of the included studies, more randomized controlled trials are needed to examine the effects of different types, intensities, durations, and the frequency of exercise on QOL. 30. Risk Factors for Depression in Tuberculosis Patients: A Meta-Analysis.

Purpose: Tuberculosis (TB) is a life threatening global infection. However, not only does TB have a high global prevalence, but it is also associated with several comorbidities. Depression is one of the most common and lethal comorbidities of TB patients. Therefore, in order to prevent depression in TB patients more effectively, it is necessary to investigate the factors associated with depression in TB patients by studying the pooled effect of each factor statistically. By concluding the associated factors through statistical analysis, it not only offers accurate guidance for further studies about programs targeted at preventing depression in TB patients, but provides health-care workers useful suggestions and warnings when treating TB patients. Methods: We searched the published literatures from PubMed, Web of Science, EMBASE, and Cochrane Library to collect studies. The meta-analysis included articles from observational studies, including cross-sectional studies, cohort studies and case control studies that had information about factors associated with depression in tuberculosis patients. When the heterogeneity is defined as significant (I
2 50%), a random-effect model with 95% confidence interval (CI) was used to estimate risk factors; otherwise, a fixed-effect model was used to combine the effect. A sensitivity test was conducted to examine which one of the studies may have potential bias that can affect the validity and reliability of the result. The funnel plots and Begg's and Egger's statistical tests were performed to assess the publication bias. Subgroup analysis was performed according to the prespecified variables in each group. Results: Totally, 25 studies were included in the meta-analysis. The studies were conducted in various countries around the world between 2011 and 2021, representing the situation in the previous ten years. The final associated factors include female gender [OR=1.319, 95% CI=1.132– 1.536, p< 0.001], poor social support [OR=4.109, 95% CI=1.431-11.799, p< 0.01], marriage status [OR=1.362, 95% CI=1.154– 1.608, p< 0.001], low education level [OR=1.921, 95% CI=1.475– 2.503, p< 0.001], residence in rural areas [OR=1.408, 95% CI=1.122– 1.767, p< 0.01], retreatment status [OR=2.515, 95% CI=1.226– 5.159, p< 0.01], and having perceived stigma[OR=4.131, 95% CI=1.412– 12.088, p< 0.05]. Conclusion: Depression prevention programs targeted at women TB patients are supposed to be carried out. Patients in retreatment status are supposed to be paid more attention of their psychological health by caring about their mental status. More social support is ought to be given to tuberculosis patients to reduce their chance of getting depressed. It is necessary to provide patients with a lower education level with psychological related courses to help them learn about their mental status. For patients living in rural areas, governments are supposed to offer psychotherapy for treatment as well as enhancing living condition. Asamitocins are maytansinoids produced by Actinosynnema pretiosum ssp. auranticum ATCC 31565 (A. pretiosum ATCC 31565), which have a structure similar to that of maytansine, therefore serving as a precursor of maytansine in the development of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). Currently, there are more than 20 known derivatives of ansamitocins, among which ansamitocin P-3 (AP-3) exhibits the highest antitumor activity. Despite its importance, the application of AP-3 is restricted by low yield, likely due to a substrate competition mechanism underlying the synthesis pathways of AP-3 and its byproducts. Given that N-demethylansamitocin P-3, the precursor of AP-3, is regulated by asm25 and asm10 to synthesize AGP-3 and AP-3, respectively, asm25 is predicted to be an inhibitory gene for AP-3 production. In this study, we inactivated asm25 in A. pretiosum ATCC 31565 by CRISPR-Cas9-guided gene editing. asm25 depletion resulted in a more than 2-fold increase in AP-3 yield. Surprisingly, the addition of isobutanol further improved AP-3 yield in the asm25 knockout strain by more than 6 times; in contrast, only a 1.53-fold increase was found in the WT strain under the parallel condition. Thus, we uncovered an unknown function of asm25 in AP-3 yield and identified asm25 as a promising target to enhance the large-scale industrial production of AP-3. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The purpose is to study the handling stability and energy saving mode of energy saving electric vehicles. First, the differences between electric vehicles and traditional fuel vehicles are analyzed. Moreover, based on active safety technology, the control stability, handling stability and driving safety of electric vehicles are improved. Then, based on the vehicle dynamics theory and the proposed assumptions, the modular electric vehicle dynamics model is established, including the wheel model, tire model and driver model, which can effectively control the error of the vehicle model and reduce the difficulty and complexity of vehicle modeling. Next, based on the model predictive control theory, the vehicle steady-state control strategy is established, which can predict and control the state of the electric vehicle in the compound condition and improve the control stability of the vehicle. Finally, the vehicle dynamic model and steady-state control system are simulated and tested. The experimental results show that the simulation results of the established dynamic model of the electric vehicle in angle step condition and single line shifting condition are consistent with the results of professional software, which shows that the established dynamic model can accurately describe the dynamic state of electric vehicle and provides the basis for the research of vehicle stability control strategy. Experimental results of the control strategy under the condition of double line shifting show that the designed control strategy can accurately track the state of the system and constrain the deviation in a small range, so as to ensure the driving stability of the electric vehicle. Pinene, a natural active monoterpene, is widely used as a flavoring agent, perfume, medicine, and biofuel. Although genetically engineered microorganisms have successfully produced pinene, to date, the biological yield of pinene is much lower than that of semiterpenes (isoprene) and sesquiterpenes (farnesene). In addition to the low heterologous expression of geranyl pyrophosphate synthase (GPPS) and pinene synthase (PS), cytotoxicity due to accumulation of the monoterpene also limits the production of pinene in microorganisms. In this study, we attempted to use two strategies to increase the biological yield of pinene. By deleting the random coils of GPPS and PS alone or in combination, a strain with a 335% yield increase was obtained. Additionally, upon computer-guided molecular modeling and docking of GPPS with isopentenyl pyrophosphate (IPP), its substrate, the key sites located within the catalytic pocket for substrate binding, was predicted. We investigated the behavior of single bubbles generated by spark discharge under different electric fields and water properties. A higher discharge energy is known to generate a larger bubble. However, our results show that the hydraulic efficiency decreases with increasing charging voltage, but increases with increasing charging capacitance. We found that the water conductivity has little influence on the bubble behavior, whereas a higher water temperature generates a larger bubble with higher hydraulic efficiency. The experimental results agreed well with those of the Rayleigh–Plesset model. Overall, the hydraulic efficiency for spark-induced bubble ranges from 3.5% to 7.5%. Self-determination theory (SDT) has been widely used for studying athlete motivation. The Sport Motivation Scale-II (SMS-II), a SDT-based multidimensional scale, was recently developed to assess athlete motivation. The present research consisting of three studies aimed to develop the Chinese version of the SMS-II (CSMS-II). In Study 1, the SMS-II was translated into Chinese and then administered to university athletes (N = 267). The factorial structure of the CSMS-II was tested with confirmatory factor analysis and it was generally supported. In Study 2, the factorial and external validity of the CSMS-II were evidenced with another independent sample of athletes (N = 259). In Study 3, the test–retest reliability of the CSMS-II responses was supported. All types of seismic sources have a common feature in which large energy is released into water in a short time to produce an intense acoustic pulse. For plasma sparker, the discharge time is mainly determined by the discharge circuit parameters. Providing an accurate prediction of the acoustic pulse is difficult because of the complex plasma discharge process and unclear initial bubble condition. This paper presents the first experimental study on the influence of electric pulse width on acoustic pulses, especially the expansion pulse. Three comparative experiments are conducted to investigate the effect of electric pulse and to determine the minimum acoustic pulse width produced by a plasma sparker. One of the main results is that only the amplitude of the expansion pulse can obviously be changed if the electric circuit parameters are fixed, especially the capacitance of the energy storage capacitor. Meanwhile, the smaller the energy storage capacitor is, the shorter is the electric pulse and the narrower is the expansion pulse. The maximum pressure of an expansion pulse generated by a small capacitor is larger than that generated by a large capacitor under the same energy. The expansion pulse width decreases quickly when the energy dissipation on the load speeds up, and approaches the minimum value around several microseconds when the energy dissipation rate on the load is over 2 J/\mus, and the corresponding electric pulse width is on the order of hundreds of nanoseconds. The plasma sparker has been applied in oceanic high-resolution seismic exploration for decades. Normally it is towed on the water surface. This is suitable for shallow water, but if the water depth is great, the resolution will decrease dramatically, especially in the horizontal direction. This paper proposes the concept of a deep-towed plasma sparker and presents an experimental study of plasma sparker performance in terms of electric parameters, bubble behavior, and acoustic characteristics. The results show that hydrostatic pressure at a source depth ranging from 1 to 2000 m has a negligible influence on the electric parameters but a strong influence on bubble behavior, wherein both the maximum bubble radius and oscillation period are decreased. The collapse pulse vanishes when the source depth reaches 1000 m or deeper, and no bubble oscillation can be distinguished. The source level (evaluated by the expansion pulse) is also decreased as the source depth increases; moreover, the greater the discharge energy, the smaller the source level loss. The discharge energy per electrode should be greater than 20 J for the deep-towed plasma sparker, which can make the source level loss induced by hydrostatic pressure smaller than the transmission loss. The fast Fourier transform (FFT) results show that the dominant energy is around 20 kHz, which is mainly induced by the expansion pulse and its oscillation. According to the simulation results, the fundamental frequency of the acoustic waveform increases with source depth in accord with a log linear trend, and also reaches tens of kilohertz in deep water. So, before the development of deep-towed plasma sparker, a new technical solution will need to be developed to solve this problem. [ABSTRACT FROM PUBLISHER]

Pulsed discharge in conductive water can produce a plasma-containing bubble and radiate intensive acoustic pulses. The bubble dynamics, which determines the characteristics of the acoustic wave, is sensitive to the water temperature and ambient pressure. This paper presents the high-speed records of plasma-containing bubble behavior under different water temperatures in the range 18 °C–80 °C and ambient pressure in the range 0.1–1 MPa. The results show that a higher water temperature generates a larger bubble, larger oscillation period, and higher efficiency of the conversion of electric energy into bubble energy. The bubble energy and energy efficiency increase fast with water temperature since the rise in the initial water temperature decreases the energy consumption during the predischarge period. The ambient pressure also has an obvious effect on the maximum bubble radius and oscillation period. Both of them decrease fast when the ambient pressure increases. But, the bubble energy and energy efficiency are not so sensitive to ambient pressure, which indicates that the ambient pressure has little influence on the parameters of pulsed discharge. Bubbles generated by a pulsed discharge in water can emit extensive pulsed acoustic waves. The bubble behavior is quite important for the electroacoustic analysis. This paper presents the high-speed photographs of the plasma-containing bubble behavior under the pulsed discharges of different polarities, including a single negative bubble, single positive bubble, and bipolar bubbles. The single bubble results show that the electrobubble energy transition rate of the positive discharge is higher than that of the negative discharge. The positive bubble has longer oscillation period and lower fundamental frequency than the negative one. For the bipolar bubbles, interaction between the two bubbles influences their own behavior, irrespectively of how long the gap distance between the electrodes is, and decreases the electrobubble energy transition efficiency and the acoustic wave amplitude as well. It is also interesting that the negative bubble oscillates twice, although its energy is much lower than that of the positive bubble, and the time of the negative bubble collapse at the end of the second period almost coincides with that of the positive bubble. Although nowadays Internet is facing more and more threats, very few works have investigated the security situation assessment for inter‐domain routing system which is the most significant infrastructure of Internet. To deal with the problem, a situation assessment model based on the immune Danger Theory is proposed. In this study, the authors first give a comprehensive description of the model architecture as well as practical considerations, and then the main components including signal mapping, antigen selection, routing behaviour analysis and global situation assessment are, respectively, defined and illustrated. Evaluations are launched in view of Japan earthquake and YouTube hijacking, and the results show that the model is able to assess the global anomalous degree of specific inter‐domain routing system quantitatively, which can provide network administrator with accurate and timely information to conduct network monitoring and route protection. Plasma catalytic CO2 hydrogenation to methanol over MnOx/ZrO2 catalyst was investigated in this work. A boosted methanol yield of 4.6 mg/h was obtained over MnOx/ZrO2 catalyst, while it was only 0.0 and 0.7 mg/h for ZrO2 and MnOx catalyst, respectively. The interaction between MnOx and ZrO2 was responsible for the enhanced methanol yield. It resulted in sufficient oxygen vacancy. The in situ DRIFT spectra was conducted to reveal the plasma catalytic CO2 hydrogenation to methanol reaction mechanism and the key intermediates of HCOO and CH3O species were determined. Pre-exercise fluid intake is an important healthy behavior for maintaining athletes’ sports performances and health. However, athletes’ behavioral adherence to fluid intake and its underlying psychological mechanisms have not been investigated. This prospective study aimed to use a health psychology model that integrates the self-determination theory and the theory of planned behavior for understanding pre-exercise fluid intake among athletes. Participants (
n = 179) were athletes from college sport teams who completed surveys at two time points. Baseline (Time 1) assessment comprised psychological variables of the integrated model (i.e., autonomous and controlled motivation, attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and intention) and fluid intake (i.e., behavior) was measured prospectively at one month (Time 2). Path analysis showed that the positive association between autonomous motivation and intention was mediated by subjective norm and perceived behavioral control. Controlled motivation positively predicted the subjective norm. Intentions positively predicted pre-exercise fluid intake behavior. Overall, the pattern of results was generally consistent with the integrated model, and it was suggested that athletes’ pre-exercise fluid intake behaviors were associated with the motivational and social cognitive factors of the model. Abstract: Sphingosine kinase 1 (SPK1) is a key enzyme in the sphingolipid metabolic pathway. It forms an essential checkpoint to regulate the relative levels of bioactive sphingolipid metabolites, ceramide, sphingosine, and sphingosine 1-phosphate (S1P). Here, we present evidence that SPK1 is acetylated by the intrinsic acetyltransferase activity of p300/cAMP-response element-binding protein (CREB)-binding protein (CBP) at a conserved acetylation motif (the GK motif). This post-translational modification may be an important regulator of SPK1 protein, as acetylation by p300 or CBP increased its stability. Mutation of two lysine (K) residues in its GK motif to either arginine (R) or glutamine (Q) blocked SPK1 ubiquitination and prevented its degradation by the proteasome. The processes of acetylation and ubiquitination may compete for the same lysine residues and, therefore, form a switch for SPK1 protein regulation. Intriguingly, human embryonic kidney (HEK) 293 cells stably expressed the mutated form of SPK1, in which the K residue was mutated to Q (Q-SPK1), and this mutated form mimicked acetylated SPK1. These cells were larger in size and had a slower growth rate compared to cells that expressed wild-type SPK1 (W-SPK1) or the K/R-mutated SPK1 (R-SPK1). 46. Executive control of freestyle skiing aerials athletes in different training conditions.

- Abstract
Introduction: Due to the actual limitation of training conditions, the freestyle skiing aerials winter training term is short. Training tasks such as adaptability training and developing new skills are needed in summer training. When facing different training environments, freestyle skiing aerial athletes' executive control over their abilities could be affected, which can affect their performance. Therefore, we want to research the effect of training conditions on executive control in freestyle skiing aerials athletes and its neural mechanism., Materials and Methods: Thirty-two freestyle skiing aerials athletes were recruited. We evaluated their executive control and used fNIRS to measure oxygenated hemoglobin concentration changes in the prefrontal cortex during a rapid event-related design go/nogo task with different training condition-activated materials., Results: Athletes' behavior control in the summer condition has a lower accuracy than it is in the control condition. Athletes' behavior control in the summer and winter training conditions had a longer reaction time than that in the control condition. The activation of the bilateral dlPFC and orbitofrontal cortex had a significant main effect across training conditions when freestyle skiing aerial athletes completed executive control tasks. The activation of athletes' bilateral vlPFC and left dlPFC had an interaction between training conditions and behavioral control., Conclusion: Different training conditions can lead to freestyle skiing aerial athletes executive control ability to drop, players in different training conditions show less activation on both sides of the vlPFC and orbitofrontal.
