Estudos sobre coparentalidade são recentes no Brasil, embora a literatura científica investigue o construto há mais de quatro décadas e confirme sua relevância à pesquisa e à clínica psicológica. Neste artigo, objetivou-se analisar as características metodológicas, os objetivos e os resultados de estudos empíricos sobre coparentalidade. Trata-se de uma revisão sistemática de artigos científicos no período 2007-2016, no Portal BVS e nas bases PsycINFO e Web of Science, por meio dos termos coparentalidade e aliança parental. Com base nos critérios de inclusão, 29 artigos foram selecionados para análise. Verifica-se que as pesquisas investigam a coparentalidade por meio de pesquisa quantitativa, longitudinal e explicativa. Apontam a multiplicidade de perspectivas de investigação da coparentalidade que pode estar associada aos questionamentos que ainda buscam ser respondidos e refletir as diferentes formas de compreender os processos familiares e as repercussões no indivíduo e no casal. São discutidos resultados relevantes aos profissionais da clínica e aos pesquisadores

Lactic acid bacteria (LAB) should not only survive, but also perform under increased osmotic pressure in the process of ensiling, which results from the best practice of wilting forage. Simple laboratory protocols are needed to select suitable LAB strains as inoculants for high dry matter (DM) conditions. The aim of this study was to simulate conditions of high osmolality without inducing salt stress and to select a suitable indicator of LAB performance. For that, an MRS medium was enriched with increasing concentrations of glucose and fructose plus a maximum of 28 g KCl/L until achieving an osmolality of 2.4 osmol/kg. Both, growth in the inoculated medium and pH decline, were then compared to the LAB performance in the basic medium. The latter was clearly delayed in the new medium. Finally, the method was validated by comparing the pH of small-scale grass silages of 30–35 and 45–49% target DM after 3–5 days of ensiling to the pH values of the microbiological growth medium. The pH levels of treatments with the homofermentative LAB were clearly attributable to the dry matter or the sugar concentration, respectively. The developed liquid growth medium sufficiently approximates high DM conditions to select for the osmotolerant homofermentative LAB. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Current technologies have not been able to completely remove all the oil from reservoirs, which are often abandoned with a considerable amount of remaining oil in place. To improve the extraction of oil from reservoirs, nanotechnology has recently gained an important role in the enhanced oil recovery, since nanoparticles have unique characteristics that can improve the efficiency of oil recovery. This study reviews articles published in this field during the past 5 years, highlighting the most important characteristics of nanoparticles for applications in oil recovery concerning different synthesis methods used for their preparation to the efficiency of oil recovery. This study characterized and statistically evaluated the influence of three parameters that potentially affect the synthesis of Ag2MoO4, which have not previously been investigated in conjunction. The study focused on the concentration of a dispersant (polyvinylpyrrolidone, PVP, mmol−1), aging time (h), and pH to evaluate the effects of these factors on the physio-chemical properties of the as-produced semiconductors. Particularly, this study aims to better understand the synthesis of metastable α-Ag2MoO4, which is poorly studied, and explore how minor modifications to the chosen parameters, under mild conditions, can impact its formation. To optimize the production of the α-phase, eleven Ag2MoO4 catalysts were produced by complete factorial experimental design, varying the aforementioned parameters. XRD results revealed that only two samples presented crystalline α-Ag2MoO4 and were significantly influenced by PVP concentration, pH, and their interaction. Additionally, prolonged aging favored an α to β transformation, reducing α content from 68 to 8%. These transformations are correlated with the thermodynamic stability of the crystal, which attempts to reach a more stable matrix. Furthermore, acidic pH modified the stabilization of Ag+ with PVP, enabling the formation of α-Ag2MoO4. The presence of the α phase was further confirmed by TGA/DTA, FTIR, and Raman spectroscopies results. Only PVP concentration significantly affected particle size, increasing it from ~ 4 to 8 μm upon PVP addition. Moreover, several morphologies were observed (butterfly like, potato like, coral like, polygons, etc.), potentially influencing their catalytic and antibacterial activities. The aim of this study was to investigate different intensities in roughage and amount of concentrates in terms of performance parameters such as feed intake and milk yield in order to determine the optimum level under practical conditions. 64 Fleckvieh dairy cows, 1/3 of these were primiparous, were randomly assigned to 4 treatment groups. The experiment was conducted in a 2 × 2 factorial arrangement. Two energy levels in roughage (6.1 = 6.1 MJ net energy lactation, NEL/kg DM or 6.5 = 6.5 MJ NEL/kg DM) were combined with two concentrate levels (low, N = 150 g/kg energy corrected milk yield, ECM or high, H = 250 g/kg ECM) (6.1N, 6.1H, 6.5N, 6.5H). Documentation of milk yield data, feed intake, body mass, as well as the body condition score (BCS), sonographic determination of back fat thickness (BFT) and milk constituents was performed. The results of this study showed that the energy supply in the group with the lowest energy level (6.1N) was largely insufficient during lactation. With regard to relevant health effects, the exact reasons for this require further investigation. Furthermore, the feeding regime in terms of concentrates amounts and roughage qualities is possible in the investigated range. Higher allocation of concentrates resulted in an increase in feed intake at the expense of roughage feed intake. Increasing contents of concentrated feed led to an increase in milk yield, but no statistical differences were observed between groups with the same roughage quality. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
