Mind skills become the counselor's internal competencies that support the counselor's self-development in providing guidance and counseling services. Mind skills consist of six components that are interrelated and often integrated. The metacognitive thinking process is the key to success in how counselors can manage their thoughts and mental states through these six components. This study examined the success of the reverse roleplay training strategy to improve the counselor's mind skills. The method was quasi-experimental quantitative with a pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this study were 31 counselors in Malang Raya, Indonesia. Data analysis in this study used two stages, descriptive statistical analysis and hypothesis test. The results showed that the counselor's mind skills achievements before and after the intervention marked a difference with significant increase. Reverse roleplay increased the participants' understanding and experience of the thoughts, perceptions, and feelings from broader perspectives. The counselor's mental experiences involved during counseling sessions become a "full presence" for the therapeutic relationship. This research suggests further research to explore the counselor's mental experiences in detail. As for practical implication, the reverse roleplay is recommended as a training design for improving the internal competencies of counselors and educators in general.

Data collection using thermocouple sensors in low-cost data acquisition is prone to noise interference, which could reduce the data quality. Noise sources such as cold junction compensators, electromagnetic interference, and Johnson noise can significantly affect the reliability and accuracy of conventional measurements. This study aims to improve the quality of thermocouple sensor readings on low-cost data acquisition using calibration method based on deep learning and the denoising process using a wavelet transform. This taken approach successfully increase the accuracy value of 97.67% with a mean absolute error (MAE) of 0.2. The precision also increases of 262.7% as indicated by the result of signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) with a value of 105.29 dB. Comparative analysis was carried out against National Instruments® device and it was found that deep-wavelet method had a lower and higher of MAE and SNRdB values of 16.67% and 0.8% respectively. This study shows that the denoising-calibration method with deep-wavelet can improve the accuracy and reliability of data from low-cost thermocouple devices. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Individual psychology, which was pioneered by Alfred Adler, believes that humans have an innate drive to overcome their weaknesses so that they can develop their potential using self-actualization. This research aims to analyze research on the Adlerian counseling approach. The method used in this research is the PRISMA method (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses). The data sources were obtained from Scopus and Crossref with a period of 2013 to 2023. The data sources obtained from Scopus were 59 articles and Crossref 145 articles, then the inclusion and exclusion data were reduced so that the data sources from Scopus were 3 articles and Crossref 11 articles. The results of this research indicate that Adlerian counseling has the same principles as a neuroscientific perspective. The implementation of Adlerian counseling cannot be separated from counseling techniques to help solve client or counselee problems. The discovery of a new counseling technique, namely Adventure Therapy, and supervision of the implementation of Adlerian counseling aims to develop counseling skills in counselors. Nowadays, studying prehistoric sites in Indonesia has become convenient because of the touch of technology. We no longer need to spend money, time, and energy to visiting the sites in person. Virtual Reality (VR) is the commonly used immersive technology for virtualizing prehistoric sites. Cutting-edge research is utilizing Virtual Reality (VR) technology to construct virtual environments of prehistoric sites, allowing people to learn and enjoy them with flexibility. However, in the context of learning, its use is still quite limited due to general features. Therefore, it is necessary to develop applications with more complete and interactive learning features. The aim of this study is to develop a web-based Si-VirPraJa (Prehistoric Virtual Site) application. We employed research and development (R&D) to achieve the objectives of the research. Furthermore, we used the ADDIE development model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. We initiated the research by conducting a needs analysis study of the Si-VirPraJa App as expected by students and teachers. The needs analysis results formed the foundation for designing the application’s initial stage. Learning media experts tested it and provided assessments, suggestions, and comments. The Si-VirPraJa app, refined based on assessment results, suggestions, and comments from media experts, is implemented in a trial class to gather feedback from students and teachers. The findings suggested that students need a virtual tour-based application to study prehistoric sites in Indonesia. This necessary application must also include multiple features that facilitate learning. The findings from validation tests conducted by experts and trials class that the Si-VirPraJa application is viable for use as a learning media. The impact of using this application for learning is evident in students’ enhanced self-learning ability, improved comprehension of the material, and the generation of engaging and meaningful learning experiences. NACA 4415 is an airfoil commonly used in wind turbines and aircraft wing. This study uses computational method with type C grid with variations in grid elements 5×10², 5×10³, and 5×104. From the grid independence test, grid with 5×104 elements are the most suitable to get the best computational results. The turbulence model in this study is standard k-ε. From the computational results, the best Cl is found at the interval -9°≤ α ≤15°. In comparison, the best Cd is in the interval -7°≤ α ≤15°. Meanwhile, for Cm, the best data is obtained at the interval - 7°≤ α ≤10°, where the Cm gradient increases or decreases not too extreme. However, from Cl/Cd analysis, the best performance of NACA 4415 is at -7°≤ α ≤6°. Outside of that interval, the performance tends to decrease due to the influence of separation. Those are evident from separation point starting at α=11° where the position is in x/c=0.165, and as α increases, the position of the separation point will get closer to the leading edge. On the lower side of the airfoil, the separation begins to form at α=-11° and will get closer to the leading edge when the airfoil reduces α as in α=-15°. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This study discusses the aerodynamics of the R-HAN 122 rocket and the modification of the nose shape using computational methods. Fluid flow simulation uses the RANS equation, which has been adjusted for compressible fluid flow. The turbulence model in this study is the standard k-ε. The analysis has been carried out in two dimensions. The mesh used is a structured mesh type using quadrilateral element shapes. The number of mesh elements used in this study is 2×105. The nose models in this study have been ogive (baseline), cone, and hemisphere. The fluid flow velocity in this study is Mach 1.602. The nose cone and the hemisphere shape can increase the Cl of the R-HAN 122 rocket at 4º

Fenofibric acid is a poorly water‐soluble drug with high permeability; thus, it is classified as a Biopharmaceutical Classification System (BCS) class II. This study aimed to prepare a eutectic mixture of fenofibric acid with syringic acid as a coformer to improve its solubility, dissolution rate, and antihyperlipidemic activity. The solvent co‐evaporation method was used to form a eutectic mixture. Solid‐state properties were characterized, solubility and in vitro dissolution profiles were studied, and in vivo antihyperlipidemic effectiveness was investigated in male Wistar rats. The results showed that the eutectic mixture of fenofibric acid‐syringic acid enhanced the solubility (3.4‐fold) and in vitro dissolution rate (3.62‐fold) and significantly improved the antihyperlipidemic activity compared with intact fenofibric acid. The changes in learning patterns during the COVID-19 pandemic demanded students to take initiative, persevere, and learn independently. Thus, this study examines the level of students' self-directed learning readiness. The research design used was quantitative with a descriptive method. A total of 285 participants -- 46 male and 239 female -- were included in the study sample. The measuring instrument used was a self-directed learning readiness scale. Data analysis was done using an independent sample t-test and the assumptions were tested first, obtaining an average value of 56.16 and a standard deviation of 5.71. The results indicated that H0 was accepted, which implies that there is no significant difference in the average self-directed learning readiness between male and female students with a t value 0.05. This study uses computational methods to analyze fluid flow characteristics NACA 4415 in ultra-low, low, and moderate Reynolds number categories. The turbulence model chosen is the standard k-e. The ultra-low Reynolds number used is 5×103, while the Reynolds number for the low category is 4.17×104. For the moderate category, the Reynolds number is 3×106. The variation of the grid being tested is the grid with the number of elements 5×104, 105 and 2×105. The grid with the number of elements 2×105 gives the best results. At the ultra-low Reynolds number, there is no stall condition. The stall condition at the low Reynolds number is AoA=12°. At the moderate Reynolds number, the stall occurs at AoA=18°. The largest Cl is in the moderate Reynolds number. Meanwhile, the smallest Cd is at the ultra-low Reynolds number. Based on the analysis of pressure contours, velocity contours and velocity streamlines, the fluid flow patterns seen are not much different. Hoaxes keep existing during this COVID-19 pandemic. They are indicated to be capable of heightening anxiety levels. Current works of literature about hoax-health impacts during the COVID-19 pandemic are still limited. Millennial, young generations, who are attached to the Internet technology, has the highest anxiety level. Millennial women or moms are already familiar with gadgets. They are surely exposed to hoaxes during this pandemic. Moms are the center of family defense. COVID-19 hoax influences these millennial moms’ mental health. Therefore, it is important to be studied because it contributes to mental health literature during this pandemic. This research applied a qualitative method. The data were taken from an online survey and processed by thematic analysis techniques. The findings showed that the greatest impacts of COVID-19 hoaxes on moms’ mental health were health-institutional distrust and apparatus-government distrust. Thus, it led to a lack of cooperation to promote the protocol and influenced the COVID-19 pandemic preventive efforts. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The aims study to investigation the relationship between emotional intelligence, and positively school climate and counselor's burnout: a structural equal model. The design of the study is quantitative correlational. The sample consisted of 250 school counselors in Malang Raya, Indonesia. The techniques of collecting data used instruments emotional intelligence scale, school climate scale, and counselor burnout inventory. The technique of analyzing the data used Structural Equal Model assisted by Software Warp- PLS 6.0. The results of analysis showed that the evaluation model fit. The evaluation model fit index showed Average Path Coefficient 0.452, P<0.001, Average R -- squared 0.606, P<0.001, Average Adjusted R -- sqared of Fit 0.603, P<0.001, Average VIF 1.242, Average Full Collinearity VIF 2.036. Tenenhaus Goodness of Fit =0.632, Sympson's Paradox Ratio 1.000, R -- squared Contribution Ratio 1.000, Statistical Suppression Ratio 1.000, and Nonlinear Bivariate Causality Direction Ratio 1.000. The result showed the significant relationship between the emotional intelligence and school counselor burnout. And the significant relationship between the positively school climate and school counselor burnout. Based on total analysis result, it was known that the most dominant correlate variable to burnout was emotional intelligence The result of the present study have valuable implication for counselor increase emotional intelligence, and positively school climate.
