As an important political resource of the enterprise, enterprise party building affects all aspects of the enterprise. Scientific and technological innovation is the key to the success of enterprises. This paper creates a new index to quantify the Party building of enterprises, and then discusses the influence of Party building on enterprise science and technology innovation. This paper first analyzes the central government's policy on enterprise party building through the LDA model, and then analyzes the central government's policy on enterprise party building from the perspectives of "study and education (E)," "problem orientation (Q)," "service to the public (S)," and "leadership demonstration (L)."We created a Party building dictionary with four themes: "E", "Q", "S", and "L", and then we measured the extent of corporate Party building activities by comparing the segmented text with the words in the dictionary. We found that Party building has a positive effect on science and technology innovation, both in general and in terms of sub-themes. The results of this study can help enterprises to further understand the importance and necessity of party building and provide a new way of thinking for the healthy development of enterprises. The Jiama deposit, a significant porphyry‐skarn‐type copper polymetallic deposit located within the Gangdese metallogenic belt in Tibet, China, exemplifies a typical porphyry metallogenic system. However, the mineral chemistry of its accessory minerals remains under‐examined, posing challenges for resource assessment and ore prospecting. Utilizing electron microprobe analysis and LA‐ICP‐MS analysis, this study investigated the geochemical characteristics of apatite in ore‐bearing granite and monzogranite porphyries, as well as granodiorite, quartz diorite, and dark diorite porphyries in the deposit. It also delved into the diagenetic and metallogenic information from these geochemical signatures. Key findings include: (1) The SiO2 content, rare earth element (REE) contents, and REE partition coefficients of apatite indicate that the dark diorite porphyry possibly does not share a cogenetic magma source with the other four types of porphyries; (2) the volatile F and Cl contents in apatite, along with their ratio, indicate the Jiama deposit, formed in a collisional setting, demonstrates lower Cl/F ratios in apatite than the same type of deposits formed in a subduction environment; (3) compared to non‐ore‐bearing rock bodies in other deposits formed in a collisional setting, apatite in the Jiama deposit exhibits lower Ce and Ga contents. This might indicate that rock bodies in the Jiama deposit have higher oxygen fugacity. Nevertheless, the marginal variation in oxygen fugacity between ore‐bearing and non‐ore‐bearing rock bodies within the deposit suggests oxygen fugacity may not serve as the decisive factor in the ore‐hosting potential of rock bodies in the Jiama deposit. The stacking of impermissible materials in the disposal of dry fly ash is unprecedented in the last 40 years of power plant management in China, and their effect on the stability of the whole facility is uncertain. Due to the lack of relevant treatment experience, a more comprehensive method such as numerical modeling must be adopted for the final design. This paper set up a borehole database from geological logging data to obtain the distribution of the coal gangue solid waste. Then, it established an accurate three-dimensional mesh model through Rhino. Based on elastic–plastic mechanics, the finite difference code Flac3D 6.0 was employed to study the risk of the coal gangue as a dam foundation. A comparative analysis of the influence of the displacement method and the composite foundation method on subdam deformation and differential subsidence was conducted. The simulation revealed that the composite foundation method showed the best reductions: 70.57% in shear failure, 97.83% in tension failure, and 22.63% in maximum subsidence. Ultimately, the optimum stone column diameter of 0.5 m and the spacing of 6 m were proposed due to the standard deviation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The Sinongduo mining region includes two types of mineralizations: the epithermal and the carbonate‐hosted Pb‐Zn‐Ag deposits. Despite being studied for many years, the ore formation process and genesis of the carbonate‐hosted Pb‐Zn‐Ag deposits remain poorly understood. The Pb‐Zn‐Ag ore bodies occur as veins and are hosted by limestone and dolostone of the Permian Xiala Formation. Three sulfide mineralization substages have been identified at the Sinongduo carbonate‐hosted deposit. Indium coupled with Cu, Co and Sn was incorporated into sphalerite as substitutions: 2Zn2+ ↔ Cu+ + In3+, (3n/2 + 1)Zn2+ ↔ Co2+ + nIn3+ or (2n + 1)Zn2+ ↔ Co2+ + n(Cu+ + In3+) (n > 1) and 4Zn2+ ↔ Sn2+ + 2In3+. Sphalerite and pyrite in the mineralization stage display δ34S values in a narrow range of +5.7‰ to +11.3‰, which are similar to those of Palaeocene igneous rocks, indicative of a magmatic source of sulfur. We present systematic carbon‐hydrogen‐oxygen isotope results that further support a magmatic source for the ore‐forming fluids that were influenced by meteoric water. Furthermore, the Pb isotope compositions of sulfide minerals in the Sinongduo carbonate‐hosted deposit overlap with the values of coeval Linzizong volcanic rocks and are similar to those of Indian Ocean sediments, indicating upper crustal sources of metals. We conclude that the Sinongduo carbonate‐hosted Pb‐Zn‐Ag deposit is a medium‐ to low‐temperature magmatic‐hydrothermal deposit related to Linzizong magmatism. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The integrated infrared suppressor can reduce the infrared radiation signal of a helicopter and is compatible with radar-acoustic stealth. However, the issues that are caused by the integrated infrared suppressor, such as temperature increases on the rear fuselage surface and a lack of shielding at the exhaust port, need to be addressed, in order to further improve the infrared stealth capability of the helicopter. Aiming at this, the effects of the ambient temperature, fuselage surface emissivity, mixing duct shielding, and exhaust port shielding on the infrared radiation characteristics of the helicopter are studied with numerical simulation. The results show that the infrared radiation intensity of the helicopter, in 3–5 μm band and 8–14 μm band, decreases by about 20% and 10%, respectively, for every 6 K reduction in the ambient temperature. As the emissivity of the rear fuselage surface reduces from 0.8 to 0.5, the helicopter's infrared radiation intensity, in a 3–5 μm band and a 8–14 μm band, decreases by about 6% and by about 4% and 1.3%, respectively, after the mixing duct is equipped with a shielding sheath. Installing deflectors at the exhaust port of the fuselage can prevent the detection rays from detecting the high-temperature components inside the fuselage, and when the emissivity of the deflectors is reduced from 0.8 to less than 0.5, or the deflectors are cooled by more than 80 K, they begin to play a role in suppressing the infrared radiation at the bottom of the helicopter. Two typical topology shapes of the microstrip meander line (MML) including round U-shaped and V-shaped slow-wave structure (SWS) for ${D}$ -band traveling wave tubes (TWTs) are comparatively investigated, fabricated, and tested in this article. As a critical factor applied in millimeter-wave frequency, the high-frequency losses of the MML SWS are emphatically discussed. The two types of golden SWSs are both fabricated with the thin-film circuit technology on quartz substrates. After the surface roughness test and the cavity fabrication, the SWS samples are assembled and tested. According to the experimental test results, the ${S}_{11}$ parameters of the U-shaped and V-shaped transmission models are below −13.5 dB versus −15 dB, and the “cold” ${S}_{21}$ parameters are over −6.4 dB versus −4.9 dB, which are approached to the simulation results with the consideration of the silver conductive paste (SCP). At 140 GHz, the tested transmission losses for the U-shaped SWS and V-shaped SWS are about 0.35 and 0.29 dB/mm, respectively. Although particle-in-cell (PIC) simulations for the two SWSs both predict more than 100-W output power, the V-shaped MML TWT shows better bandwidth and loss performances than the U-shaped MML TWT. The Tibetan Plateau is a product of the continental collision between the Indian and Asian plates along the Indus-Yarlung suture zone that started in the early Cenozoic. This collision initially produced stress at the collisional boundary and later propagated with time on both the Indian plate and Asian plate. Many studies have reported tectonic deformation in the Himalayas representing the immediate response of continental collision on the Indian side near the collisional boundary. However, there have been only few studies on the early Cenozoic shortening structures in the Lhasa block that forms the southernmost part of the Asian plate. In this study, we performed Ar/Ar geochronology of syntectonic muscovite from the Sinongduo thrust system in the central Lhasa block. The results show that the Sinongduo thrust system was active in the Early Eocene. We interpret the Sinongduo thrust system as an immediate response to the India-Asia collision in the Lhasa block. This study reconciles the early Cenozoic India-Asia collision with the lack of tectonic response in the Lhasa block. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The geodynamic mechanism of the Early Cretaceous magmatic rocks in the southern Lhasa Terrane remains controversial. To constrain the Early Cretaceous petrogenesis and tectonic evolution of the Neo‐Tethyan oceanic slab, we have undertaken zircon U–Pb dating, whole‐rock major and trace element analyses, and Sr–Nd–Pb–Hf isotopic studies of the Cuocun gabbro from the southern Lhasa Terrane. The zircon U–Pb dating yielded an Early Cretaceous crystallization age of 146.9 ± 0.6 Ma (MSWD = 0.77, 2σ). The Cuocun gabbro is enriched in large‐ion lithophile elements (e.g., Rb, Sr, and Ba) and depleted in high‐field‐strength elements (e.g., Nb, Ta, and Ti). The initial 87Sr/86Sr value are low (0.70361–0.70460), εNd(t) and εHf(t) values are high and positive (from +5.1 to +6.6 and from +11.0 to 17.0, respectively), and Pb isotope specific value are homogeneous (initial 206Pb/204Pb = 18.163–18.457, 207Pb/204Pb = 15.541–15.632, and 208Pb/204Pb = 38.262–38.673). The gabbro originated from the partial melting of a depleted mantle wedge that had reacted with slab‐derived fluids, and the ascending magmas underwent fractional crystallization without significant crustal contamination. Combining our data with those from previous studies of Early Cretaceous magmatism in the southern Lhasa Terrane, we suggest that the Early Cretaceous magmatic rocks (147–130 Ma) in the southern Lhasa Terrane were generated within a continental marginal arc setting related to the rollback of the northwards subducting Neo‐Tethyan oceanic slab. Jurassic sandstones in the Xiongcun porphyry copper–gold district, southern Lhasa subterrane, Tibet, China were analysed for petrography, major oxides and trace elements, as well as detrital zircon U–Pb and Hf isotopes, to infer their depositional age, provenance, intensity of source-rock palaeo-weathering and depositional tectonic setting. This new information provides important evidence to constrain the tectonic evolution of the southern Lhasa subterrane during the Late Triassic – Jurassic period. The sandstones are exposed in the lower and upper sections of the Xiongcun Formation. Their average modal abundance (Q21F11L68) classifies them as lithic arenite, which is also supported by geochemical studies. The high chemical index of alteration values (77.19–85.36, mean 79.96) and chemical index of weathering values (86.19–95.59, mean 89.98) of the sandstones imply moderate to intensive weathering of the source rock. Discrimination diagrams based on modal abundance, geochemistry and certain elemental ratios indicate that felsic and intermediate igneous rocks constitute the source rocks, probably with a magmatic arc provenance. The detrital zircon ages (161–243 Ma) and εHf(t) values (+10.5 to +16.2) further constrain the sandstone provenance as subduction-related Triassic–Jurassic felsic and intermediate igneous rocks from the southern Lhasa subterrane. A tectonic discrimination method based on geochemical data of the sandstones, as well as detrital zircon ages from sandstones, reveals that the sandstones were most likely deposited in an oceanic island-arc setting. These results support the hypothesis that the tectonic background of the southern Lhasa subterrane was an oceanic island-arc setting, rather than a continental island-arc setting, during the Late Triassic – Jurassic period. The article offers information on the new Argon (Ar) 39-40 isotopes data of gold mineralization in the Ailaoshan in Yunnan Province, China. It further discusses Hydrothermal sericite selected for 40Ar/39Ar dating extracted from the crushed samples via the floatation method; the gold mineralization in the Ailaoshan Gold Belt happened as early as the middle Eocene; and irradiation of the prepared hydrothermal sericite with fast neutrons for nearly 55 hours in the H8 nuclear reactor.

Abstract In the Anthropocene, marine microplastic debris has been rapidly increasing and interacting with wildlife. As apex predators, cetaceans have been proven to be ideal sentinel species to indicate ecosystem changes and umbrella and flagship species to help develop environmental management strategies. Here, we report the presence of microplastics in the intestines of Sousa chinensis for the first time, which highlights the potential impacts of microplastic pollution in coastal environments. Microplastics were detected in the intestinal contents of both adult and calf individuals, indicating that consumption of prey and unintentional ingestion are the potential pathways for microplastic accumulation in Sousa chinensis. The properties of the microplastics indicated that fibers, white and blue items, 1–5 mm items, and polyester were the predominant shapes, colors, sizes and plastic materials, respectively. More microplastics were detected in the foreguts and midguts than in the hindguts, which may be correlated with the specific intestinal structure of Sousa. This study indicates that coastal delphinids might suffer from microplastic pollution, even young calves. The sample size in this study is limited, whereas it's a starting point for assessing microplastics in the endangered coastal delphinid, Sousa. We suggest that assessments of the risks of microplastic consumption by cetaceans and the presence of microplastics in their habitats should be conducted at a global scale. Moreover, further works should be done to look for evidence of adverse effects of microplastics pollution on cetaceans. The development of miniaturized multi-channel infrared filters based on plasmonic metasurfaces is attracting growing attention, driven by its potential applications in infrared imaging, photodetectors, and spectroscopy. However, the advance of such filters in long-infrared wavelengths has rarely been reported. This paper reports our recent progress on developing multi-channel spectral filters based on micrometer metallic hole arrays in the long-infrared band of 10-15 µm. The effects of structural parameters and the shapes of metallic hole arrays on filtering performance are investigated by numerical simulations with the finite-difference time-domain method and then experimentally verified by optical characterizations of fabricated filters using electron beam lithography. The transmission peaks of the filter on a zinc selenide substrate were optimized with a maximum transmittance of 63%. A comparison of the hole shapes shows that elliptical holes give rise to sharper transmission peak quality than round ones by 28%. The progress achieved in this work should be a promising step in the development of metallic hole-based spectral filters with miniaturized dimensions.

Despite the polarimetric detection in the infrared wavelengths of 8-10 µm being of great importance and broad applications, there has been limited addressing of the grating-based polarizers in this band. One of the main issues lies in the process incompatibility between the conventional nanofabrication technique and the II-VI materials such as HgCdTe, so that the direct integration of polarizers with sensors still remains a big challenge. This paper reports our recent work on optimizing the grating structures, materials, and nanofabrication processes for enhancing both the transmittance and the extinction ratio of polarizers on Si and/or ZnSe wafers, using numerical simulations for the grating design and electron beam lithography for the nanoscale pattern generation. By utilizing the finite-difference time-domain method, both the transmittance and the extinction ratio are maximized by optimizing the grating geometric dimensions and the duty cycle for two different grating materials of Al and Au for comparison. Based on the designed structures, nanofabrications of sub-wavelength gratings in both Al and Au are carried out, and the processes are compared for achieving high polarization performance. Optical characterizations of the fabricated polarizers demonstrate that both high transmittance and extinction ratio can be achieved in feasible parameters and the nano-process developed in this work.
