Objective To investigate the “Precision Treatment for Oncology” course, which is offered by Peking Union Medical College.The course is aiming for collecting students′ opinions and suggestions to optimize the course setting and improve the teaching quality. Methods This investigation collected data by questionnaire survey and interviewing from Dec.2021 to Feb.2022. The questionnaire data and interview data were analysed. Results Thirty-six quantitative questionnaires and five qualitative questionnaires were included. Improving professional knowledge and personal interests were two main reasons for students to choose courses, which existed statistical differences on different aspects of course evaluation. The overall score evaluated by medical students was 9.22 and 94.4% of the students thought the course achieved the desired goal. The scores of teachers′ teaching attitude, frontier and practicality of course content were 9.81, 9.08 and 8.86 points respectively. The students hoped to increase the case analysis practice and thematic discussion activities to enrich the teaching form. Conclusions This elective course for graduate is recognized and accepted by students. More efforts are needed in future to optimize curriculum settings, innovate teaching methods, improve teaching quality and explore new pathways for medical graduate education matching the needs of students.

The macroscopic fundamental diagram (MFD) is a nonuniversal changing process over network traffic status which indicates different shapes in different networks. Hysteresis is observed in the MFD of some urban networks. It is a unique phenomenon when the network remains at low stability level and usually appears around the congestion period. This paper analyzed network peak stability through focusing on hysteresis. The formation mechanism of hysteresis is deduced from the mathematical method based on previous research studies. The precondition of hysteresis and the changing process of network state can be figured by mathematical deduction. It indicates that hysteresis only occurs conditionally in the period of macroscopic congestion and is not a universal phenomenon. Heterogeneity is an important factor leading to network instability. The hysteresis patterns of different peaks in MFD are different due to the variation of network flow. Real data are collected from Atlanta's urban network to verify the analysis of hysteresis. To discuss the changing process of hysteresis in different peaks, a three-stage division is proposed and time series is presented as a third dimension in MFD. It is worth noticing that the existence and form of hysteresis in morning and evening peaks are different. Although there is a higher peak flow in the morning peak, the stability of the evening peak performs better when hysteresis occurs in the network. The different fluctuations in the morning and evening peaks are exhibited through the 3D version of MFD. We are surprised when events violate our intuitive physicalexpectations. Even infants look longer when things seem tomagically teleport or vanish. This important surprise signalhas been used to probe what infants expect, in order to studythe most basic representations of objects. But these studiesrely on binary measures – an event is surprising, or not. Here,we study surprise in a more precise, quantitative way, usingthree distinct measures: we ask adults to judge how surprisinga scene is, when that scene is surprising, and why it is surpris-ing. We find good consistency in the level of surprise reportedacross these experiments, but also crucial differences in theimplied explanations of those scenes. Beyond this, we showthat the timing and degree of surprise can be explained by anobject-based model of intuitive physics.

Food security is an important guarantee for people's lives and national security, and digital transformation provides a new approach to improving the level of food security. Based on panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2007 to 2021, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of digital transformation on food security using fixed effects model, mediation model, moderation model, and spatial Durbin model. The research results show that: (1) digital transformation has a promoting effect on the level of food security, and there is regional heterogeneity in this promoting effect; (2) digital transformation has a mediating effect on the level of food security, which can improve the level of food security by promoting technological innovation, agricultural scale management, and marketization levels; (3) environmental regulations play a positive moderating role in the process of digital transformation promoting the level of food security; (4) there is a spatial spillover effect of digital transformation on the level of food security, which has a positive spillover effect on surrounding areas. Therefore, moving forward, it is imperative that we prioritize the digital transformation of the entire food industry chain, promote the coordinated development of digital industries in various regions, further improve the R&D innovation capability of digital technology, promote the integration of farmland to achieve large‐scale agricultural operation, and enhance the level of marketization, and at the same time improve environmental monitoring standards, fully tap the promoting effect of digital transformation on regional food security level. Wireless power transfer (WPT) technology applied to underwater environments has the advantages of no electrical contact, high safety, and high applicability. Underwater capacitive power transfer (UCPT) technology shows great potential in the field of underwater wireless power transfer as it has more advantages compared to underwater inductive power transfer (UIPT) technology. This paper begins with the system principles of UCPT and explains the advantages of UCPT technology for underwater applications. It then reviews the coupler and equivalent circuit models currently used for UCPT in various underwater environments, which indicates the direction for the design of underwater couplers in the future. In addition, compensation networks currently applied in UCPT systems are summarized and compared. Furthermore, different application examples of UCPT are introduced, and the key factors constraining UCPT development are pointed out.
