Objective To investigate the cancer death and distribution characteristics of residents in Cixian County. Methods In accordance with the norms of cancer registration, cancer death data from 2013 to 2017 in Cixian were collected and analyzed, and the crude cancer death rate, age-standardized mortality rates by the Chinese standard population (ASMRC), age-standardized mortality rates by the global standard population (ASMRW). Results From January 1st, 2013, to December 31st, 2017, 6 490 cases of cancer death were recorded. The average annual crude mortality rate was 202.88/100 000, ASMRC was 186.49/100 000, and the ASMRW was 189.02/100 000. The top 10 male mortality cancers were esophageal cancer, stomach cancer, trachea, bronchus and lung cancer, liver cancer, rectal cancer, cerebral nervous system cancer, colon cancer, leukemia, pancreatic cancer, and bladder cancer in order. The top 10 female mortality cancers were esophageal cancer, trachea, bronchus and lung cancer, stomach cancer, liver cancer, breast cancer, cervical cancer, colon cancer, brain, nervous system cancer, rectal cancer, and ovarian cancer. The age of death increased considerably from the age of 40 years. It increased with the increase in age and reached the peak at the age of 85 years. Conclusion Upper gastrointestinal cancer and lung cancer were the main cancers that threatened the residents of Cixian County from 2013 to 2017. Screening and comprehensive prevention of high-risk groups are still the main targets of cancer prevention and control.

Angiotension converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitory peptides from high-temperature sesame meal protein hydrolyzed by subcritical water were separated and purified by sequential nanofiltration, ultrafiltration and liquid chromatography, and their structures were identified by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS). The ACE inhibitory activity was verified using the synthetic oligopeptides. The absorption and metabolism characteristics of the oligopeptides were predicted, a three-dimensional quantitative structure-activity relationship (3D-QSAR) model was established, and molecular docking analysis was carried out. The peptide fraction with molecular mass less than 3 kDa had the strongest ACE inhibitory effect. After further purification, nine ACE inhibitory peptides were identified from peak 1. These peptides could not interfere with the normal physiological activities of the human body. The 3D-QSAR model for LFRAF was successfully established using the comparative molecular force field analysis (CoMFA) method. The positively charged amino acid residues and the introduced large groups on the side chain at the C-terminus of the ACE inhibitory peptides could improve their activity. LFRAF occupied the S2 and S1’ active pockets of the ACE peptides and bund to Zn2+ to inhibit ACE activity. These results indicate that it is feasible to use subcritical water technology to degrade high-temperature sesame meal proteins to prepare ACE inhibitory peptides.

Online news platforms have become users' primary information sources. However, they focus on attracting users to click on the news and ignore whether the news triggers a sense of engagement, which could potentially reduce users' participation in public events. Therefore, this study constructs four indicators by assessing user engagement to build an intelligent system to help platforms optimize their publishing strategies. First, this study defines user engagement evaluation as a classification task that divides user engagement into four indicators and proposes an extended LDA model based on user click–comment behavior (UCCB), using which the attractiveness of words in news headlines and content can be effectively represented. Second, this study proposes a deep user engagement evaluation (DUEE) model that integrates news attractiveness and multiple features in an attention-based deep neural network for user engagement evaluation. The DUEE model considers various elements that collectively determine the ability of the news to attract clicks and engagement. Third, the proposed model is compared with the baseline and state-of-the-art techniques, showing that it outperforms all existing methods. In the session-based recommendation algorithm, a better class of methods is to model the complex interaction relationship within the session as a graph structure, and then use the graph neural network to capture the deep features of the item from it. However, most models do not deeply mine the effective information contained in the sequence temporal relationship, nor do they pay attention to the auxiliary contribution of the global distance in different sessions to the item representation. This paper proposes a session-based recommendation model that integrates the temporal sequence of session interactions and the global distance-awareness of items with graph neural networks (TSDA-GNN). First, according to all session sequences, a global graph, a session graph, and a feature graph are constructed. In the global graph, the average "spacing" between items is introduced to represent the association between two items in the global graph. In the session graph, the interaction timing of the item is combined as the weight information in the relationship matrix, and the connection matrix of the session graph is constructed, which can more accurately capture the association relationship between items. Finally, by fusing the feature information of the item, using a graph neural network can deeply mine user preferences hidden in the feature information of the item. The model can not only model the information transmission relationship between items in different sessions, but also further deeply mine the hidden information of global domain and item features. As a new factor of production, data element has profoundly changed our mode of production, lifestyle and social governance style. The sharing of a data element in the convergence media ecology can greatly improve the circulation of a data element and enhance the value of a data element; however, it may face problems such as insufficient sharing willingness, incomplete sharing circulation mechanism and inadequate implementation of the incentive mechanism. To solve these problems, this paper introduced the evolutionary game theory in the convergence media ecology and established the data-sharing model according to the characteristics of nodes. We analyzed the ecological node evolution path, evolutionary stable strategy and the corresponding state conditions in the model. Furthermore, we carried out the sampling experiment simulation, which verified the effectiveness of the research content in this paper. At the end of the article, we summarize and give some key factors to increase the willingness to participate in sharing in convergence media ecology. This paper enriched the research field of data element sharing in convergence media and explored the willingness and tendency of the participants. Perovskites exhibit excellent high‐temperature oxygen evolution reaction (OER) activities as the anodes of solid oxide electrolysis cells (SOECs). However, the relationship between ion ordering and OER performances is rarely investigated. Herein, a series of PrBaCo2−xFexO5+δ perovskites with tailored ion orderings are constructed. Physicochemical characterizations and density functional theory calculations confirm that the oxygen bulk migration and surface transport capacities as well as the OER activities are promoted by the A‐site cation ordering, but weakened by the oxygen vacancy ordering. Hence, SOEC with the A‐site‐ordered and oxygen‐vacancy‐disordered PrBaCo2O5+δ anode exhibits the highest performance of 3.40 A cm−2 at 800 °C and 2.0 V. Background: Although endoscopic screening for esophageal cancer has been performed in high‐risk areas in China for decades, there is limited and inconsistent evidence regarding the starting age for individuals participating in screening. The aim of this study is to investigate the optimal starting age of esophageal cancer screening. Methods: This study is based on a multicenter prospective cohort consisting 338,017 permanent residents aged 40–69 years in six high‐risk areas of esophageal cancer in China. The participation rate, detection rate, hazard ratios (HRs), cumulative incidence and mortality and number needed to screen (NNS) were calculated in each age group. Screening burden, benefit and risk were compared among screening strategies with different initiation ages to explore the optimal starting age for population‐based screening in high‐risk areas. Results: Individuals aged 50–69 had a higher participation rate, a higher detection rate and improved screening effectiveness than those aged 40–49. The endoscopic screening had no significant effect on reducing the incidence of esophageal cancer in individuals under 55 and mortality in individuals under 45. Increasing the starting age to 50 years reduced the screening demand and NNS by 40% and 55%, and resulted in 12% of detectable positive cases, 16% of preventable incident cases, and 14% of preventable deaths being missed. Conclusions: Postponing the starting age of endoscopic screening to 50 years might yield a more‐favorable balance between screening benefit and burden in high‐ risk areas with limited resources. The low and intermediate temperature oxidation of propane has been investigated by using a novel supercritical pressure jet stirred reactor (SP-JSR) with and without 20% CO 2 additions at fuel lean and rich conditions at 10 and 100 atm and 500–1000 K. The mole fractions of C 3 H 8 , O 2 , CO, CO 2 , CH 2 O, C 2 H 4 , CH 3 CHO, and C 3 H 6 were quantified by using a micro-gas chromatograph (µ-GC). The experiment showed that different from that of 10 atm, at 100 atm only a weak negative temperature coefficient (NTC) behavior was observed because of the significant shift of the intermediate temperature HO 2 chemistry to lower temperature. In addition, at 100 atm, existing models in literatures could successfully capture the onset temperatures of the low and intermediate chemistry, while under-predict the fuel oxidation quantitatively and fail to capture the NTC behavior between 650 and 780 K at both fuel lean and rich conditions. Similar discrepancy was observed in studies of n-butane and dimethyl ether (DME) oxidations in literatures, implying that there existed large uncertainties in hierarchy model development of fuels with low temperature chemistries at extremely high pressures. Reaction pathways and sensitivity analyses showed that RO 2 competing reactions through (P1) RO 2 = QOOH, (P2) RO 2 = C 3 H 6 + HO 2 , (P3) RO 2 + CH 2 O/HO 2 = RO 2 H + HCO / O 2 dominated the low and intermediate temperature chemistries, followed by HO 2 / H 2 O 2 chemistry at 100 atm, which differed from the dominant pathway through QOOH consumption reactions at lower pressures. Especially, P3 is a new pathway of RO 2 consumption at high pressures, which was not observed in importance at low pressures. Special attention should be paid to the accurate computations of n-C 3 H 7 O 2 / i-C 3 H 7 O 2 + CH 2 O and n-C 3 H 7 O 2 / i-C 3 H 7 O 2 + in the P3 pathway and n-C 3 H 7 O 2 / i-C 3 H 7 O 2 decomposition reactions in the P2 pathway at high pressures. Osteosarcoma is a common malignant bone tumor with a propensity to metastasize to the lungs. Epigenetic abnormalities have been demonstrated to underlie osteosarcoma development; however, the epigenetic mechanisms that are involved in metastasis are not yet clear. Here, we analyzed 2 syngeneic primary human osteosarcoma cell lines that exhibit disparate metastatic potential for differences in epigenetic modifications and expression. Using methylated DNA immunoprecipitation (MeDIP) and microarray expression analysis to screen for metastasis-associated genes, we identified Iroquois homeobox 1 (IRX1). In both human osteosarcoma cell lines and clinical osteosarcoma tissues, IRX1 overexpression was strongly associated with hypomethylation of its own promoter. Furthermore, experimental modulation of IRX1 in osteosarcoma cell lines profoundly altered metastatic activity, including migration, invasion, and resistance to anoikis in vitro, and influenced lung metastasis in murine models. These prometastatic effects of IRX1 were mediated by upregulation of CXCL14/NF- κB signaling. In serum from osteosarcoma patients, the presence of IRX1 hypomethylation in circulating tumor DNA reduced lung metastasis-free survival. Hydrogen is expected to play an important role in renewable power storage and the decarbonization of the power sector. In order to clarify the environmental impacts of power regenerated through hydrogen-fueled gas turbines, this work details a life cycle model of the greenhouse gas (GHG) and NOx emissions of the power regenerated by power-to-H2-to-power (PHP) technology integrated with a combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT). This work evaluates the influences of several variables on the life cycle of GHG and NOx emissions, including renewable power sources, hydrogen production efficiency, net CCGT efficiency, equivalent operating hours (EOH), and plant scale. The results show that renewable power sources, net CCGT efficiency, and hydrogen production efficiency are the dominant variables, while EOH and plant scale are the minor factors. The results point out the direction for performance improvement in the future. This work also quantifies the life cycle of GHG and NOx emissions of power regenerated under current and future scenarios. For hydro, photovoltaic (PV) and wind power, the life cycle of the GHG emissions of regenerated power varies from 8.8 to 366.1 gCO2e/kWh and that of NOx emissions varies from 0.06 to 2.29 g/kWh. The power regenerated from hydro and wind power always has significant advantages over coal and gas power in terms of GHG and NOx emissions. The power regenerated from PV power has a small advantage over gas power in terms of GHG emissions, but does not have advantages regarding NOx emissions. Preference should be given to storing hydro and wind power, followed by PV power. For biomass power with or without CO2 capture and storage (CCS), the life cycle of the GHG emissions of regenerated power ranges from 555.2 to 653.5 and from −2385.0 to −1814.4, respectively, in gCO2e/kWh; meanwhile, the life cycle of NOx emissions ranges from 1.61 to 4.65 g/kWh, being greater than that of coal and gas power. Biomass power with CCS is the only power resource that can achieve a negative life cycle for GHG emissions. The high-quality operation of a superheated steam temperature (SST) system is a core fact of the safety, economy, and stability of thermal power units. How to improve the control performance of an SST system under large-varying operating conditions is becoming a research hotspot. To solve this challenge, this paper proposes a proportional integral derivative (PID) control strategy based on integral gain scheduling. Based on the introduction of the SST system and classical model under typical operating conditions, the control difficulties of the SST system are analyzed theoretically. Then, a PID control strategy, based on integral gain scheduling, is introduced for the cascade control structure, and the stability of the proposed control strategy is analyzed by calculating the PID stability region. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified under nominal and uncertain conditions, where the proposed method could obtain satisfactory tracking and disturbance rejection control performance.
