The aim of this research was to compare the attitudes of physical education and sports teachers and other branch teachers towards educational research. The sample group of the study was determined by convenient sampling method. The data of the study were collected from 304 teachers in different fields (152 Female, 152 Male; 102 of them are in 23-29 age group, 131 of them are in 30-36 age group and 71 of them are above 37 years). In the research, "Attitude Scale for Educational Researches" was used. The Cronbach Alpha value of the scale was calculated as 0.87. In the analysis of the data, SPSS (ver.22.0) program was used. Since the data were normally distributed (Kolmogorov-Smirnov), t test, ANOVA and Tukey test were applied and level of significance taken as 0.05. The total scores of the teachers were compared according to some variables in the study. As a result that the teachers' attitudes towards educational researches found to be a high level in the study. The female teachers' attitudes were found to be higher than the male teachers' towards educational research. The attitudes of the teachers were compared in terms of the branches towards educational researches and there was not found any significant difference between them. The aim of this research is to examine the views of physical education and sports teachers who are trained and practice the physical activity report card applications according to some variables. The Physical Activity Report Card Applications Assessment Scale developed by Özgül et al. (2018) was applied in the study, by reaching 380 physical education and sports teachers (voluntary participation) determined according to the appropriate sampling method. The Cronbach Alpha score of the scale is 0.83. Scale; "Applicability, Impact, Difficulties, Forcing, Competence and Support" consists of 6 sub-dimensions. The point value that can be taken from the scale ranges from 38 to 190. In the evaluation of the obtained data; Mann Whitney U test and Kruskal Wallis Variance Analysis were applied because of the parametric test assumptions were not met and significance level was set to .05. When the subscale and total scores of the teachers were compared according to the school type, statistically significant differences were found between them (p <0.05). The subscale and total scores obtained from the scale according to the age of seniority were compared and the difference was significant (p <0.05). Also, the difference between the mean scores of the "difficulty and support" subscales was found to be significant (p <0.05), while the difference between the other subscales was not significant (p> 0.05). As a result of the research; It can be stated that the physical education and sports teachers participating in the Physical Activity Report Card measurement training do not see themselves enough for these measurements.

Background: We aimed to determine the common Echinococcus granulosus genotypes in Ağrı, Türkiye and to obtain information on the transmission of this parasite. Methods: Cystic echinococcosis samples from 100 slaughtered cattle and 100 slaughtered sheep and faecal samples from 200 stray dogs were included in 2021. Collected cyst fluid samples and faces were examined microscopically. DNA was isolated from the germinal membrane of the cysts and from the parasite eggs in the stool samples. The mitochondrial cytb gene region of the parasite was amplified by PCR. Genotypes were determined using the Basic Local Alignment Search Tool (BLAST) after sequence analysis of PCR amplicons. Results: The highest percentage of cysts was found in the lungs of sheep and the liver of cattle. In addition, 75% of sheep cysts and 25.6% of cattle cysts were fertile. Taenia spp./Echinococcus spp. eggs were found in 6% of the faeces of 200 dogs examined microscopically. E. granulosus eggs were detected in 4 out of 50 stool samples analysed by PCR. All samples analysed by sequence analysis were identified as E. granulosus s.s. G1 genotype. Sequence comparison revealed revealed one or more-point mutations in different regions of the five samples. Conclusion: E. granulosus s.s. G1 genotype, known as sheep strain, is common in the Ağrı, Türkiye. The controlled slaughter of livestock, especially sheep, and the avoidance of feeding hydatid cyst organs to dogs, together with public education, were necessary to prevent the spread of the disease.
