The uncertainty, immediate hazards, severe consequences and broad impact of medical emergencies are far beyond the scope of ordinary medical treatment, calling for special attention. The importance of constructing hospital emergency management system has been increasingly reflected. The system not only needs the practical solution of hospital management at the present stage, but also the working direction of the hospital management in the future. In this paper, the emergency satisfaction survey was conducted on the patients in two first-class tertiary hospitals in Shanghai. The service satisfaction scores of a hospital with integrated traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and Western medicine as well as a general hospital were 4. 9 4 ± 0. 3 2 and 4. 9 9 ± 0. 1 4 , respectively. There was a significant difference in the service satisfaction scores between the two hospitals (p < 0. 0 0 0 1). Poor network signal was a vulnerability problem in the dimension of medical auxiliary facilities in both hospitals, accounting for the highest proportion. For the dimension of medical building, the main vulnerability problems were wall cracking and uneven ground, accounting for a high proportion. In the dimension of medical process, the parking inconvenience of a hospital with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine was particularly serious, accounting for 81.7%. In the dimension of medical service, the vulnerability of "medical staff overwork" in a general hospital was more prominent, accounting for 39.10%, which was significantly higher than that in a hospital with integrated TCM and Western medicine. In terms of service attitude, the vulnerability of the two hospitals was represented as the poor service attitude of doctors, nurses and managers. In the medical safety dimension of the two hospitals, "lack of assistance in emergencies" and "hospital equipment failures" were the main vulnerability issues. From the perspective of patients, this paper analyzed the current vulnerability problems of the hospital, identified the actual and potential risks of hospital emergency management and put forward suggestions on adjusting the spatial layout, strengthening internal management and comprehensively improving employees' emergency awareness and skills. (1) Background: research on vaccines has received extensive attention during epidemics. However, few studies have focused on the impact of media use on vaccination behavior and the factors influencing vaccination in groups with different media use degrees; (2) Method: Based on seven items related to media use, a total of 11,031 respondents were categorized by the frequency of media use by using latent profile analysis (LPA). Binary regression analysis was used to study the factors that influence the vaccination behaviors of people with different media use frequencies; (3) Results: All respondents were classified into the following three groups: media use low frequency (9.7%), media use general (67.1%), and media use high frequency (23.2%). Media use low frequency (β = −0.608, p < 0.001) was negatively associated with COVID-19 vaccination behavior. In the media use low frequency, analysis showed that "aged 41 years or older" β = 1.784, p < 0.001), had religious belief (β = 0.075, p < 0.05), were ethnic minorities (β = 0.936, p < 0.01) and had friends support (β = 0.923, p < 0.05) were associated with a preference to accept the COVID-19 vaccine. In the media use general, those who aged 41 years old and older (β = 1.682, p < 0.001), had major depression (β = 0.951, p < 0.05), had friends support (β = 0.048, p < 0.001) would be more likely to receive COVID-19 vaccination. However, respondents who live in towns (β = −0.300, p < 0.01) had lower behaviors to receive vaccination for COVID-19. In the media use high frequency, the respondents who aged 41 or older (β = 1.010, p < 0.001), were ethnic minorities (β = 0.741, p < 0.001), had moderate depression (β = 1.003, p < 0.05) would receive the vaccination for COVID-19 positively; (4) Conclusions: The more occluded the media use is, the less likely the respondents are to get vaccinated against COVID-19. Vaccination behavior is influenced by different factors in groups with different frequencies of media use. Therefore, the government and appropriate departments should make individualized and targeted strategies about COVID-19 vaccination and disseminate the vaccination information to different media use groups. Entrepreneurship plays a significant role in promoting the social and economic development of a country. At present, entrepreneurship education is widely carried out in universities and colleges in order to improve students' entrepreneurial ability, and then to provide support for the formation of a comprehensive entrepreneurial situation. As entrepreneurship education has gradually become a hot topic of teaching for innovation and entrepreneurship education of international students, studies on the influencing mechanism of entrepreneurship education of international students in relation to their entrepreneurial behavior are conducive to providing theoretical basis and empirical evidence for international students' entrepreneurship education, so as to pertinently guide international students' innovation and entrepreneurship practice. This study aims to explore the influence of entrepreneurship education, government support for entrepreneurship, global competence, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial intention on the entrepreneurial behavior of international students in the Republic of Korea ("Korea"). It summarized and drew on the results of the existing literature research. According to the contents and points of research, this study takes the international students studying in Korea as the sample and uses statistical analysis software, SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 24.0, to establish a structural equation model to conduct empirical study on the influencing mechanism of entrepreneurial behavior of international students in Korea, so as to better understand the influence of entrepreneurship education in Korean universities and colleges on entrepreneurial behavior of international students in Korea. Based on the analysis results, this study puts forward the theoretical basis for the policies related to effective management of entrepreneurship, which will help alleviate the unemployment of young people studying in Korea and the tight labor market supply and demand. Purpose: This study aims to explore and compare Chinese university students' preferences for various physical activity motivation programs., Patients and Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted in China from February 25 to March 25, 2022. Participants anonymously completed an online questionnaire based on a DCE. A total of 1,358 university students participated in the survey. The conditional logit model (CLM), willingness to accept (WTA), and propensity score matching (PSM) were used to assess college students' preferences for different attributes and levels of physical activity incentive programs., Results: Respondents identified the number of bonus, exercise time, and academic rewards as the three most significant attributes of the athletic incentive program. The importance of each attribute varied based on individual characteristics such as gender and BMI. In CLM, college students displayed a preference for a "¥4" bonus amount (OR: 2.04, 95% CI 1.95-2.13), "20 min" of exercise time (OR: 1.85, 95% CI 1.79-1.92), and "bonus points for comprehensive test scores" as academic rewards (OR: 1.33, 95% CI 1.28-1.37). According to the WTA results, college students were willing to accept the highest cost to obtain academic rewards tied to composite test scores., Conclusion: The number of bonus, exercise time, and academic rewards emerge as the three most crucial attributes of physical activity incentive programs. Furthermore, college students with different characteristics exhibit heterogeneity in their preferences for such programs. Background: Aflibercept has been approved for the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer for more than a decade, but its antiangiogenesis adverse effect profile during treatment remains unclear. This study is conducted to systematically review the risk of antiangiogenic adverse events in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer receiving aflibercept plus chemotherapy., Methods: We searched databases, including PubMed, Embase and the Cochrane Library up to September 9, 2021. Relevant randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and single-arm studies were included in the review. Statistical analyses were performed using R to calculate the summary incidence rate of antiangiogenic-related adverse events, odds ratios and 95% CIs. Heterogeneity among the included studies was assessed by subgroup analysis. Publication bias analysis and sensitivity analysis were performed to confirm the reliability of the results., Results: A total of 2889 patients from 10 studies met the inclusion criteria. The quality of the included studies was evaluated as qualified for further quantitative synthesis. In part of single-arm studies, the occurrence rates were 44.2% (95%CI, 39.7-48.7%) for hypertension, 31.3% (95% CI, 19.3-43.3%) for proteinuria, 27.3% (95%CI, 21.2-33.4%) for epistaxis, 22.5% (95%CI, 7.8-37.3%) for hemorrhage events, 8.0% (95%CI, 2.0-14 .0%) for venous thromboembolic event in all grades and 22.6% (95%CI, 19.1-26.2%) for grade III/IV hypertension, 7.4% (95%CI, 6.2-8.5%) for grade III/IV proteinuria. In part of RCT, compared to its counterpart, aflibercept containing arm was associated with the increased incidence rate in hypertension (OR:6.30, 95%CI: 3.49-11.36), proteinuria (OR:4.12, 95%CI: 1.25-13.61), epistaxis (OR:3.71, 95%CI: 2.84-4.85), III/IV hypertension (OR:7.20, 95%CI: 5.23-9.92), III/IV proteinuria (OR:5.13, 95%CI: 3.13-8.41). The funnel plot, Begg test and Egger test were carried out on the primary endpoints, III/IV hypertension rate and III/IV proteinuria rate, the result of which detected no obvious publication bias. No significant difference was observed in subgroup analysis in the primary endpoint between the subgroups stratified by treatment line (firstline or non-firstline), chemotherapy regime (FOLFIRI or others) and study design (RCTs or single-arm trials)., Conclusion: The available evidence suggests that using aflibercept is associated with an increased risk of antiangiogenic adverse events compared with controls. Further studies are needed to investigate this association. In the appropriate clinical scenario, the use of aflibercept in its approved indications remains justified. Background: This study explored the effects of personality factors on public behavioral decision-making., Methods: We examined the literature on personality theory based on triadic interaction decision theory, and summarized and compared the findings with studies of the Big Five personality characteristics. A literature review method was used to explore the implications of personality theory for public decision-making in Chinese communities., Results: Individuals with high neuroticism can be targeted by influential communicators. Individuals with high extraversion can influence decision-making through interpersonal relationships. Individuals with high levels of openness can be influenced by the development of novel activities. Conscientious individuals respond to scientific and rational knowledge. Individuals with high agreeableness can be influenced by groups., Conclusions: Personality traits can influence behavioral decisions and can have positive or negative effects on behavioral outcomes. For people with different personality traits, social actors and social activity communicators should formulate targeted measures according to the classification of personality traits. Background: The obesity rate in the Chinese population is increasing and there is a lack of short and reliable scales for measuring obesity-related eating behavior in China. The EBS-SF (Sakata Eating Behavior Scale short form) has only 7 entries and has shown good reliability in studies such as those in Japan., Objective: To translate the EBS-SF into Chinese, check its reliability, validity and explore the related factors., Method: The EBS-SF was translated into Chinese. 3,440 residents were investigated and 34 respondents were retested. Item analysis and reliability and validity tests were carried out. Personality characteristics, family health status and depression were investigated using the BFI-10, FHS-SF and PHQ-9 to investigate the factors associated with EBS-SF. The t -test, ANOVA and Pearson correlation was used to explore the related factors of its scores., Result: Among 3,440 residents, 1,748 (50.81%) were male and 1,692 (49.19%) were female; 1,373 (39.91%) were aged 36-50 years. All 7 items were qualified in the item analysis. As for reliability, the Cronbach's α was 0.870, the split-half reliability was 0.830, the test-retest correlation coefficient was 0.868. As for the structural validity, the standardized factor loadings were above 0.50, χ 2 / df = 2.081,GFI = 0.999; NFI = 0.999; RFI = 0.996; RMSEA = 0.018, all qualified. The characteristics, personality, family health and depression were correlated with the score of the Chinese version of EBS short form., Conclusion: The structural validity and reliability of the Chinese version of the EBS-SF are good and it can be used as a measurement tool to evaluate the eating behavior of Chinese. Objective: To investigate the status of Chinese residents' self-medication behavior and the important factors to consider when purchasing OTC drugs, and to explore the related factors of the possibility that Chinese residents take medical staff's suggestions as important factors to consider when purchasing OTC drugs., Study Design: A cross-sectional survey., Methods: A questionnaire was developed for exploring the sociodemographic characteristics of the respondents, their self-medication status, and important considerations. The questionnaire includes several scales including Health Literacy Scale-Short Form (HLS-SF), EQ-5D Visual Analog Scale (EQ-5D-VAS), Big Five Inventary-10 Items (BFI-10), and New General Self Efficacy Scale (NGSES). After carrying out a multi-stage sampling method, the questionnaire was conducted nationwide from July 10 to September 15, 2021. Next, descriptive statistics were conducted to analyze the general features. Logistic regression was then used to analyze the related factors of the possibility that the respondents took the suggestions of medical staff as an important consideration when purchasing OTC drugs., Results: Nine thousand two hundred fifty-six qualified questionnaires were received. 99.06% of Chinese adults had self-medication behaviors. The types of OTC drugs purchased most by the respondents were NSAIDs (5,421/9,256 people, 58.57%) and vitamins/minerals (4,851/9,256 people, 52.41%). 86.2% of the respondents took the suggestions of medical staff as an important consideration when purchasing OTC drugs. The results of multi-factor logistic regression showed that women, those living in the central and western regions of China, those suffering from chronic diseases, those with high agreeableness, high conscientiousness, high neuroticism and openness, high health literacy, high EQ-5D-VAS, and those with high self-efficacy are more likely to take medical staff's suggestions as important factors to consider., Conclusion: The vast majority of Chinese adults have self-medication behavior. Important considerations when purchasing OTC drugs include medical staff's suggestions, drug safety and drug efficacy. Whether residents take the suggestions of medical staff as an important consideration is related to their sociological characteristics, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, openness, health literacy, self-assessment health status, and self-efficacy. When purchasing and using OTC drugs, residents should carefully listen to the suggestions from medical staff. Background: Subthreshold depression is a risk factor for major depression. Psychotherapy is a kind of intervention for subthreshold depression. There have been many systematic reviews synthesized the evidence for its effectiveness toward subthreshold depression. However, there is currently no overview of these systematic reviews., Objective: To undertake an overview of meta-analyses and systematic reviews to identify the efficacy of psychotherapy in subthreshold depression patients., Methods: We will search several databases such as PubMed, Embase, the Cochrane Library, Web of Science, PsycINFO, CNKI, WanFang and VIP database, for systematic reviews and meta-analyses on psychotherapy in subthreshold depression patients. The search timeline will be from inception up to August 2022. Two researchers will screen related studies back-to-back. We will include studies that evaluate the efficacy of psychotherapy in subthreshold depression patients. We will evaluate the methodological quality, the reporting quality and the quality of evidence for outcomes by AMSTAR-2, the PRISMA 2020 checklist and the GRADE grading system. We will present the results of the overview in alignment with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses statement. Background: Home first-aid kits can play an important role when residents are injured, suddenly become seriously ill or suffer from disasters., Purpose: To explore the home first-aid kit preparedness of Chinese residents and the relationship between demographic sociological characteristics, self-efficacy, Big Five personality, health literacy and home first-aid kit preparation behavior., Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted. Information was collected through a self-designed questionnaire consisting of sociological characteristics, the New General Self-Efficacy Scale (NGSES), the Health Literacy Scale Short-Form (HLS-SF12), and the 10-item short version of Big Five Inventory (BFI-10). Rank sum test, Chi-square test, and logistic regression were used to explore the relationship between independent variables and home first-aid kit preparation behavior., Results: A total of 9,344 respondents were included, and 2,156 (23.07%) prepared home first-aid kits. Among the respondents who had prepared their home first-aid kits, disinfection supplies (85.20%), medical masks (84.51%), commonly used drugs (82.79%) were the most frequently available. The respondents whose geographic area was Central and Western China, permanent residence in the urban area, secondary education or above, monthly income of 3,000 RMB or above, health care cost-bearing method mainly resident health insurance, high subgroup of self-efficacy, high subgroup of health care dimension in health literacy, and whose openness and conscientiousness was high subgroup were more likely to prepare home first-aid kits ( P < 0.05)., Conclusion: The preparation rate for home first-aid kits in China is less than a quarter. The public's home first-aid kit preparation behavior is related to demographic characteristics, self-efficacy, health literacy, and the openness of the Big Five personality. Background: Previous studies have paid attention to media as an important channel for understanding organ donation knowledge and have not divided groups according to the degree of media use to study their differences in organ donation. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the influence of media use on organ donation willingness and the influencing factors of organ donation willingness of people with different media use levels., Methods: A cross-sectional study of residents from 120 cities in China was conducted by questionnaire survey. Using Mplus 8.3 software, the latent profile analysis of seven media usage related items was made, and multiple linear regression was performed to analyze the influence of varying levels of media use on organ donation willingness of different population., Results: All the interviewees were divided into three groups, namely, "Occluded media use" (9.7%), "Ordinary media use" (67.1%) and "High-frequency media use" (23.2%). Compared with ordinary media use, high-frequency media population (β = 0.06, P < 0.001) were positively correlated with their willingness to accept organ donation, residents who used media occlusion (β = -0.02, P < 0.001) were negatively correlated with their willingness to accept organ donation.
