Current gastroscopy practices necessitate a balance between procedural efficiency and patient safety. It has been hypothesized that increasing procedure outcomes through the use of Streptomyces protease enzyme and Shutai is possible; however, precise nature of any potential adverse reactions and complications remains unknown. In Zhanjiang, China, 213 patients undergoing gastroscopy participated in this controlled trial. The subjects were allocated at random into two groups: control and treatment. The treatment group was administered topical Streptomyces protease enzyme and intravenous Shutai. Using chi‐square and t‐tests, information regarding patient demographics, adverse reactions, wound healing, procedure duration, distress levels, and satisfaction was gathered and analysed. The demographic and medical history characteristics of the groups were comparable. There was a greater prevalence of modest immediate reactions in the treatment group (p < 0.05), whereas there were no significant variations observed in delayed reactions and long‐term complications (p > 0.05). The treatment group exhibited superior efficiency metrics, including shorter durations for diagnosis, procedure completion and recuperation (p < 0.05). The treatment group exhibited significantly higher patient satisfaction scores (p < 0.05). The incorporation of Streptomyces protease enzyme and Shutai into gastroscopy procedures resulted in significantly enhanced level of procedural efficacy and patient contentment while not introducing an additional risk of long‐term complications. The increase in moderate immediate reactions that have been observed requires additional research in order to determine their clinical significance. Although these agents present a possible progression in the field of gastroscopy, their application should be tempered by the immediate adverse reactions that have been documented. This paper establishes an explicit embedding functor from the category of the proximity spaces into the category of nearness spaces. This is done by defining methods to constructively inducing a proximity structure with a given nearness structure and vis versa. • Below threshold salt concentrations, tolerant-opportunistic nematodes increased. • Exceeding threshold, nematode structure simplified and omnivore-predator decreased. • Nematode communities are more sensitive to soil salinity than to food resources. As a prominent component of the terrestrial biosphere, soil nematodes constitute a potential indicator for biomonitoring systems. Although nematodes respond to environmental variables or gradients, the mechanism and reason of changes in nematode assemblages with the retrogression of grasslands induced by overgrazing remain poorly understood. This study aimed to comprehensively assess the response of nematodes to degraded grasslands. We characterized shifts in multiple attributes of nematode communities across three grasslands with different levels of degradation. Importantly, we found a crucial potential threshold for decreases in the relative abundance and diversity of omnivore-predators when grassland degradation exceeds the moderate level (soil salinity ranging from 200 to 400 μS cm−1). Exceeding the threshold (soil salinity above 400 μS cm−1), rare genera with specific requirements disappeared, and the common taxa of Dolichodoridae, Eumonhystera , and Prismatolaimus accounted for 51.6% of the total nematode population. The top-down control was eliminated, which created a simple and less stable soil food web in severely degraded grasslands. Meanwhile, the abundance and functional metabolic footprint of nematode communities showed a hump-shaped pattern, reflecting compensatory mechanisms below the threshold. Our study highlights the dominant role of soil salinity in nematode communities, overriding the importance of food resources. Omnivore-predators are highly sensitive to soil salinity and their relative abundance and diversity can be used in combination as integrated indicators of ecological degradation. The task of fundus image registration aims to find matching keypoints between an image pair. Traditional methods detect the keypoint by hand-designed features, which fail to cope with complex application scenarios. Due to the strong feature learning ability of deep neural network, current image registration methods based on deep learning directly learn to align the geometric transformation between the reference image and test image in an end-to-end manner. Another mainstream of this task aims to learn the displacement vector field between the image pair. In this way, the image registration has achieved significant advances. However, due to the complicated vascular morphology of retinal image, such as texture and shape, current widely used image registration methods based on deep learning fail to achieve reliable and stable keypoint detection and registration results. To this end, in this paper, we aim to bridge this gap. Concretely, since the vessel crossing and branching points can reliably and stably characterize the key components of fundus image, we propose to learn to detect and match all the crossing and branching points of the input images based on a single deep neural network. Moreover, in order to accurately locate the keypoints and learn discriminative feature embedding, a brain-inspired spatially-varying adaptive pyramid context aggregation network is proposed to incorporate the contextual cues under the supervision of structured triplet ranking loss.
