Introduction/Main Objectives: This study purposes to investigate the complex relationship among work autonomy, work crafting, work satisfaction, and innovative work behaviour. Background Problems: How autonomy, crafting, and work satisfaction relate and, more collectively, affect young lecturers' innovative work behaviours within the shifting educational circumstances in Indonesia is a major concern. Novelty: This research has groundbreaking importance because it applies the self-determination theory to this particular academic context of Indonesia. It emphasises the impact of cultural variations on the motivation and behaviour of young lecturers. It offers an innovative perspective on how young lecturers may be innovative and adaptable in the face of pedagogical and technical changes that are occurring at a fast rate. Research Methods: The study uses a mixed method approach in which 382 young lecturers from state universities in Indonesia participate in surveys, in-depth interviews, and participatory observations. By using structural equation modelling (SEM) by Lisrel and systematically coded by NVIVO, it becomes possible to analyse the complex interrela­tionships between the variables. Finding/Result: Work crafting on work satisfaction and work satisfaction on innovative behaviour has a significant positive impact. In contrast, work autonomy has no significant influence on lecturer work satisfaction. Excessive autonomy and interference without assistance will lower lecturer work satisfaction. In a dynamic educational environment, encouraging young lecturers to use creative teaching techniques and having institutional support can boost their creativity. Conclusion: What is brought into sharp focus through this study is the balance of autonomy with adequate support for young lecturers in a world that is rapidly developing in terms of digital education. Thus, pressure exists in universities to ensure young lecturers enjoy convenience in their work and support them to ensure they obtain the institutional support and work tools required in the digital era.

The low rate of the budget absorption in Indonesia occurs frequently, both at the Ministry/Institution (K/L) and Regional Levels. This study aims to analyze what factors cause delays in budget absorption. This research used descriptive quantitative method, the number of respondents was 141 people. Data were collected through field surveys using the nonprobability sampling method. Data were collected in a cross section using a questionnaire, analyzed using SEM-PLS and processed using the SmartPLS 3.2 application. The results showed that HR did not affect budget absorption. Organizational Culture, Regulation and Religiosity affect budget absorption as well Religiosity did not moderate the relationship between HR, Organizational Culture, Regulation and budget absorption. The results of this study indicated that abilities, experience, skills, knowledge, education and training dominate in improving the quality of human resources but have not been able to maximize budget absorption because existing human resources are still lacking, so there is potential for multiple jobs. The guidelines for implementing programs and budgets are not hindered by the policies/rules that are created, and if someone is honest, they will win trust in a variety of areas, including budget management

Kelompok Nelayan Teri Jaya merupakan kelompok Masyarakat yang produktif secara ekonomi yang berada di Desa Toari Kabupaten Kolaka Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Berbagai potensi yang dimiliki dengan tersedianya sumber daya alam laut yang cukup menjanjikan baik itu berupa perikanan budidaya maupun berupa perikanan tangkap. Hasil tangkapan ikan tersebut hanya dikeringkan dan dijual mentahan ke pasar. Hal ini dikarenakan belum adanya pengetahuan dan belum adanya penyuluhan atau pelatihan terkait diversifikasi pengolahan hasil perikanan menjadi produk pasaran yang dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat seperti pembuatan kerupuk yang berbahan dasar ikan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pengolahan hasil perikanan menjadi produk yang bernilai ekonomi tinggi secara berkelanjutan. Metode kegiatan dilakukan dengan cara pemaparan materi oleh narasumber dan dilakukan praktik langsung pembuatan kerupuk ikan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini ialah mitra Kelompok Nelayan Teri Jaya telah mengetahui dan mampu mengolah ikan menjadi suatu produk yang bernilai jual. Tujuan kegiatan ini telah tercapai yaitu meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra Kelompok Nelayan Teri Jaya, peningkatan produktivitas dan pendapatan yang memiliki daya saing serta dapat dijadikan sebagai usaha dalam upaya meningkatkan perekonomian Masyarakat.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the curriculum and the climate of Islamic boarding school on the morals of students in DDI Kaballangang Islamic Boarding School, Pinrang Regency both partially and simultaneously. This type of research is a survey with a quantitative approach. Data collection methods using questionnaires, documentation, and observation. Data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis techniques. The results showed that the curriculum and climate of the Islamic boarding school had a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on the morals of the students in DDI Kaballangang Islamic Boarding School, Pinrang Regency. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination obtained the R Square of 0.014, which means that the curriculum and the climate of Islamic boarding school simultaneously influence 14.0% on the students' morals, while the remaining 86.0% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.

This research aimed to analyze the contribution of Islamic schools as media of developing nation culture that focusing the study at three subobjectives, those are: the history and Islamic school development, the essence of Islamic school as formal educational institution, and the role of Islamic school as developing culture center. The method of the research was a literature review with a pedagogy approach. The data were collected through book documentations and relevant scientific journals then were analyzed using content analysis technique. Results of the research showed that Islamic school functions as reproducing, revising, and mediating simultaneously. Islamic school as a social institution functioned as socialization institution is to transmit and to transform cultures and to select students in order to continue their current education to higher education. Islamic school as the cultural center constitutes a batch of the values that underlying attitudes, tradition, daily activities, and symbols in which applied by the headmaster, teachers, administration staffs, students, and people around the school. Educational values at school could be embodied through intellectual uplifting, social uplifting, and vocational uplifting.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan push up dan pull up terhadap kekuatan otot lengan pada atlet panahan perpani Kabupaten Banjar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Experimental. Desain penelitian adalah Two Group Pretest-Posttest,. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet panahan perpani Kabupaten Banjar berjumlah 8 orang, sedangkan yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel sebanyak 8 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian latihan pada kedua kelompok yaitu kelompok push up dan kelompok pull up selama 16 kali pertemuan atau 8 minggu ada peningkatan . Hal ini terbukti dari rata-rata masing-masing test mendorong dan menarik dynamometer kelompok push-up sebagai berikut tes awal mendorong adalah 15,00, tes akhir mendorong dynamometer 18,00, tes awal mendorong dynamometer adalah 16,00 dan tes akhir menarik dynamometer 18,25, Hasil analisis data deskriptif menujukkan adanya peningkatan nilai hasil pengukuran setelah diberikan perlakukan push-up. Untuk nilai rata-rata test mendorong dan menarik dynamometer kelompok pull-up tes awal mendorong adalah 14,75, tes akhir mendorong dynamometer 17,25, tes awal menarik dynamometer adalah 16,25 dan tes akhir menarik dynamometer 20,50. Hasil analisis data deskriptif menujukkan adanya peningkatan nilai hasil pengukuran setelah diberikan perlakukan pull-up. Hasil analisis Sig. (2-tailed) tes awal-tes akhir mendorong dynamomter 0,356>0,05 , karena hasil Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,356 lebih besar dari 0,05 maka tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan rata-rata pada sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan pada kelompok push-up dan pull-up. The water treatment process to get water that meets the requirements of drinking water is carried out using sand filters as the main ingredients in addition to gravel, charcoal, and fiber. This water treatment can effectively produce drinking water that is needed, the use of a filter for a long time will cause blockage by dirt stuck on the surface of the sand filter, so it cannot be used continuously without being cleaned regularly. This study aims to determine the water pressure needed to clean the dirt that clogs the sand filter and the length of the filter washing cycle. Using laboratory experiments on a J-shaped filter container model of cross-section plastic pipe 07.5 cm, 010 cm, 015 cm, and 020 cm filled with sand grading 0.15 to 0.6 mm as thick as 50-60 cm, channeling pressurized water through the outlet into the sand filter and out through the overflow pipe. The results showed that a water level of 200 cm above the datum was able to push dirt and clean the filter after being pressed for 600 seconds.

Pada saat ini, pemerintah sedang gencar-gencarnya memerangi penyalahgunaan narkoba. Penyalahgunaan narkoba sudah sampai pada tingkat yang mengkhawatirkan. Pengguna narkoba sangat beragam dan menjangkau semua lapisan masyarakat, mulai dari anak-anak hingga orang dewasa, orang awam hingga artis bahkan hingga pejabat publik. Efek negatif yang ditimbulkan akibat penggunaan narkotika secara berlebihan dalam jangka waktu lama serta tidak diawasi oleh ahlinya, dapat menimbilkan berbagai dampak negatif pada penggunanya, baik secar fisik maupun psikis. Tidak jarang penggunaan narkotika dapat memicu terjadinya berbagai tindak pidana. Perlindungan terhadap anak korban penyalahgunaan narkotika oleh hakim adalah dengan menempatkan pengguna/ pecandu narkotika sebagai korban dan memasukkannya ke dalam proses rehabilitasi.

In this study the effect of pretreatment and solid-state fermentation (SSF) on Tempeh protein content has been studied. Pretreatment and SSF are important processes for producing high-quality Tempeh. Based on the results of the analysis using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer at λmax = 540 nm, it is known that both pretreatment and SSF cause the reduced Tempeh protein content. Pretreatment causes the total protein content (w/w) to decrease rapidly from 1.05% to 0.82%, while the SSF causes the content dissolved protein (w/w) reduced from 0.57% to 0.11%. In addition, SSF increased the Tempeh pH from 4.67 to 5.65 and decreased the water content (%) from 6.38 to 2.04. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Sediment transport in debris rivers is a unique phenomenon of sediment transport in general. This is related to the complexity of the characteristics of the material transported and the nature of the flow that transports sediment. This work aims to predict potential bed profile changes in one of the debris rivers in Indonesia: the Sombe-Lewara River in Central Sulawesi Province. The control of debris flow in this river has been carried out simultaneously by the relevant government agencies by building sediment control structures along the river section. The study was carried out by hydraulic simulation at the intersection of the Sombe River and Lewara River using the HEC-RAS Model with two input data: average discharge and bed load gradations at both upstream boundaries. The average discharge was obtained by rainfall-runoff transformation using the HEC-HMS Model due to the limited discharge data in the study area, while the sediment gradation data was obtained from laboratory test results based on bed load sample data. Due to the limitations of the observation data, the parameter optimization is only applied to the HEC-RAS model, especially the Manning roughness coefficient by comparing the observed water level elevation with the simulated water level elevation. The results of the study indicate that the bed profile elevation in the upstream confluence of the river tends to increase and the bed profile downstream of the confluence tends to decrease. This is closely related to the transport intensity and bed slope upstream and downstream of the river confluence. A good performance potentially creates competitive advantage for any organization. Performance is determined by the role of leaders who influence all members of organizations through clear directions. Likewise, employee satisfaction in improving the performance of an organization also depends on the leader. This study investigates the role of leadership and job satisfaction on employee’s performance. Sample of this research includes 160 employees in a public organization in Indonesia. They are analyzed by descriptive and inference statistics for the linearity and regression analysis. The results of the study show that leadership had a significant impact on employee’s performance and job satisfaction. They are recommended to be considered when performance needs to be improved.
